There may be like a two day overlap but since they are both new products for me, I want to assess them individually. I'll also be moving RIGHT Into the TP the day after ceasing xgels, so the residual accumulation of ara will be present for a fair amount of time ..
 
Just FYI for all, I did a search in this thread for ursolic but didnt turn up any infor so I contact PA and he says no bad interactions with UR Spray even though it is a slight anti inflamitory. GTG!

I'm guessing that ara would help absorb the ursolic acid (ursobolic caps) since it is a fatty acid... Am I off here? Assumin PA is correct by saying there's no negative interaction, urso and ara would be a good combo?

You are probably right. I was speaking more toward the Ur Spray though that is transdermal. Im not sure if oral ursolic acid would have an acute anti anflimatory response or not.

I'm almost positive in one of the ursolic acid studies it had some interaction with ARA...and I thought it was depleting ARA tissue content (what tissue I don't remember). I've been meaning to look it up again, but it's late!

I have doubts that ursobolic, at the doses we are using, is reaching skeletal muscle tissue (which is what would be necessary for any of this to matter). They also both exploit PI3k/Akt, at least downstream.

Does Mr Cooper or anyone else with similar amounts of knowledge have a view on whether ArA would have a negative / stimulatory effect on the adrenal system. I'm recovering from adrenal insuffeciency and don't want take anything that may overly tax them.

Thanks mate. I will hopefully be starting a stack of X-gels, Recompradrol and AAv2 late August. Could it get any better for a recomp?!

Honestly tho as long as you have the Carnitine and GMS w/ X-gels pre-workout covered to combo of Recompadrol and AAv2 should be epic (based on others opinions I have yet to use EBF's products myself).
 
I'm loving my bulbine, DAA, focus, cop, cit Malate .. As much as it hurted to give away xgels, I had to do to give em away to my cuz .. I'll run em in August .. For now I'm adding agmatine powder (and have u read the label .. Woohooo can't believe the new products coming out)

Well, my gut feeling is if that you managed to do anything that reduced doms, it would reduce effectiveness. Although I admit i'm trying out a combo deal. Running the x-gels, but also drinking tart cherry juice daily. only a few days in so nothing particular DOM wise yet either way.

I was kind of thinking this. I do foam roll and also use a rubber ball against the wall for back knots.

I didn't get bad DOMs until around week 3.

yeah, thats about right. The rolling should help a bit. I'm iffy as to whether I'm hurting progress with the cherry juice, but i'm more about the recomp right now anyhow.

I'd think that using it at a different time of day would be fine. Like ARA morning(pre) and TCJ pm.

Curl up on the floor and cry, but not in public. :D I remember the painful DOMS and start my X-Gels next week. I just had to remember that it was doing what it was supposed to and that it was worth it.
