I have no excuse now which is good. With weekly picture updates, I have no where to hide. I feel good about being on course for the next 9 weeks.

Talk about veiny. Upper abs have spurAtic veins veins elsewhere but can't see bc of the artwork
 
I just saw your pic updates brother Fu and omfg...Dude you have amazing arms and deltoids! Your back is so built too!! And when those abs come in I am sure they are gonna be huge too! Honestly bro color me impressed, I know Recompadrol Works, its part of my year round supps (with its breaks here and there) but I had my doubts about AAv2 and Natty-V! I'm sold bro! All I have to do now is be able to workout and the amazing volume and intensity you put in for your workouts.

In fact what is max of each I am allowed to take per day ?

Sounds so good! I've been low carbing for so long straight I think if I had a full blown cheat day it would end up lasting a week!!!! Chinese food, ice cream, pancakes, burgers with fries, cereal! Fock lol!

You can dose up to 12 of each per day

But do it intermittently like on a Cheat. It should t be necessary otherwise however if u want the weight to drop quicker then up te dose of aav2 to 9 per day.

All depends on how long you want to be on it

Do it man it'll only help. I would recommend +70 cals for 3 days low fat tho then back on track

The psarm will act like one with muscle growth concentration. Working it out with manufactures reformukating adding removing testing. Ugh annoying. But I need to make it outstanding for you guys

Indeed too, I see it as part of a good PCT too, since it raises the Serum T and LH levels :D! But thought maybe if you put it in the natty t booster I could recommend it as part of a PCT regimen :D!

Calorie Normal (2,423 calories)

Strength - Decent strength. Did not push the limits.
Workout Energy - Energy is up, up up.
Normal Energy - Nice weekend energy.
Appetite - Decent. Pistacios pushed up the calorie count.
Recovery - No issues.
Libido - Good.
Skin condition - Normal, but found 3 small zits. What the....

Summary:
I don't want this day to turn into a ho hum day, but it feels like it sometimes. It's really different when you go to the gym with a mission to beat your previous high vs when you are there to just complete the required number of sets and reps. Leg day is just that for me. Pushing beyond in leg workouts resulted in pulled rib that lasted for 1 1/2 weeks and lower back pain that lasted for a week. Sorry for the repeat. Just in case I have new readers, I just want to state why. I want my legs to be cut. Absolutely. But its not worth getting hurt and hurting lifts on other days to build mass. I have a stocky build and I was blessed (luckily) with thick legs. About a month of heavy lifting will easily gain mass on my quads. Then I have to step back the exercises to toning as I will outgrow my pants making it feel like I will bust out of the seams.

I stepped back the weight and increased the reps to continue to strive for cuts in the quads and hams. Sometimes a focus is an issue due to high rep count. Yes, I lose count easily. My brain cells have decreased over the years.

Felt nice and relaxed today. The weather was great and I stayed inside to watch some olympics. Appetite was pretty good today. Snacking on pistacios while watching TV drove up the calorie count. Still within maintenance limits. Pistacios and cashews sometimes quickly add fat and calorie count for the day. I have to watch this. It's so easy to finish a bag, when you are watching a good game. And football is coming in a month or so.I also ate some fried eggs, chicken, eggplant rollatini, turkey meatballs, ziti and one stuffed manicotti because it looked so good.

As stated above, leg day was ho hum. Finished my workout and my legs were pumped up nicely. They also looked nice and lean and show signs of better cut. I also added abs. i feel that now I am ready to really work them for show. It will get more complex later (maybe). For today it was the ab roller machine. I did 2 sets of 30 reps. Added 20 lbs and did 4 sets of 20 reps. I really like this machine. I could feel the hardness in my waist area and really noticed for the first time how much fat had gone away. In 9 more weeks, I hope to add a topical to hopefully finish them off.

No volleyball tomorrow ? Don' know as my softball team manager wants us to show for practice. It could be a softball practice, volleyball, cardio day. In that case i will push back workout out to Tuesday. If I can fit it in, I may substitute cardio with back workout. If energy is good, I may do them all. We shall see.
