got my erase pro in the mail today, but no t-shirt, it's all good though.

took my first dose as well, wierd only having to take 1 cap.

I'm gonna have my Erase Pro log up in tomorrow. Should be some fun. Just trying to find a new routine. Anyone know any link/s to a complete routine designed by Charles Poliquin?

I've done it on both, I like it on a cut just because of how high the volume is, but recovery is a bitch.

Ok, I'm going to start my GVT + Erase Pro log on Monday, this routine is radically different from what I'm currently doing so I want to start fresh after the weekend.
