It can certainly be done and may be preferable during the first two weeks of your run to ensure that muscle ArA content stays high. That said, metabolism of ArA is fairly rapid so preworkout dosing would also suffice, though it may not be as optimal from a "most gains in the shortest amount of time" perspective.
I have to admit that I fall prey to this perspective sometimes
Don't we all? Why else would we care about supplementing our near perfect diet and training routines?![]()

I have two bottles on my shelf - and you're not getting either one.
And I can assure you I'll be ordering more, next month too!
Just placed an order for 1000g of GMS, I have plenty of ALCAR-500 on hand, and am about to board the SNS Gain Train!![]()

Thats the kinda talk that got you booted from bb!! Lol.
What's the science behind the gms and ara?
Wow people really seem eager to get rid of their money. That is a hefty warning label on there too. I didn't know you couldn't take it if you have IBS. I do have IBS.

I would personally much rather spend money on ArA than any other tbooster/muscle builder out there. If the goal of bodybuilding is improving body composition, this is one supplement I'm willing to "get rid of my money" for (and I have, as I bought several bottles of the much pricier X-Factor prior to this release).
You can take ArA if you have IBS, just watch for worsening of symptoms and be smart about it. Also keep using your fish oil, spaced away from ArA doses.
Dang I love ArA! When I finish this bottle of X-Factor I may give these a try.
Should go well with the SNS TTA I just bought, too!
I also have arthritis in both knees. Diagnosed about 4 years ago from an X-ray I had. Actually they just told me the cartilage was worn down and I was in "the beginning stages of arthritis". Never had any really bad pain associated with it though. Just not sure AA would be a good idea with all the aches and pains I do get as I age. Turning 40 in a month and I guess it's really going to my head.
You could make a case for synergy.
You're right, this does sound like an accident waiting to happen. Have you used anything like Erase recently?
Yeah, I tried Erase Pro and couldn't handle it. I was aching so bad it was crazy. Even tried every other day dosing and still the pain didn't go away till several days after I stopped taking it. The thing is I have tried regular erase a while back and I was fine on that. So I just don't know about taking AA.
I would put any joint pain from Arachidonic acid on par with Erase Pro, Lean Xtreme, or Reduce XT. So it may very well not be for you![]()

T Bone i've had quite a few joint problems myself(shoulder surgery ,Staph infection, tendonitis) and I wouldnt think about using ARA againI would put any joint pain from Arachidonic acid on par with Erase Pro, Lean Xtreme, or Reduce XT. So it may very well not be for you![]()
Oh well. Glad I looked further into it though before purchasing it. Thanks for all your help Mr. Cooper.
S.N.S. does make some quality supplements though. Plus the have the best T-shirts. Seriously I have few other T-shirts from other companies and they all seemed to have shrunk. Washed the S.N.S. T-shirt a ton of times so far and it still fits perfect.
The fit is pretty nice, I do agree. It's tight enough to make you look good but loose enough to make you comfortable.
Subbed for release date and super awesome pre sale (fingers crossed)
To put it plainly, Arachidonic acid is pretty much the best supplemental ingredient that I've ever come across when it comes to body composition (it's honestly on par with EC stack in my experiences for body recomposition effects). This is, for me, the most exciting SNS release since I've been a representative, and I encourage all of you to give this a shot. The standard recommendations are 4-8 caps of X-gels preworkout with 2g of L-Carnitine or an L-Carnitine salt and 6g of Glycerol Monostearate (or 3 scoops of Glycergrow). The product has potential synergy with agmatine and nitrates when it comes to pumps. Furthermore, fish oil, joint support, and other anti-inflammatory supplements (NSAIDs are a different story) do NOT have to be discontinued when using X-gels. Rather, you should try to space these products as far away from your X-gels dose as possible. You should be doing this anyway because using antioxidants and anti-inflammatories periworkout can indeed blunt the response to hypertrophy.
This being 50 something calories would break my fast. How important is it to use this with the X-Gels, and is the carnitine good enough?
I'm about to testdrive Test Factor Adv. But I will definitely be keeping my eye on this one.
No problem. Out of curiosity, have you looked into cissus? I'm recovering from surgery due to stress fractures, and cissus is a godsend from an anti-inflammatory/bone regrowth standpoint, with human studies to boot.

Some retailers should have it up next week
