I originally stated off with only 3 doses at one time to get it in my system. The second time was every 4 hours from 6 am to 6 pm. Then the 3rd day I went every three hours from 6 am -6pm and that will be the way I stay at until I feel I need to bump it up. My workouts will be normally Mon, Tues, Thurs,Fri. only. Next week I may bump it to every two hours to see if there is really a difference. Plus that will give me 6 doses prior to my workout instead of only 5 now.
 
Was such a bad boy last night. I drank almost the entire bottle of watermelon flavored tequila matgarita premixed drink. And didnt even have a buzz.... So bummed. More drinking to follow this weekend. Lol..

I played an alcohol game once, 22 shots in 5 minutes and then I woke up in a hospital. Yup, now I'm a casual drinker.

I love to have a beer every now & then. Even wine or Crown. But I couldn't tell you when the last time I was drunk. Nothing worse than waking up, feeling like crap. I also stay away, far away from beer & liquor when taking ANY ph, no matter how mild it is.

That being said, I love a relaxing drink. Having a few now before heading over to the parents for our traditional booze and binge Christmas eve. merry Christmas fellas

Yeah one of my friend's got back from deployment a little while ago so we lived it up Thursday but before that night of drinking it was months and months, i'm with Matt i got to keep my liver fresh for some PH runs.

I like to chase 1800 with SD. The 1800 absorbs faster that way

That is awesome. I stopped drinking a long time ago as well. I just recently started to have an adult beverage every once in a while. I have such high tolerances It made no sense to drink as it was just wasted money.

Unfortunately, I was born with my father's liver and tolerance to alcohol... He'd drink a 12 pack before bed. My dad was pretty lean as well... he was just one of those big dudes who lifted, ate whatever, drank whatever, took crack, and painted houses.... (Also left us when I was in Middle school and I haven't seen him since).

But nonetheless, I have his liver... I could drink around a fifth of vodka and only be buzzed... Only once did I pass out... it was from a fifth of vodka, a fifth of rum and 2 small bottles of sake all chased with beer in 1 hour... I was drunk for 2 days. I also couldn't feel my left hand for 4 months....

Moral of the story.... Don't do what I did lol.

was your dad staioned on the eisenhower around 1977? sounds just like a bunch of guys i used to drink with.

oh sir if you only knew some of the things and amounts I drank when I was younger. Hence why I stopped drinking.

Hehe, I lived in Hawaii my friend... that night was the one time I actually got THAT messed up... usually it was just about 6 beers a night... with a couple of shots. Then I'd drive home not even phased... haha. Sad part is I never even thought for once doing that was even bad.... in the least... I thought it was "normal"...

LOL yeah I remember those days on the island. Them boys and girls can party.
 
Bro 5 xrays. The doc is seeing me regular now. No bad news according to him, I have calcium build up on my right roter cuff, but nothing needing surgery. He is doing some adjustments and acupunture along with tension therapy. Should be good to go 2nd week of Jan for my wicked PP stack log.

Hope it comes with better results than expected.

Well some interesting thing have happened the last few days. Today is day 7 of taking the M1P on Pulse. I have seen my weight as far as the number go up. As of this morning I was up to 249. Man oh man was I pissed. I had no body to blame but myself. I ate a ton of food both good and bad over the Xmas weekend. Now here is the fun part. My boss at the office came in we obviously haven't seen each other since last Friday. Today he says now these are his words " Damn Jeff now how much weight have you lost. You look small but more muscular if that makes sense" Now I just chuckled because the weight number has climbed. To be honest I feel a tad leaner even with all the crap I ate. My clothes are fitting loser in the areas they should and tighter in the chest, shoulders, and arm area. Now as far as strength gains. I am not really trying to lift heavy. Been focusing more on form. My Bro saw some things while working out together and have made the steps to make the proper changes. Even if that means dropping the weight down to achieve this.
