KLEENSQUEEN - Adds Mass that's Lean on Creatine w/ Finaflex Crea-Trona

She really has tightened up a bit and her shape is coming back to her arms and more importantly her butt! :) Her arms are looking better a little bigger and more defined too. Her legs have shaped up noticeably and she looks much better in jeans. So far I AM PLEASED with the effects it is having on her body.

Got ya, yeah there are some spammers around but the Finaflex guys are top notch and have always made sure with us that it is okay to post in my or my wife's threads. I do appreciate the intent to keep the integrity of the log!

Since I took the Creatrone. Feelin a little She-Rah'ish..
Elliptical for 6 minutes burned 60 cal.

Keeping diet pretty straight. You know, I eat whenever I am hungry. ;) lol. I eat more on weight days then cardio.. (Oh wait, forgot to mention, haven't been doing cardio.) But mostly I keep it light on the days I do not work out.

Hey notice its been a couple days since the date of my last work out.. My damn KQ state of she-rahish mind was just insane, I killed myself, my legs hurt, I am walking funny... Not in a good way neither. I haven't really been working out. Thanks for this log it's been the kick in the rear I needed to get the mind and body back in the game!! :) Took the Crea-trona and here we go.

OMG!! What am I thinking.. This is the next damn day and the HARDEST ONE!! So I took my friend to the gym, and made her do this work out... I had to torture someone..
I took the Crea-trona for the workout, and thereafter. I know its too soon to say, but I see a difference...
I had to drop the middle of the work out to 10 reps, only because that's what I started her out, and I had my she-rah mind frame, and went up in weight.. So it was good & bad i biotched out.
Elliptical (no calorie counter, or mileage counter, this machine was FUNKY. made me mad, I like to KNOW what I am burning, doing, etc.)

1 week review

I have been taking Crea-trona for 6 days. First day or so I only took 1 pill, then up'd to 2 before my work out and 2 a little later after my work out. Had to see how I would react to it at first..

I have taken other creatine products, and this one is the first to give me the strength and build I have been working for. I do not see water retention, my muscles are filling out and my size 1's are fitting a little better. They were a little loose in the kaboose. So far I am loving this product and definitely recommend it.

LOL, this is actually the same workout these are Giant Sets with no rest or as little as possible. Momma is beast mode for sure, you see she tacks on the outer hips and stuff. I do them every once in a while but some days I am just done. For now I tend to beat her through the workout but then I am completely gassed out. She finishes shortly after me and somehow goes and does more while I lie gasping on the bench...
 
Those DB giant sets are no joke, when I was doing them (thanks Kleen) I actually had to modify some of the lifts because my joints were screaming! Well done KQ excellent LOG kill it!!! Kill it till its dead ha!!

Oh certainly they are some of the most grueling workouts I have put myself through.

Just the thought of having to go do these giant sets made my gut hurt LOL. I don't know what it was about it, but my body just hated every second of it. I found this strange because I have done protocols such as crossfit and hyperfitness with excellent results, and they run on the same basis...for the most part.
 
Yeah they are grueling and punishing for sure. I will be on 50 and 27.5lbs this week. Kind of scared... LOL
 
Definitely! She is battling bronchitis this weekend and wasn't able to workout Sat and is more than likely going to be out tomorrow as well. She said she was making up for tomorrow on Tuesday so we are back on schedule. Such a friggin machine.

Only did cardio, having issues breathing.
Treadmill on interval. Did 2.80 miles and burned 384.8 calories. Couldn't push for abs, even sauna wiped me out. I am not feeling so great.
 
No wonder its hard to breathe..

I have the onset of bronchitis. So have taken a tad off. Hopefully, I can get back to the gym tomorrow.

Ha some guys do or mostly take them in there to do side bends or something. I don't take them in there it is against the rules of the gym. I do crunches and stretching and push ups, dynamic oblique work, but I don't lift in there. ANY MORE THAT IS... Not since they changed the rules because people were leaving them in there or worse idiots dropping them in there and breaking the tiles.

Jo is feeling better not perfect but definitely a little better, or at least coughing a little less. She will be coming to the gym and lifting with me tomorrow or that is the plan right now. I get my partner back WOOHOO!!!!

I managed to get back. Although it was hard as hell, but I did it. On top of having coughing fits.. Poor girl that is usually there in the morning with us, kept asking if i was gonna make it..
I took my dear old Crea-trona and went to town..

Did the crazy giant set dumbbell workout.

I did the elliptical for a warm up for 5:30 minutes and burned 56 calories.
I used 15lb dumbbell for 20 reps times 3 sets... (Had to drop the weight because I was out for a week)

Dead lifts
Flat Bench
Squats
Wide Bent Over Rows (Elbows out)
Romanian Dead Lifts
Shrugs
Arnold Press
Lunge Squat
Curls - Hammer & straight.

Outter Hip abductions 60lb x 20reps x3 sets
laying assisted abs BW x20 reps x3 sets on all 3 sides
standing lower abs - BW x20 reps x3 sets.

I do take the Crea-trona twice a day when i am not working out as well, the days i add are only the days i have been able to work out. I lost some muscle, but give me a couple more times in the gym and I will post new pics.

That's the way to power through, it will get easier from here but maybe very slowly...
 
The Queen is a trooper if there ever was one. She finished the first rotation then had a coughing fit for about a minute, to the point of repeatedly gagging and everything. I stopped and asked her if she wanted to do a different workout so she could take a rest so she could breathe and she just says no, shakes it off and gets back to work.

I do have to say, its easier to breathe today. Still having to use my inhaler, etc.. But at least it was the beginning stages of it.

The pattern for me is I get a lot better the first 3 to 4 days and then I hit a plateau that lasts 10 to 14 days, but mine is chronic so you may not face the same problem and heal quicker...

When my bronchitis gets bad i am screwed up for weeks too. Last time I had it bad i was out of work for a week and couldn't breathe very well for 6 weeks. Was forbidden to workout for a month. I have scar tissue from having bad asthmatic bronchitis as a kid so it makes it pretty bad when i get it if I don't catch it immediately. I do not hesitate finding my inhaler or getting on some prednisone now if I start having a dry cough.

Yah I had to take them one time in 95, was afraid to go to sleep for fear I would not wake up, was a bad infection and a very humid year...
