One scoop (3g) per day is the normal recommended dosage for it ;)

Being a chemistry major in college I really would love to log this stuff for my midterm coming up!
Goals- Help contribute to NTBM and keep on supporting awesome products from you guys.
How it will be taken- Will be included into supplement regimen with bulking diet. (BCAA's, Kre-Alk, Fish Oils..N2KTS etc..)
Not cycling any PH's PS's etc..

I've always heard it is best to take it on an empty stomach, so I just mixed it in with my preworkout and took it that way
 
Lil late but anyway I can get this to log!? Running ultradrol right now, and looking to get this and hcgenerate, so it'll definitely help out!

Good question. I don't know the exact answer, but I'm sure they will start to taper back to normal after a week or two

Yah that would be a good guess there is usually about a week of residual effect with most products I take...
