Why the heck am I still up looking at the forum!?!? Hmmm maybe because the thunder keeps shaking the house so bad and I can't sleep! Gotta be up for work in 4 hours for a 10 hr work day.

My physique goals don't change depending on the season. I will 90% of the time, and the other 10% is just a little recomp to make sure the bulking isn't getting out of hand.

Makes 2 of us haha, I couldn't give a rats a*s about being super lean for summer lol, and I still mantain my bf low while bulking (up until now xD) so w.e season it is, i bet you agree goals come first and social conventions later :p!

yeah, I guess I kinda like the beard. I can't remember how long since I haven't had some kinda of facial hair. Ben, it looks like me must summon the rest who are hiding out on the PMS site.

BTW, I just updated my workout log (in sig) with more contest photos and info. One of the cool things was that I got to meet and talk with Phil Heath.
