Cut it early again, just got frustrated, pain in the wrist the whole workout and I had that **** wrapped up good, doesn't get any more secure than that and the pain was too much, it's looking pretty swollen right now.
So this is what I'm going to do, I'm going to put the log on hold. I'm stopping Andromass. Going to take half dose Androhard, full dose Androdrive and 4 caps a day of Alphamass. I'm doing this for 10 days and going to keep it light on weights, see how my wrist does, if it's not good to hit the weights hard by than, well I'll have to run this stack another time. But if I run it the 10 days, I'll still have enough for a hardcore 8 week stack, all I can do is pray and hope it's good to go in another 10 days.
Sorry for the crappy first part of the log, I honestly had no idea the pain in my wrist would last this long. I'll update in 10 days.
Well I saw the surgeon today, freaking cat scan showed not only do I have 1 bulging disc now, I have 2 and he was saying something like my sacrum was shifted a bit to the left, which is why when I work squats or lower back it feels like something is beside my tailbone almost rubbing... What did the surgeon say???? told me I'm going to have to deal with it on and off my whole life....said he can't do surgery until it's hitting my nerv, which it will later on in life :| So left me with nothing, didn't really want to talk, gave me a cortisone shot in my knee, told me I have no protective layer or w.e so cortisone should help, if it still hurts in a month he will do surgery.....ugh so I'm just going to get a second opinion.
This Chiropractor that goes to the gym I train at, is trying to talk me into getting cold laser therapy on my lower back and a few adjustments. The dude is old enough and benching over 500, so I'm not going maybe he is right it will help, I have no clue. There is a lot of good feedback on it, just costs a lot, I'm going to see if I'm covered until my wifes benefits because this thing is $1200 for the 5 week treatment.... Before I do this I'm gonna check out this physiotherapist down here who is apparently really knowledgable about this stuff.
Gosh I feel so broken lmao. See yall in 10 days and I'll let ya know if I'm gonna be able to hit this stack hard for 8 weeks and kill the weights.
I will note, vascularity looks like it has gone up a lot, which is pretty awesome considering I havn't been able to do a lot of lifting, my buddy even commented on how much my veins were sticking out.
