Dude how the hell do you do that on Bent over rows? damn dude. I hit 225 and that hurt like crazy the other day. I might be able to work up to where you are if my back was better. but I could literally almost feel my nerve being crushed as I was doing them.

Transaderm helps with recovery i am sure. I just need to control my cortisol so I can get more pregnelone and DHEA to my testosterone cascade...

How are the test levels on transa?

Libido is up, strength is up, Im pretty sure it means my test levels are okay. I have no way to check them here in Japan so I am pretty much going by feel in this area (A lot of times not the best way to do it). This being a very mild prohormone I think its a very good supplement to try if you arent worried about using stuff that might fall into the "gray" area. ;)

My back has always been ridiculously strong. for about 2 years I did only one back exercise, the lat pull down... I sucked at it. Then I started doing bent over rows about a year ago, along with a more constant back program where I hit volume like no other. 6 sets of 12-15 reps of super high weight... 110x15 db rows, super setted with bent over rows, then deadlifts. I was very sick though at that time... and hit a wall... im still recovering from that time where i pretty much just screwed my whole body lol. Im better strength wise. But this new Kleen challenge of unwraping the abs has lit a new fire under my butt and I think Im going to have to use more intensity raises strategies to get where I need to be in 8 weeks!

Like I said, Im happy with the strenght, but I feel like I have gained a lot of weight.... Perhaps I need to add in the cardio..? I dont think I have been eating "that" much over maintenance. either way Im gonna start cutting now, unwrap these abs... lookin really muddy now lol. hopefully by xmas Ill be a little cleaner ;)

ik what you mean about strong backs, my back was always my strongest, still is. but with the damage I had with this last injury doing bent over exercises heavy just isn't an option at all. It sucks. My lats have always been huge though, but there is always room to work.

I have been trying to unwrap the abs slowly for about 2 months now, and I have gotten alot better but still going slow and steady. have to keep an eye on my diet because I get lax everyone once in a while. recomping is tricky tricky stuff. cardio is the one thing I miss, I still havent been able to run yet. I tried the other day but I was like screw this. I bike alot though I try to 2 times a week.

Matt you don't have a lot more work to do to get where you want. Throw in some cardio you should lean out pretty nice. I can picture you a hairy beast when your all said and done. I say by the time you go back home for good you should be ripped.

You have a great solid built base bro. If you cut up and got down to say 10% you would look incredible. I think either a cut or recomp is a very smart move ;)

Haha, Yea well I know a lot of it is water that just tacked itself on this past weekend... I don't know why but this weekend I just blew up... Diet etc. stayed pretty much the same. Maybe sodium intake went up? I ate a lot of soup (Getting colder).

I'd do the cardio... if I had a nice gym to do it in... Might start jumping rope on off day mornings. And do some sprints outside... it's damn cold though and motivation dies when I step outside and it's frosty..

Oh yes, I will be beast when I got back in July I better be ripped up lol. That's like 8 months away! I'm hoping to be at a good place in about 3 months for when I go back for my wedding party. February 25th ;) That's the next goal date. about 9 weeks after the current Christmas challenge. No dancing in a diaper for me!

Probably just all out cut... But smart cut. I don't want to drop my performance much. I'm probably going to shoot for a more modest approach. I'm going to continue this 5x5 program for another 2 weeks (Should still have juice left in me to gain strength in the first couple weeks of a cut), then do another transition into a more "intense" workout with dropsets/super sets and switch the diet to a very low fat, mod carb, high protein diet. Very low fat being close to 50g a day. Run that for about 5 weeks then carb load to see how much water I can shuttle into my muscles lol.

After that 2 weeks of slight break with slight deload and recalibrate the fat/carb ratio. (Gonna have to PCT outta this transaderm lol).

And the roman deadlift volume wise is a PR (SetxReps, Usually I pyramid Roman deads, not straight set the heavy weight). So I'm pretty much feeling the strength. It's fast. I wasn't sure I was going to make ANY progress using the 5x5 intermediate program. As I have run wendler 5-3-1 before and my previous 5x5 was almost 2 years ago. It's not really training adaption either though cause I always lift heavy. Either way I'm cutting, the after pics are going to be crazy good. I can feel it lol.

Yea, I used to shave the upper body last year summer time. But my wife got mad cause she said it felt funny. But now well, we rarely sleep together because of the way our jobs collide and even on days we see eachother we're usually too tired (we go out a lot to gatherings when we are together) cause we come back at 1-3am... and end up just passing out... Libido being up is very much mitigated when one is sleep deprived. I also blame my poor body comp on the fact that this past week I realize now I have lost about 1.5hrs a night on sleep due to extra work and the extra crap I gotta do cause it's cold...
And well with me cutting... shiet... libido will tank even further lol.

Hopefully this site ships to japan.... Amazon's didn't...

I'm getting everyone around me motivated too. lol. Training a friend today. Got him on slimFX and some shift. Another friend I got on OEP and some dermatherm. The other just diets hard (He has the best progress IMO, shows you what diet is does).

Also, building a friend's next cycle so he can lean out by spring. ;) I'm on a mission. (There will be no speedo dance!! Plus... I don't even own a speedo...) We might be starting to upload some training vids... More to come as I wanted video updates in my first log... but yea... my computer broke...

Good workout. No PRs but a good workout obviously getting stronger. Took a short 5min jog and one hill sprint to get warmed up. Got up SUPER early today. Instead of waking up at the usual 6ish, I got up at 4... couldnt sleep after that. So i started my workout. Today I took 2 scoops of whiteflood. Man, I felt it... stim effect. Over stimed for sure. Took like 4 pisses between my workout (only around 55mins long). Going back down to one scoop lol. First time in a long time that I feel i need LESS stims. Well cept for 1,3... that stuff is strong, I wish my 60mg caps were smaller (NP bulk)... the 25mgs in BPS combustion I feel are the PERFECT dosing size.

Long day ahead at work. Stress I feel is picking up... I think Im going to incorporate some HGHpro so I can sleep.... what can I say... EndoSurge made me addicted to sleep aids... I want endosurge!! To bad its OOS on the site... and its not at the place where I am going to put in my next order... (around $500, shipping is going to be around 180 bucks so I have to choose ONLY one place lol).

Oh yes. Squat racks are there but view is always better from the cardio stepper. Good warm up to get the blood flowing. ;)
