Transaderm final review!


As I mentioned before a big shout out to RickRock who let me run this product! It was something I always wanted to try out as I heard how good ermacrine was.

Strength: This was probably the most pronounced. While I was in the game for strength gains, I got um. A lot of them. Strongest Ive ever been on the bentover row, and getting back to near old max zones with most of the other lifts. I also noticed a little more drive to push heavy weight in the gym. I was eating at a cutting level 2-4 and still made strength gains. A lot of them.

Libido: Amazingly this was very strong. I was a damn horn dog the whole time. Cant say it wasnt a welcome effect though ;). This kicked in the earliest and remained pretty much at a good level throughout. Never increased but it became less pronounced as time went by.

Endurance: I had limitless energy. I follow LGs protocol so I dont eat in the mornings. And I still had much energy, even after my crazy morning sessions in the gym. Also, training fasted was not a problem. No changes in blood sugar, and no dipping into hypo glycemia even with a pre workout. WIth a preworkout though it was even better. ;)

Pumps: Pumps were very good, though I feel some of it was due to holding a bit more water than I am used to. Dropping to a near 0 carb diet helped out with that though. Flushed the water right out relatively fast. But by day 5+ pumps were pretty much all day. Good stuff.

Mood: Mood was elevated, as I said I had energy to do stuff. Felt really good as well. I will probably notice more as time progresses. Unless I start another log I will be logging my really weak OTC PCT here. So I can update as time progresses on what I "miss" about transaderm and using it.

Bodycomp: Lose some size on my waist and chest, but got bigger arms, legs, and neck. I feel bigger. Look leaner, and I think the pics show me as being quite leaner. Ill post some more later in the week. My mearsurements are shown a page or so back, Ill edit them in.

Sides: I felt I was getting nipple sensitivity early on, but I think it might have jsut been the weather. Its getting cold lol. Water retention was another side efffect I thought one who is using this much be weary of. If you are worried, either drop carbs lower, or use an AI. Other than that the strength gains are worth it.

Overall: I think this product is great for someone who is on TRT, or is needed upstream hormones when cycling. It is also great for someone who might be killing themselves on the cortisol forefront. I think this product might aid someone in getting back their cortisol/T ratio. WIth the preg in it there should be some extra support to get someone back on track. More of a rescue protocol. Id suggest finding a doc though to work with. but I think this is a very viable process with this product. Aside from that the strength gains were good. 3 weeks of PRs. I have never bent over row that much in my lift. So there is something to say about that for a lifter who has been at it for over 10 years. Its REALLY cheap. I used around 4-5 pumps a day and noticed all these great effects. Best thing, is the bottle is still a little more than half full!!! Someone could use 5 pumps a day for 60 days as some small base to test, or as creating extra hormones to fuel some sort of deficiency.

Would I use it again? That depends on my plans. I am in a very interesting cross roads. I road to get bigger? Leaner? What do I want my over all goal to be? What do I want to do with my body? How do I want to do it? How fast do I want it? All things Im going over in my head now. I know Im focused on getting leaner now but I must make sure that I dont get ahead of myself and start bulking again...hehe


Tomorrow I got work and then work again the next day (saturday for me) as well, and this day I have to perform. Just stressful because I dont have any equipment and have to rely on the school to make sure the sound is okay... meh, only a school fair though lol.

Off topic, but all this discussion of protein hate in Japan has definitely made me decide to strike it off my list of places to live. Eesh.

Great stuff man! It's not easy putting yourself out there for everyone to read about, props for the courage to do so. While you may not realize it, as FL3X said, it's very inspirational! Keep up the great work man! Not everyone is born with amazing genetics but as your story goes to show, you can still achieve your goals either way as long as you put in work!

Hmm, like I told CL... hard to get this stuff. but it's relatively cheap. 39.99 for a 60 day use. Not bad at all. And yea, I think with your TRT you should look into some of this. While it doesnt' start out with the *BASE there have been studies showing that this helped with TRT patients as well.

Thanks! Its great to get words of encouragement! Specially now where most of my friends here think my dedication to my body, and my health is some kind of obsession that is based off vanity and some psychological issues... I was thinking about it today, most likely w/o this site of late I would have completely lost it. The will that is. With my training partner back home in America, I have no one to train with, no one to give me the support in the gym... barely anyone to bump off ideas. EVERYONE who asks for help with health and stuff here always ask me, so w/o this site I wouldn't be as modivated to keep up to date with the reading, with the lifestyle etc. Interesting though... I tell my friends the benefits of some supps, results from the logs... and they buy it! WTF! I should just buy truck loads of anything that I use, then sell it off here when someone asks (for a small fee ;) ).
I'd make loads... A friend of mine just bought 6 bottles of slim FX, and 6 bottles of Ursobolic acid cause I told him all the good stuff I was reading here. Told me I better get him back in the gym now that I MADE him buy those supps... even though I never took them... I just made them sound amazing lol.


anyway end tangent. I wanna get strong and lean. Those are my goals. NOW. I must write the program that will take me there!

Updating when I can. Super busy today... had to record my oral tests for english and it seems all my work today has to be redone... my fcking god...

Very true!! i guess I just had a good workout! You can get what you need here.. just costs you more than double, and carries one hell of a bad social stigma... I'm just glad my wife is a nurse and knows a few things about health... though she doesn't practice it a lot... I'm going to change that though, I think i'm going to start training her. Gotta get her motivated though.

yeah alot of times I have seen stuff out of stock. gota finish up my anabeta into erase, then I think I am gona run some natty again. then look into some stuff like cabergolean and ergo blitz and maybe the trans and run that all together for the heck of it. seems to be some sweet stuff and obviously this trans is good.

Nice progress made man! It shows in both the pics and measurements taken. You gained size where you should and lost where you should have also. Excellent recomp bro! Don't be alarmed by the chest measurement going down. The same thing happened to me. That area can carry a lot of fat, and when waist measurements go down, the chest usually will too...even in recomp. Chest is just leaning out. Its a good thing!

Yea I realize my lats are a little less fatty. Odd because I was feeling that they were expanding. Like I could feel them on the back of my arms more, but then all of a sudden that just stopped lol. But the size is still there. perhaps I'll learn how to take pics of my lat spread later. Your back pic is freakin mean though lol.

Now I'm doing a nonsponsored log, basically continuing this one. Stoked, Testopro, cabergolean, and DAA. Just a small test boosting stack I'm going to use until I figure out what products I'm going to do to reach my goals. (leaner, meaner, if possible bigger ;) )

Thanks man! I really want to take it even further. I am tired of only being like semi there... these blurry abs are like a HUGE tease... I hate it lol. I wanna be huge and I wanna be lean... Ryan Hughes IMO has the best year round physique. Hes like 6 foot 2, 220lbs... probably like 6%bf... I donno where that comment came from but damn I wanna look like that!

Your shoulders have a good shape to them, random but I have dumb shoulders IMO, I need to work them better.

When I bb'd at home in Hawaii I'd have a shoulder day lol. 2hrs if brutal lactic acid inducing workouts... Ohh the joys of putting my buddies through my shoulder program. I miss the screaming.

This was an early morning workout. Good god. Im feeling pretty damn good about my transaderm run. Still gaining so Im pretty sure Im not shut down AT ALL. Which mean the transaderm pretty much just ADDED more power and size to me... which is amazing... Though Im running my new favorite test booster in PCT stinging nettle root (TestoPro). Libido is still good. Noticed the mood aspect did go down a bit, mainly Im not as optimistic and happy as I was on cycle. Which is pretty much something I didnt even consider. That feeling of being "Hyper male" lol, is not as pronounced. Definitely, better than those days where I feel like crap though... Like when Im off all natty test boosters.

Anyway, my new workout will be based on a squat program. I can squat again!! hahah. I wonder what I should run next...

Pretty good strength still. I guess this proves that transaderm is pretty damn unsuppressive. Strength FEELs a little down. But better than it was 4 weeks ago. So pretty good progress. But definitely notice the transaderm NOT being with me. Thats why I really like my logs to last a little longer than the product. Also, I will start a vidatest log. Vitatest is basically an aptogenic test booster. So Im going to up my volume when I start it. But that wont be for another 2-3 weeks so I will END this PCT with the log.

Yeah squats....love'em and hate'em. No other exercise makes you feel as much like you really did something. I miss my old gym where a bucket next to the squat rack was standard equipment. At my chrome plated gym I have to dash the the br after a hard squat routine to chuck it

Actually, no. Coming off Transaderm I was around 88kgs. Currently, I weigh around 87.6kgs... which is a lb or so? But I look a lot leaner... Transa is REALLY good slow recomper. Faster than anythign else I have used that was non hormonal. Well non hormonal meaning something that was this easy on the body.

Yea on the transaderm I suggest using a anti E or AI to dry up. On my log i dint want to add it in to make sure that I tested JUST this product.

And I think I want to look pretty lean for when I got back to Hawaii for my wedding (for my hawaii family and friends, already had one up here in July), that's in Feb... So I donno if I will have enough time from Dec 25th till Feb 17 to do a true bulk - cut regime to look decent for my wedding there. It'll probably just end up as being a cut till Xmas, a small break (2-3 days), then back on the lean train...

BUT, when I come back to japan... it's lean bulk till June... haha. Then another cut so I can look impressive for my job interviews back in Hawaii.

Buddy of mine just started a log. he lives pretty far from me but he helped me out with my first cycle and been my mentor until he hit the "I never wanna diet again" and just got fed up with being restricted and let loose. He started yesterday and was courageous enough to post pics. Gonna go to a gym in the city on sat to workout. Hopefully we can get some pics, or even some video. Here is his story:
