Hey man...Ive never done sumo deads. If I were to do them, what would be the best way to incorporate them into my routine?

Instead of conventional deadlifts. Unless you are insane like me and train them on a separate full body day... But unless you are insane or doing some deadlift program I would do them instead of deads. Either on leg day or back day.
 
Yeah. Kinda training for my new max deads...but doing other stuff too. Ill give them a try tomorrow!!!

Impressive squat PR for me. I have never pushed 275 that many times. Interesting seeing I did high rep sumo squats yesterday... haha.

Ended it here. Tomorrow morning I will hit arms and some push ups and pull ups.
 
Awesome stuff for sure.

I can feel the compound helping. But I definitely am pushing harder than ever as well. Im hoping to get some really mean rep PRs soon. Just so I can save my joints... going to try to go less than 5 for most of my lifts. Target reps in the 12 count for now.

I need to start hitting up some BB bench again!!! just sucks cause you really do need a spot to progress safely and quickly on bench, just one of the reasons I switched to DB's besides the incorperation of more supporting muscles... Do you have any clue what your DB press numbers look like right now? 295 for 5 is no joke. also, 285 on rows... wow... just wow... how are these being performed??? like how is your body positioned etc? regardless its nuts!

Damn man, great numbers already! Your bent over rows always boggle my mind and your bench is damn impressive too! It's gonna be crazy to see how strong you are in a couple more weeks.

I know I saw a video of you or your friend...You need to tape this. Not that I dont believe you, thats just crazy..most I ever did was like 225 for 8 but sH*t was sloppy and I was doing some serious throwing!!!

I pull to mid ab. Pulling to chest for me are pendalay rows. I dont do those unless I am doing some kind of deadlifting program where I will do snatchs too. Those are hard... 205x5 for pendalays were my heaviest. Might add those in now... FL3X im going to overtrain... (not really though ;) )

I actually like the DBs better but I dont really have enough weight at home. I can do incline presses of 100lbsX10. I have done 110lbsX10 (The other day I was super setting them with DB rows so I wanted more reps). 110 is the heaviest DBs that my gym has and I figure incline is harder than flat so i would do flat bench (where I could do more weights), then just rep out the 110s on incline.

Hehe, well I pull it the bb style. Like I said in response to FL3X, my bent over row is more of the 45 degree pull to mid ab style versus the fully bent over (parallel to the floor) style pulled to chest. Also, known as the pendalay row. That row is supposed to help support the bench.. but my bench is already good I feel... I will probably add it in though. Im looking at doing more super setted workouts so Ill need to find more things I can do at home with what I got.
275x8 sloppy is good. my 10 were like 5 pretty good, then 5 more rest paused ... haha. I was like Im getting 10 no matter what!!

Today I dosed all the ph in the morning instead of lunch.
Just to see if I feel any different.

No the protein I have been using lately is from body fortress.
 
Mdrol at 10mgs. And 4 caps of AH. Taken together. Along with 3gs of fishoil and 2g cla.

Nice that AH is gona increase absorption of the mdrol good combo..and I noticed that new Ageforce thing on the bottom thought that was new! Congrats :D

I am srsly getting no sides from mdrol that worry me. I mean day four I had some nipple irritation? Like I felt they might be standing a bit more. But now I added the AH and normal. Plus it's damn cold. The first couple days I talked about lethargy but it was probably coming off all forms of caffeine.
Pretty good so far. I'm loving this. But I'm not loving looking bad.
 
Yeah I have done pretty darn well with it I am a happy camper. Plus it contains extra free form taurine so if you run it on cycle no back pumps :thumbsup:

Done. Good pumps today. Full on contraction on every rep slow burn workout. Good stuff. Arms were pumped. I think I can go a little heavier this time. My new training mentality for this phase is FAILURE.
 
Nice workout! That is a sh1tload of volume for arm work, but since you were doing high reps I can see the good in it. I'm sure the pumps were insane!

Yea, I have trained in all rep ranges from just doing singles all the way to days of 100s... All good I guess lol. I havent really found the one my body "responds" best to I feel. I just train. I think it might be better, as I stated in my last post, to just go to failure on every set for a specific rep range for now. That being said 8-15reps now. :D

Its good if you are trying to keep strength up while keeping cals on the lower side. :D

I feel you should always be aiming for either more reps or more weight. So when your current workout plan plateaus then you should move on to another type. UNLESS, you are training for some kind of strength competition, where doing anything above 5 reps is just plain pointless for you. But for BB'ing definitely changing up the reps from 8-12, to something like 5-8 during the off season is good. Keep track of numbers so you can try to gain strength in all rep ranges. :D
Hope that helps, I am in no ways good enough to give sound advice, but I do train in this fashion. Keeps me strong lol.

I like to stick with the same routine adding weight/reps week to week. I only switch it up for a week or two after about three months and then back to the normal routine.
