Elbow supported leg raises (on dip bar):
4x28, 25, 20, 10 (holding at the top 2 seconds each last set)

Standing DB curls, slow squeeze, light weight for focus:
30's x15, 30x15, 35x12, 35x12

Seated DB overhead extensions, 1 each hand:
25x12, 25x12, 30x12, 30x12

High cable curls on cablecross:
40x18, 30x21

Not sure what you would call these, but basically, I supported myself on a ball with my forearms, and with my legs back as far as they can go, I drove one knee forward at a time, doing 3 sets of 12, 10, 8, per leg.

Got a nice pump for not going to failure today, abs are feeling pretty hit still.

I don't mean to sound paranoid, I know my body pretty well, but I am feeling some slight irritation in the nips. Too soon for me to consider adding in the A-Dex, because I want to use any estrogen conversion to my advantage on this run, but when I get down to 2 weeks left on the run, if it is still there I will probably go .5mg every other day.

Nice lifts. Focusing in the muscle contraction is pretty important too. I do those on the higher rep range stuff.

Sensitive nips... Oh noes!! Yea see if they go away if it does get worse though apply caution and take some ai. :) I would.

Subbed bud. First time I have hears of this compound, but I've always preferred the liquid sublingual delivery system as the best short of injecting. Good luck on your run. Is this a DS or a PH? If a ph, what hormone is it converted to?
Sorry, just saw ya, welcome man! It is a PH, that is supposedly converted into dhea's equivilant to Bold if I am not mistaken. I don't know a lot about that, but Sourdough seems to know what he's talking about lol

It is supposed to be a bulker from the way Taurus has made it sound. Hopefully I begin to see that now that I've upped the dose.

Its supposed to convert to 1,4ad... then to boldenone... Even 1,4ad wasnt really anything special or something youd see immediate results from and usually took much more then the rec dosage.... Only thing this has really going for it over the old versions that was a one step conversion is the cyclo... but its still being dosed at like half the dose "bold 200" was dosed at and has to go through more conversions with more side paths that can be taken lessening the amount that reaches the target hormone... Only reason why I relate this to DHEA is cause of the 2 step conversion to the target similar to the 2 step conversion DHEA to test....

Dang your crazy thats so much stims. Supersize and 2 scoops of Wyked would have me bouncing off the walls pretty sure my wife would strangle me if i got that much stims.

Smith machine military press:
105x5, 135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 195x3 (???), strip to 155x10
Wasn't too happy with that last set at all. Last time was 205x7. Not sure what happened here.

Squats:
135x5, 165x5, 195x5, 225x5, 255x5
Could have got a 6th with a spot

Incline bench:
105x5, 135x5, 155x5, 180x5, 195x5

Standing DB raises (front to side):
25x15, 25x10, 20x12
Superset with...

Bent over DB rear delt raises:
25x12, 25x10, 20x10

Warmed the knees up with some light weight seated leg curls, stretching deep at the top to get the blood flowing, for 4 sets.

I felt like crap all day...headache since last night, eyes puffy, felt like I had allergies, slept in too and didn't eat much just because of time constraints. I'm at close to 3k cals for the day right now, scarfed down in the last 8-9 hours.
Probably going to eat one more meal and go to bed.
I am doing 3 double doses a day now.

Not a chance lol. I'll probably wake up in the middle of the night and find something to eat. I can't sleep when my stomach is growling.
My post workout meal was 1500 calories lol. Still full...I can probably force down some cottage cheese and a cup of milk.

Glad to hear the sensitivity has gone away i hate those kinds of scares. Putting up some big numbers despite feeling sick my man you got an awesome log here.
 
Still no nip sensitivity, although I am feeling like straight up pounded dog sh!t today guys...it's hard to tell if I came down with something or if my entire body is still sore from my intense full body day two days ago and maybe the reason my throat hurts so bad is because of all the way too hot wings I had from B Dubs last night.
Either way I brought tons of vit C to work today and I am hoping to be better by workout time...

Getting sick is pretty frustrating! I rarely get sick so I forget how awful it is.

I hear you on rarely getting sick this winter has been murder on me and i don't my wife has had to put up with so many complaints from me ever. Keep getting better kick the sick out of you and kill it in the gym today.

Lol yep I can pretty much vividly recall every time I touched my face with dirty hands in the past month now that I'm sick.
Just left the gym, bout threw up ten times in my car.

WELL, I didn't get much better...HATE working out when I am congested and lethargic, but I blasted through today's lifts with 2 servings of Beast Mode and ample amounts of BCAAs.

First time I have gone free weights on flat BB bench since I f'd up my wrist...kept it low for this purpose and because I've had a few days off from the gym, don't want to screw up the 5x5 progression.

Flat BB press:
135x5, 165x5, 185x5, 215x5, 235x7

Bent over BB rows to mid stomach:
135x5, 165x5, 185x5, 205x5, 225x5

Leg press:
2 platesx5, 4x5, 5x5, 8x5, 9x5, 10x5 (Yeah..I felt good with this lol, threw in a 6th set)

Then I went over to some arm blasters, for both exercises picked a weight I could probably do 16 times:
EZ bar curls at 8 reps, straight over to rope pressdowns for 8 reps, repeat for 10 sets, no rest.

Arms were blown up at this point, and I went over to the cable cross to finish my chest.

2 sets of 16 reps with slow contraction, squeezing at full contraction for 2-3 seconds per rep. I tried my hardest to make every rep look exactly like a transition from arms extended to the side at shoulder level into a chest/bicep pose (hand touching in front, elbows at 135 degree angle).


Going to pick up my dinner, then I have some notes about this cycle that I will be posting. BBL

I have now been on P-Bold for 19 days. When I first started I was sitting at 210 pounds. I am currently at 211 pounds.
The only things I have seen this far that can be considered an "on cycle" feeling is a little rush shortly after taking it, possible increase in vascularity, and possible increase in aggression.
Nothing else that I can really say is a noticeable sign right now.
I am really hoping that this is just going to be late in kicking in, like the original Bold, or like H-drol.
I know P-bold was said to be a wet compound but I am not seeing any wetness thus far. I have been taking it at 6 mL a day for the past week, which was bumped up from 4 the first two weeks. I am still rooting for this stuff to work some PH goodness on me, and I am not stating that it is bunk, just being honest and stating what I have observed from it this far into the log.
After my first bottle is done, I will be running 8 mL a day, which is 160mg. I really hope this will be my sweet spot and I will start to see some crazy gains.

Again, I just want to be honest, and I am not saying it doesn't work.

Maybe Eric will have some time this week and can chime in a little for me and shed some light on this.
I am eating 4k+ calories on lift days and at least 3.5k on off days.

You guys know from my previous logs that I am not out to damage a company's reputation, and at the same time I am not one of the guys who gets a free product and immediately tells everyone how fantastic it is as a way of saying "thanks, pick me again in the future" you guys know I run honest legit logs and reviews, and Taurus has some solid products out there. Let's all hope P-Bold can live up to it's name for me!

I felt the same way a few weeks ago, it just wasn't about p-bold hopefully it'll catch up to you :)
