PES And Power Chews to power me on

Ok so I guess I'm going to log this out.

I picked up 2 bottles of Erase Pro and PES kindly sent me FOUR BOTTLES of Anabeta for doing so! I'm going to run both for 8 weeks along side Power Chews D Test DAA supp which includes LCLT.

Erase Pro: 1 cap ED
ANABETA: 4 caps ED
DTest: 4 Chews per day

Quick note: I've previously used powerchews Preworkout which is nice but DTest taste is so much better. Literally candy.

I started all 2 days ago at the Above dosing protocol. Other shops to include a multi and fish oils. Extra Vit D. I've had a cold all week so the first week has sucked! Lol

Goal is to continue to bulk for now. Starting weight is 189. Bf: who knows. Higher than it should be. Lol. I'm ok with that for now. I may turn to a recomp somewhere along the line if the weight
Comes up enough.

I need to start training for the Tough Mudder soon which I run at the end of April. Plenty of time.

Ok. So let's get this thing started! I might put some before and afters up somewhere along the line.

I'm just getting over a cold so tonight was the best workout I've had in weeks. LOL. Not stellar but I'll take it!


Chest: (I know on Monday after New Years! What was I thinking!?)

Flat BB Bench: 135x20, 185x10,225x6,225x5

I'm doing very slow reps with a pause right now so I had to drop my weights a bit which is fine. The joints needed a break anyway. :D

Decline BB: 135x15,185x8,185x6
Decline Cable Fly: 50x12,50x10,50x8 SS with 90 Deg Bent Cable Fly 50x8,50x7,50x6
DB Narrow Grip Bench:(Palms In) 60x12,60x10,60x8

Those were weird. Needed something different though because narrow barbells kill my wrists.

Hanging Leg Raises: 17,15,15
Hanging Windshield Washers: 6,4

Overhead Rope Extension: 100x20,120x15,120x12

Floor ab work and stretches.

So far about a week in on Erase Pro/Anabeta and a day behind that on DTest. Nothing really to report just yet. I don't expect to see much of anything for another week. I'm hoping at that point the strength goes up and I get a bit of recomp. I'm changing my diet much though I may carb cycle a bit more in the coming weeks. So far, nothing negative to report either so that's good. No problems with the 1ED Erase pro but I didn't expect I would as I've used 3 erase with no problem.

Fairly decent workout. My gym was freaking packed. A lot of guys from another gym decided to switch so there are a lot more actual lifters there.

So far nothing to note really. Appetite unchanged. Body comp about the same. Energy levels are not great and neither is strength but I'm recovering from being sick.

I woke up sore from my chest workout yesterday. Like first thing I thought when my eyes opened this morning was...ouch! Sore pecs! Lol
 
So the famed Anabeta appetite increase has finally hit me. I'm at work and I'm out of food and I'm starving!!!! Send meat now please.

Figured I would try leg presses for a change. Taking a couple of weeks off of squats due to a foot strain. That's the most reps I've ever gotten at that weight. May have to move it up next week.

Strange update:

Weight: 186.8 lbs. I dropped 2-3 lbs eating like a hog. This was not my goal so I'll be eating even more I guess. Lol

Still feeling a little off lately. My focus and motivation is lacking for some reason. At be stress related. Very busy with my job lately. Hopefully I'll get a handle on that soon. My weights seem to be holding up but I "feel" weaker. Odd.
 
I started off this day rough. I slept all of about 3 hrs last night. Ugh...

Long mentally draining day. Oddly enough my workout went really well.

Supplement notes:

I was super thirsty today. Probably drank and extra half gallon of water. Looking a bit leaner too. My goal is really to continue bulking but in not going to complain if I recomp at good weight either.

No noticeable joint issue with Erase Pro as of yet. I'm not expecting any.

DTest: remains freaking delicious. I look forward to these every day. Lol.

Energy is really coming back finally. Even after a really hard week at work and very little sleep my workout tonight felt great.

I forgot my PC DAA before my workout tonight! My brain is really fried this week. Lol

I've used N2Amp as my Preworkout the last 2 nights. I really prefer it to the PC stuff. The PC Preworkout makes me a but nauseous. Solid pump and felt good tonight.

I appear to still be leaning out/ drying up a bit.

Still no issues with my erase pro everyday. Guess I'm a soppy wet bitch huh? Lol

I'm really enjoying the combo so far. Wish I had a bottle of titanium to throw in yet. I really think that set up would be great.

Planning on going 8 weeks like this. This is my fourth I believe.

I'm also logging AI 3z separately right now and that's really helping with the sleep. I've had some crazy dreams lately! Lol. I love that.
 
Glad to see that things are going well. I am interested in the Erase Pro myself. I never used the regular Erase so I am wondering if I should try that first. Plus it is alot cheaper, but it does have my interested. I think this would be a nice add to my current stack. I am running Thermolife Ebol, N2BM Gear, and Powerchews Creatine and BCAAs. I am running low on the Ebol, will be out soon and was just going to continue with IForce Ecdy. Maybe I should just add in the Erase Pro instead. The only thing is I am not looking for anything to Hormonal. Dont Want any Adrogenic activity, or as little as possible. Trying to lay low in that department and giving the boys a break, LOL. But I have herad nothing but good things about the Erase Pro..SJ

Hey, thanks for dropping in! Yeah, things are going well. I'm actually recomping a bit which was not really my goal but I'm liking it. I really need to start eating a little more in the next couple of weeks and see if I can add any size on this combo. Those PowerChews are so good man! LOL. I just want to eat the whole freakin' tub!

That looks like a great stack man. I feel you on the fat that came on too. Hahaa. Oh well, that's what winter's for!
 
Had my buddy with me again on Friday for legs. I had to teach him how to torture himself. I set him up squatting while I did leg presses. They're right next to each other. I didn't feel like trying to load and unload weights like crazy do I figured keep us separate.

My feet are both KILLING ME! seems to be planar faciaiitis. I rolled them both yesterday. Can't bear to do the left one today. I picked up some arch inserts for my shoes. They seem to help. I may need to drop legs for a few weeks which sucks but I need to heal my feet for my upcoming challenge in the tough Mudder. It's going to be hard enough. Lol

I'm almost out of erase pro and Anabeta. I think I will crack another bottle and keep it going though. If I had the funds I would pick up some titanium or testapro.

Used AI Maniac Preworkout today mixed with some recover pro. Good stuff. Taste wasn't my favorite but it was effective coupled with my DAA and ancient strength. Great pump.
