Alright time for a quick update. As of this morning my scale weight is down to 244. Need less to say I am really happy about that. Pics wont show this but I am now starting to notice so changes in my body. Mainly in the shoulders and arms.

1/9/12

Well today was fun. I am trying out a pre workout supp to see how I like it. It is Beast Mode fruit punch flavor. My first thought was taste is maybe a 6.5 out of a 10. You get the fruit punch taste but the after taste is kinda powdery. I mixed it with 10 oz of water. I will say this that for this being the first night trying it I was impressed on how I was able to stay focused and was able to zone out and train hard. I was sweating like a pig midway through the workout. I bumped up the weight a tad over the first week of this workout so it was nice to see i was able to complete everything that I tried.

30 minutes of cardio total

Made an executive decision today. Was sick yesterday and did not lift, still feeling unmotivated and less than energetic today. Joints are achy etc. Given that this is MC 9 for me, that means it has been at least 33 weeks since last time I shut it down. It is time. Maybe not the best timing for the competition, but I feel I need this. Will continue to do cardio work this week and the diet, go back to the iron 1/15/12.
Today was very little activity, 2304 cals, estimated burn of 3578.

Jeff is trying to build boulders for shoulders. Like the kind he tosses across continents during war.

Has a WINNER been declared?

Has a WINNER been declared?

It's not officially over until 1/16/12. Regardless, given that most people gain 4-10lbs over the Holidays, I think we did better than if we had not been doing this.

32 minutes of cardio, 160 cals (stepped up the resistance from yesterday)

2517 cals in today.

1/15/12, Day 1, wk 1 (MC9) *reworked my training maxes based on recent performances.
3:00-3:53 (Started the Torem for PCT today also.

Standing OH BB Press - 125x5, 145x5, 160x9

Seated OH Db Press - 55x12/12/8

Low Pulley Upright Row - 100x10, 115x10, 130x10

Face Down rear delt raise - 20's x 15/15

Seated Alt DB Curl 40's 12/12/12

Inside Grip Preacher Curl@75 x12 (hurt elbow so I backed off)

Low Pulley Cable cul @100x15

Did 28 minutes on a Precor stationary bike for 123 cals. These are really neat machines in that you set your target heart rate for coasting and working and it adjusts the resistance to get you to your target.

Dang! Has it really been THAT long?Good job though guys. I am sure you have all progressed with your goals!

pretty much all weekend was all cardio based workout. Hours of yard work and burning. Then helped a friend build a fence. It was all good.

Working HARD i see. The stack you on now must be helping ya burn up all your lipid stores though ;)

Forgot to weigh in right after my morning pee, had eaten and had coffee and water for my meds so I hope that it is ok if I go with my Saturday weigh in number of 270. That is down 5 pounds. Not really impressive for 90 days, but I know I packed on some mass during the epi/1andro/RS trans cycle and to be honest, the Holiday Indulgances were a killer. 3 point caliper this AM was 27mm, down from 34(?) or was it 32? Either way I'll take it. Will see about getting the wife to help me with "after" pics on Wednesday morning, will post those later that evening.

Your up Mr. Jeff!

Nice job. Results are results none the less. Just because this contest is over I know I can say I have a long way to go.

Now for me I started off at 250 however I was also on medication that kept me bloated. After a few workouts I dropped down to I think it was 245? Don't remember. After the holidays I gained 9 lbs over all  I also started the M1P and that helped put on some of that. Now for the news. As of this morning I weighed in at 240.2. I feel a lot leaner and I see my self in the mirror there are changes. Pictures won't due what I see justice. But I will get some taken just to show.

In my opinion we are both winners. And have made a good friend during this. Remember I will be there every step of the way if you need.

When you get it off keep it off, I have spent so much time going up and down... This year I stayed around 205 and plan on bulking up to 220 then back to 205 at around 6% and it is going to be pretty easy. No more 6 months of dieting got get cut!!

Congratulations again Guys!

Good work guys! I know both of you got a lot stronger and put on some muscle during this time along with losing the fat!

This will be my last report for this log until I can get some final pics most likely this weekend. It has been some fun and can't wait to see what we both look like in the next 90 days.

1-16-12

Well today's workout was another good one. I added an extra dose of the epivar today so now I am taking 1 pill in the morning and 2 when I break my fast. This is also the last week on clen and t3 then it will be a 3 week rest from it. Today started off with the continuation of building a fence. Did this for a few hours then went to the gym for my workout.

Incline Dumbbell Press

10 reps 45 lbs
12 reps 60 lbs
10 reps 60 lbs
8 reps 60 lbs
6 reps 60 lbs

Dumbbell Bench Press

10 reps 60 lbs
12 reps 75 lbs
10 reps 75 lbs
8 reps 75 lbs
6 reps 75 lbs

Wide Grip Dips (Weight Assisted)

10 reps 110 lbs assisted
12 reps 110 lbs
10 reps 110 lbs
8 reps 110 lbs
6 reps 110 lbs

Narrow Grip Bench Press

10 reps 140 lbs
12 reps 140 lbs
10 reps 140 lbs
8 reps 140 lbs
6 reps 140 lbs

Straight Bar Pushdowns

10 reps 80 lbs
12 reps 120 lbs
10 reps 120 lbs
8 reps 120 lbs
6 reps 120 lbs

Man hitting dumbbell incline then dumbbell bench was a bitch. I bumped up my warm up set on the bench and was going to bump up the workout sets but it was not going to happen. I only got 5 reps of 80 lbs on the bench and dropped down to 75 lbs. So I didn't count the first five as it was not a complete set. Didn't feel I needed cardio because of building the fence earlier. Man oh man am I beat.

Great job to both of you! :clap2:

Keep going guys. I know you are both capable of losing 20-30 lbs of fat by summer

Thanks to you Rick, Matt, ScottyDoc and DW for your support through this. Biggest props of all have to go to my "competitor"/brother in ams, OC6.

10 lbs per month is a good rate for where you guys are at actually, you could be down as much as 40 by mid may... no half measures. We have to get these fuggers in another contest situation with higher stakes. Pics in the wife's dress perhaps for the loser. :)

Holidays are over!! It's go time!!

Seriously? You wanna go another round? :) Cool by me bro, just let me know the parameters you want to go buy (deadline, basic rules etc).

Wow... just wow. Me and FLEX should have something when he cuts... though our cycles will probably make livers and kidneys run in terror...

Wife took the pics this AM, will post up later once I get home (late) and figure out how to transfer them from my iphone. Obviously not anywhere near where I want to be but I think there are noticable improvements.

Seriously? You wanna go another round? :) Cool by me bro, just let me know the parameters you want to go buy (deadline, basic rules etc).

We can go from now til the end of April. Same rules apply. Anything legal goes. No lap band, surgeries etc. We can start a new log something Big Boys throw down phase 2. Does not have to be sponsored unless someone wants to step up. Just to be clear I am in my last week of Clen and T3. I am currently taking M1P, EPIVAR, N2 Gaurd, Beast Mode, Recover Pro BCAA currently. I will be taking a 3 week break from clen and the T3 then running it again.

The loser has to take pictures and post them up in the mrs. or girlfirends dress. As far as how to run it. I am open to bodyfat % loss or actual weight loss. I am more partial to the weight number loss as I am still up there in bodyfat and dont thing it will be very accurate. Just my opinion.

Didn't quite come out like I planned, but there is before and afters. I think the first 2 photos show a nice difference. Still got a ways to go obviously. I am very cool with the "Phase II Thing Jeff, just not real hot on the dress thing, (my wife is 5'4 125 soaking wet btw) and was kind enough to to help with these pics, no way she will go for me in a dress LOL. How about with fav college or NFL team jersey (I win, you were Ohio State or Detroit Lions, you win, pick yopur team, for a whokle day and the pic?)

Current weight: 206
Current BF%: Just over 12

My goal is slightly different. I am trying to get under 10% BF while still adding on muscle. This thread is about people motivating people and here we are. Starting a EPI/TRANS run tomorrow. Thread for it has already been started.

Let's Do This.

My Pics will be up today.

What ever happened to you. How is your results?

Invalid Link Removed... Major improvements Bro, congrats to you, that is no small feat, just do not stop here, continue on my friend, you can do this, you are more than half-way to your goal... "Keep on Keeping on!"

WOW TAMAN!! THat is some good work!! Keep killing it bro! You may not have lost much scale weight but you definitely lost that fat!
Keep working hard to get lean! I know you can do it, by summer you can hit the stage bro.
