Do you all have any preference for how we are to use it? Be it pre-workout only, or once in AM and once in PM?

I do cardio twice on five days of the week, so I have a lot of room to play around with it. Let me know what kinds of suggestions you have for me.

There are two things we're looking for....workout enhancement/definition and Ab cutting.

For Ab cutting, once a day use is cool as you will soon find out MUAHAHAHAHAHA!

For arms/chest/shoulders (the groups I recommend) preworkout is fine. Again, I highly recommend trying this out.

I look forward to it. Lower abdomen and lower back is always the trickiest part. I'll be focusing on this area while trying out some 'spot' touches here and there pre-workout. My U.D. 2.0 is treating me REAL well this time around, and I have seen such tremendous results the past three weeks that I can't imagine what it can do alongside Eviscerate. The carb loading phase pumps me up and fills up my muscles for days on end. Getting tighter after every week particularly in my pec area. I'll start my log in the morning to get this show on the road.
 
I highly recommend against applying it on your arms. I don't mind ab burning but when you rub it on your upper arm which then rubs against your lat it is so annoying. I had a sweat patch on my tshirt which came down to the bottom of my serratus anterior lol.

It isn't itchy, it is just hot.

Image getting a rash which made you sweat. I put it on my arms pre workout and the crook of my elbow was burning. I never objected to the OG burn or even the Smolder burn, until I put Smolder on my arms- it sucks lol.

Ya it is like lava. No real itch just like an intense burn.

I plan on trying the OG version on my shoulders and triceps today. Might even add a little to my biceps.

I applied some to my legs on Tuesday. Seemed like I waited too long though. Like I didnt apply it early enough. Didnt really notice it till late in my workout and into post workout. I literally felt it hours later.

Awesome to hear. Used Eviscerate OG on my shoulders and arms today. Honestly only feel my shoulders. Not a real sweaty workout today though. Anxious to compare the "burn"

Normally, I'd agree with you, Josh. But with Matt at the location, who would be stupid enough to attempt that? Not only is he strong, but I heard he has landmines that are loaded with Thermogenesauce and Eviscerate Smolder.

I showered BEFORE the hug. Never washing my torso again :)

Agreed thanks for the soap. I thought I had some, but I guess I used it up. Debating if I want to start tomorrow or not. Starting a new mini job, and I am not 100% sure what all I will be doing. Dont know if experimenting with the Smolder would be a good idea haha.
 
Not only is Java Lather a great soap, but when using the topicals it's an excellent exfoliator for areas you will be applying.
