Some good news (sort of) Figured out that it was not the Epi making my elbow hurt, it was the 50lb DB Curl set earlier this week. I think this is true because it is only the right one and it is more painful when I flex the bicep and rotate my wrist to go palms up. 40mg dose starts tomorrow. For today, not much activity, had an early morning appointment, so no am cardio. Dietary for today: 2139 cals (98 carbs, 208 protein [plus 12g bcaa], 105 fats.

Have you tried not doing and db curls for a week or two? To see if it really is that?

No, it just started last night and is feeling a little bit better today. I figure I will just not push past 45's for a while till I can handle the 50's with good form.
 
Man I would drop it even less than that or find another exercise to hit the same muscle.

I see your point, however, it is now almost like it was never irritated. Frankly, I had persistent elbow tendonitis for about 10 months before starting in Cissus (which cleared it up) so I just kind of dealt with it. No gonna be hitting bi's again till 12/12, so we will see where we are at then.

Brief update: Have some good and some bad. The scale tipped at 279.2 this am, up 9 pounds. However, 3 point caliper total was 29, lower than my pre-thanksgiving measurement of 30. (think I was at 34 when we started this). So I have overcome the Turkey day stuffing and am packing on some mass with this cycle (now in day 21) while still leaning out. Alpha male sensation is in full swing. This has turned out to be a killer stack. As an aside, after day 30 we are not going to PCT, we are bridging to 4 weeks of v2 Androlean.
 
Thats some good stuff on the calipers. Weight will go up and down for a long while trust me. Lol I was up almost 10lbs after the holidays now I have lost a little ovet half of what was gained. Have no idea on my bodyfat. Wont test it again until maybe end of december beginning of jan. When I start my new supps. I have been taking a break from supps.

My first PH run ever was Halotest 25, a halo clone. Back pumps were seriously bad and that was the start of the tendonitis in the elbows.

dang... that is pretty mean.. Hdrol was bad on my tendons too. Anything you take alleviate the pain?

The Cissus has worked wonders in that department. As to the backpumps, 5g of Taurine daily usually takes care of that.

Incline BB Press @185 (all reps to upper chest)
8/6/6 (Lost a few reps but moved up 15 pounds, I'll take that trade)

Odd for you to be dropping strength now. Bad day? Hows the recovery? I find that if I don't sleep enough I wont' hit the gym hard enough. Either way though man, those are some good numbers. Perhaps the 270x3 sapped all you strength.

Nah, benching has not been my strong suit since I was about 17 and to be honest, even though my shoulder feels better, it is not 100%. I think I just let me elbows flair out a bit too much.

Nice Shoulder work bud. Just for kicks, sometime do the rear delt raise lying face down on an incline bench, takes away all momentum and iso's very nicely.

Squat (does not include warm up w bar, 135, 225, belt on last set only) 280x5, 325x5, 365x6 (Could have had 7, maybe 8 but I shifted the bar like a dumbass after rep 5 which made it ride to high....why do I do that ****? HEAD MEET WALL):aargh4:

Just for kicks, did some "Dangling DB Squats" where I hung the DB from a belt between my legs. Focused more on flexibility than weight, making sure the lower end of the DB touched the floor. Did hang on to DB rack for some balance assistance on the 2nd set, was going to do these stradling 2 benches but figured I was not ready for that yet. Ok, enough rambling 75x12, 95x12.

Cable Crunch at 160 2sets of 30.

Dietary for today: 2376 cals (175 carbs, 228 protein [plus 36 g BCAA], 86 fats) with an estimated burn of 4137.

Those supps your on making you hungry? I remember that feeling on my first go round. Taking a fat burner is what saved me.

Other than that solid workout. Just a couple more weeks and I will be back to the grind with some supps. Have been able to maintain weight not much on dropping. I might have leaned up a small amount. Soon as the new year comes I will snap some pics. Just to see how my next run will work.

2257 cals (167 carbs, 196 protein [plus 12 g bcaa], 88 fats) with an estimated burn of 3552.

Tomorrow, we grip it and rip it some more!

Forgot to mention, just to see where I was at, checked my BP post cardio, 133/72. Not bad at all.

pretty sure the epi and stuff is making him hungry lol. Hard to diet on the PH without appetite blunting supps or a very VERY strong will.

Dietary: 2433 cals (163 carbs, 217 protein [plus 24g BCAA), 100 fats) with an estimated burn of 4131.

Tomorrow is the office Christmas party then a dinner for my boss who is retiring. No lifting but intend to get a burn going with some AM cardio. Gonna enjoy myself but try not to go too crazy. I am still hanging around 278, but the 3 point caliper is a solid 28mm, which is down 6mm from when we started, so this PH stack has yielded some very solid gains (around 7-9 pounds) while still leaning out
