dropped alpha t2 due to the 2.5g l-tyrosine in pre workout.

swapped it for ras ketones at 1g at meal 1 lunch with 500mg tta
and 500mg of rk and 500mg tta pre meal 2 dinner.

much better. less stimulation

enjoying it and really sweating it up now. epi-v in full flight

recompadrol is taking care of my berries at meal 2 and small yam/s at meal 1.
 
video and pics coming end of the week when Kelley can video me doing more cleans and or clean and press, or my sumo deads, or the 1 and 1/4 squat...(this burns so bad)

food intake:
meal 1: 250g chicken breast cooked. 100g yam. 250g veggies
meal 2: 300g grass fed steak, 3 organic chicken sausages, 150g grass fed roast beef, 300g berries and 200g broccoli.

thoughts on my eating plan?
change it up ? wanna get stripping away.

6 c-bol
200mg caffiene + 2 caps Epi-v
2g l-tyrosine mixed in with 8g Cit-Mal (SNS)
1 recompadrol.
3 AAv2


Endurance was balls to the wall. Lovin this setup now.
Gonna keep this going.

Am eating berries regardless of what day it is. The health benefits of blueberries outweigh the possible diet problems with sugar etc.

Agreed, I love eating fresh fruit! Its good for you and tastes so damn good too!

I with runner here it seems even if I spill over a bit with fruit it doesn't make me bloat up. There's always room for fruit with me for some reason! :-)

I agree. I usually just taper down my post workout carb by 5-10% to keep macros in check.

PR on the podium deadlifts at 140kg x 4.

Keep elbows in, deeper concentric movement meaning more muscle fibre recruitment and firing. More burn means more epoc means more fat loss :)

Start a tad lighter cause it improves full ROM for the press

Bang for ya buck exercise and you can change the incline or.decline but keep the same style and hit all chest and upper bi's

Veins popping everywhere in arms and some calf veins. I have the oblique outline showing up. Definitely a winner here. Diet has been pretyy good. I do NOT miss my serving of.berries at night regardless.

Remember that epi-v will use up some cals for you so you don't have to go really low to shred...this is the case for me when using Intermittent fasting...I assume it's the same with other methods...

Well I am combating higher ab fat which has been suggested to cortisol levels being high. Going to stop LG for a while, eat my last meal by 7pm, eat again at 8.30am post workout with good chunk of grass fed beef and.squash and 150g blueberries.

The dhea to cortisol levels seem to be a little low but epi v is helping along with pantethine and vitamin c. Increasing conversion of Test:Cort levels.

Thoughts?

Yah I get good cort blocking from epi-v you've seen how smal my waist has gotten .. especially from the side. Did you see the pics I took on Saturday... waist is tiny..

I also get these through my traps and these veins join through biceps into delta and neck through to traps.
Vascularity is becoming ridiculous. Heheheheh so pumped

Does anyone know any good resources for helping thoracic mobility in DL'ing to minimise shoulder and upper back rounding? Making my lower back tender. Pushing 350lbs is daunting on the body for me.
 
Hey just noticed that you liked the Vision ... I had the comic where Ultron 5 made him issue 56 t0 58 I think it was I had a lot to the early issues like when they found Captain America in the Ice ... he was not an original Avenger they found him though. I am a Vision fan as well... one of the really cool characters.
