Is there an ingredient list here? I want to buy some but... I need to know whats in it (gluten intolerance).

I have to be careful with that too. They fit in great during my workout days which is 3x per week. At that rate a bag of bars last me a full month! Not bad for 10 bucks :D

It is all natural ingredients with no additives or preservatives. Gluten is not listed as an ingredient.

I checked the ingredients on one of my bags and it said whey protein, oatmeal, wheat germ, and something else that I can't remember (wasn't gluten)

Dude that is dirt cheap for the best tasting protein bars you can get your hands on. Yeah it sucks you gotta make them but believe me the Choc rasp is the best protein bar I've ever tried.. And all natural ingredients too. Not a bunch of crap that you see on the back label of a protein bar from the store.

I didn't think they were that hard to make
 
It only takes me about 10-15 minutes to have a whole batch made.

At this low price I'm going to pick up like 4 bags...lol

There are a few recipes floating around the NTBM forums for some different ingredients to make low Cal bars, higher protein bars, higher Cal bars, lowered Carb, etc....


Picked me up 3 bags this morning!

Using needto139 makes them 8.50 per bag! :D

im going to have to stop logging in the AM, there are too many good deals and i just cant help myself when i comes to tasty supplements. i got 4 bags.

Good call! I did the same thing. Its just too good of a deal to pass up on, so stocking up on protein bars sounded like a great idea!
 
I have to order these sparingly, because I always end up mixing them up in the bowl and just eating them with a butter knife right of it lol.

They are gluten free (at least it is not listed in the label)

It says all natural ingredients with no artificial additives

Ingredients listed on my bag of chocolate raspberry is Whey protein, wheat germ, oatmeal, raspberries, and almonds

And of course you would then add the honey and PB ;)
 
Ah, drats.

Yeah, won't be gluten-free. Anytime you see "wheat" listed, you're SOL.

Oh well; maybe I'll find out down the road that I don't have an intolerance/allergy to gluten.
