100 Day Pull-up/Push Up Challenge!!! Join Me Starting Friday Dec 16th!!!

An OB/GYN orientation appt (Yes I''m gonna be a Daddy... Lord help me) and a nap derailed me, cause after the nap I had enough time to double dose the new Taurus Nutrition Liquid Stim I am testing and get to my buddies place and drink for the military bowl. Fukc everyone one here, I'm not above drinking till I'm drunk lol. BTW, check the link below for info on the stim I'm testing... it's pretty damn nice to be honest.

Pack to the challenge, I'll make them up tomorrow.

Finally made it to the gym tonight now that Im rehydrated and felt better from drinking. Knocked out my pull ups and 5x5. Headed to north carolina to a friends for new years. Pretty sure he has a pull up rack in his garage so I'll be sure to keep up. Maybe after the ball drops I hop up and knock mine out for the 1st. You know, to start the year off right.

Day 14 was completed....but im running into an issue at my fire station we only have one of those pull up/dip/leg raise stations but for some reason pull ups are so awkward on it they're hard to do.

Anyone else ever have the problem where pull ups are harder on a different bar for some reason?

Well my name isn't Copycat heh but I figured it up and it's 120 of each. That sucks with those 14 hour shifts man, I used to work 12's and now I work 24's at a fire station so I know how much those long shifts suck.

Break them up and spread the out. You'd be surprised. You work legs but that doesnt stop you from walking around all day or walking stairs.

Yeah Brock felt a couple of knees and was looking for a way out of that fight pretty quick, but Diaz looked real good. How good is that camp really I mean with Nate, Nick, Melendez, and Sheilds. I know Jake hasn't looked good in the UFC but the Diaz bros and Melendez are some real tough dudes.
 
Everyone hates on the Diaz bros but I like them. The elder is soli and has been def proving lately and Nate has stepped it up. Good skill, tuf, just needs to work on conditioning

I've never seen neiher of them gas really but they have very similar styles. With Nate I see he is just really just starting to get serious I think. It took Nick a while to really become the fighter he is today. I think both those guys are a tough fight for anyone in their respected divisions. I will say Donald Cerrone didn't really show up and that was suprising to me.
 
Ive got 70 to catch up to today, definitely giving up on the pullups for that, but pushups should be fine.
 
Already knocked mine out for the day and got a nice little 3 mile run in.
 
Ive totally failed on the last half a weeks pull ups and pushups... ugh... Luckily its back today (normally chest but tris are sore so im swapping back and chest days) and i can use all these pull ups to start off my workout... thinkn I will have to pace myself and do them in sets of 5....

Its easier to start doing them in the morning and spread them out. This is why I have an iron gym that i can hang in my door way. I take it back and forth from home and work. I knock a couple out shortly after getting up and contine that all day. I also switch up all my grips and stuff all day.
 
54 to do today...just away for my 6mile run. Pissing rain and windy as hell, i'll get them done!
 
Done! no 6miler though. Changed to farklek session over probably around 3miles, chucked in all my pull ups and press ups along the way. Some squats too :)
 
Still need to do mine. I'll get it when I hit up the gym later tonight
 
meh... i think im out.... got in 23 pull ups yesterday and couldnt do more... this is going to lay waste to my bulking goals right now... so as fun as it is to complete such a a challenge... Ive gotta concede

Bummer to loose ya buddy. Keep an eye out in the future for a repeat of this or maybe a dif spin on it with something else.
 
during the spring I think Ill be trying this... its while I recomp/have no definitive goals.... dead of winter I bulk though and summer I cut(activity level goes through the roof with my work and aids in this)... so it restricts my workouts a bit more...

Ill still be following along and rooting for you guys to nail it! Id love to see it done!
 
Ugh, I missed today. Just got lazy and it was a day off in the gym. Looks like I'll be alittle busy tomorrow

I'm up to date so far! Still got todays to do but will do them tonight :)
