DW 1st contest prep

Excited to see what I'm weighing Saturday morning. My waist "feels" smaller but you never know. A guy made a comment at the gym tonight that I was looking leaner, in reference to when, I don't know. Fingers crossed...

That's a positive comment. Always interesting to see how others perceive us.

Slightly irritated. I ordered from Nutraplanet on Wednesday, paid for 2-3 day shipping and my package is just sitting at the Fed-ex location, SINCE 8:37am YESTERDAY!!!!! Says 'not due for delivery' and date says Monday. By my calculations, isn't that 4days?!?!?

It's an extra $11 for the 2-3 days, not a ton of money but enough to irritate me....not a good way to start my day.

Definitely irritating knowing its just sitting there for the next few days! I would get ahold of support for sure man.
 
WEEK 8-6
Weight: 203lbs

Workout/cardio split stays the same, as does my diet.

*Newly added
-30min faster cardio every morning (mon-sun)
-ECA taken before faster cardio (25/200/81)

I'll also add the T-911, waiting to hear about dosing and if 3/day is acceptable/advisable.
-1st dose pre-fasted cardio
-2nd dose @10:30 before lunch
-3rd dose @ 3:30 (1hr pre-workout)

Lol, nah that's not me right now. It's the result of a 6 week cut a few years back that wasn't as rigorous as this one. I just wanted to see if people were actually paying attention lol. I think I was between 168-172ish there, down from 180-185ish. Today I sit at 203ish....

In 6 weeks I hope to be that lean again, then take the final 2 weeks to dial in!

Hah, nice one!! I saw that and was blown away that you could have pulled that off so quickly. If the LG version is anything like the beta I tested from FRL then you will get there in a hurry.

My hunger is retarded, all day I've been starving. I'm about to eat my carb up meal and I feel like not even this stands a chance.

ECA had me wired this morning and into the afternoon, a little sluggish around workout time & really sleepy now. I've been up for about 16hrs with 50gr of carbs, training, 1 hr of cardio and 8 hrs at work do I guess it's normal haha. Ahhh good ole grown up life!

I drink at least 2 cans a day, 3 on weekends lol
I just bought my first set of 2 liters. Been at maintenance (surplus training days less otherwise) for a while but started dieting about a month ago again. Surprised I went this long without needing that or gum but it's become a problem.
 
7 weeks out, 199.5lbs this morning. Energy is running low, but feeling good about progress thus far.

Still have a lot of work to do, trying to stay positive. Nothing crazy to report about the T-911 from an appearance stand point. Libido, totally different story, it's way up. I have been dosing 2x's/day but I'll be starting 3x/day.

I also picked up some iForce TT-33, 3 bottles, it was only $10 at nutra so figured why not. Anyone have any experience with it?
 
After using Beverly protein for about my entire prep, I had to use some dymatize casein & whey blend. Taste isn't awful but it's absolutely tearing up my stomach.

I almost always have stomach issues when switching proteins, any body else is that boat or am I just weird?
Weird. I usually don't have a problem, but I've been climbing the ladder each time I switch protein, so it makes sense (went from new EAS [garbage!] to Nutrapro [R.I.P.] to Dymatize, just tried MGN and it's AMAZING but I wonder about the quality now since the musclefeast email...)

I haven't heard about it, what's the dealio?

Now that I think about it, UMP is a milk based protein. I don't handle lactose well.....anyone think this may be an issue of my bloated mid-section/losing slower than the rest of my body?

I've already begun seeing vascularity in my legs & upper body, they appear to be on pace. Yee ole abbbbbdominals, not so much.
 
Weight was 196, this morning. Kicked the cardio up more! I'll be sitting down and discussing my diet further with my coach today, as you all know I'm behind.

Body just hasn't been responding well the past few weeks, it's like I have hit a wall! I'm not giving up though, if it means 2.5hrs of cardio a day & 3 sessions, I'll do it. So far this has been, if nothing else, a great learning experience and test of self discipline. Thing is I still have 6 more weeks!

Cycling a lowcarb day followed by a moderate carb day then another low carb day. Cardio is 45min fasted & 60min post workout/afternoon 7days a week.

I have also been chooses to log LeCheek Nutrition's Hyper T2! Really looking forward to this, hear good things

Training has been super draining with this 108-110 heat. It's weird, I feel dead but I can still push the weight. I'm really surprised my strength hasn't dipped too much.

On a side note, I'm saving soooo much money with this contest prep! I don't really do anything bc I don't have the energy, plus I can't miss a meal. I could get used to this part of bodybuilding lol.

Thanks my man. I wanted to go a little more I depth with my macro breakdowns for this past week. As mentioned I have very low carb day followed by a moderate carb day.

Low carb day is 1/2 grapefruit with breakfast, then just lots of green veggies
Moderate carb day is 1/2 cup oats with breakfast, 1/2 cup brown rice with lunch & a sweet potato with my post workout meal daily total is about 100 or so.

Protein remains 350 and fat is a little lower on the carb days, total calories are the same both days. Just a bit different way of getting them.
 
Went into the work for a few hours today & wasn't able to do any cardio. I guess I'll take the good with the bad, made about $180 (which pays for my flight to San Diego & one day of a rental car)

I've been so stressed out these past 3 weeks, nothing to do with the show. It's all been from family issues & it's starting to affect my sleep.

On a positive note, my HyperT2 should arrive today! I'll start that ASAP. Today is the 5 week mark so I started tanning, I'll also re-evaluate my diet 2maro with my coach. Nothing too drastic to change I'd imagine, maybe just more days between moderate carb days.


The T-911 has my libido thru the rooof! My gyno has shrunk as well, strength hasn't dipped much so maybe this is attributed to the T-911 as my total daily calories are around 2,200 but it feels soooo much less than that.

Energy has been in the crapper this week.

Anyone have thoughts on 1 cap glycobol before bed? Lower insulin levels for deep sleep and more fat burning! I found 14caps in my bill box, guess I has them prep'd and forgot about them.

You can dose a cap of Glycobol pre-bed, sure.
