Most noticeable thing so far is I feel more motivated to lift heavier. Sounds weird but I used to get nervous before going for a max(Slightly worried about getting injured) and a lot of times I would decided not to go for it last minute, but lately I haven't had that problem.Holy Crap!!! You have some great lower body strength! I think you might be CRAZY :stupid: for doing squats AND deadlifts in the same workout. Keep hitting hard, you should be lifting insane wt when you jump into M-1P!

Yeah, it was definitely entertaining. Especially since the only girl I was teaching was the first to really ride and all the little dudes got pissed.
My sleep has definitely gotten a lot better. I usually have a hard time sleeping through the night, lately I rarely wake up and there is a lot of people here who'd usually end up waking me up by talking.can you give us some more insight to the results you're seeing?

I used to be pretty good but now my game play is pretty mediocre.I still play in a pretty competitive league in LA, but it is fun finding weaker opponents to dominate. We have our first match next Sunday so I gotta get my squats in tomorrow so that I have plenty of recovery time.

Tonight should be my last night of HGHpro but I still have enough for a night afterwards.
All I did was deadlifts and called it a day. I realized afterwards I should have gone for a PR tomorrow not today. Opps. So tomorrow is going to be Traps/Shoulders
Pulled 445 with straps. Definitely happy about that, not sure if it would count in a competition since I was like shrugging it for the last 4 inches pretty much lol.
