NEEDTOBUILDMUSCLE(N2BURN) TIME TO GET RIPPED!! WITH PICS

Don't know if you'll take to fasted training right away but stick with it, I love my fasted training now...
 
Fasted traning wasnt too bad today to my surprise... Energy towards the end was horrible though, and didnt achieve much pumps like i usually do but my lifts at the start were just fine, and i even moved up on deadlift by a tiny bit(10lbs)... Toward the end when i was hitting biceps my numbers were pathetically lower then average. Also, my damn headphones got caught between two plates and snapped right in half. I go though so many headphones from gym use its ridiculous. My weight was 191 which is significantly lower then my starting weight but ive also never weighed in on an empty somach before... Might start ramping up the cals on gym days very soon, but as for now ill keep everything the same.

I was so looking forward to stuffing my face when i got home haha.... Had 2 potatoes nd half a pack of lean chop meat. with basically a **** ton of hot sauce, wasnt half bad... Oh and 2 mini cups of cottage cheese... Next meal im thinking grilled chicken sub with peppers.. im hungry as a horse today
 
Just a little update today

Did chest/triceps today.... Felt really good going in. Towards the end i was burned... I broke the golden rule "do not show the weight you are scared" Hahaha, i dropped down to 120's on dumbbell press because i just mentally didnt think i could handle the 125's, however i did push them for 8, and on 9 i struggled a bit and some dude helped me get the last one out, so i might have decreased just a tiny bit. Although i did get props from him saying "dude thats some nice weight" made me feel like a badass for the rest of the workout haha. Other then that though everything either went up a hair or remained the same.. Really good/strong workout... Taking tomorrow off on a "burn day". Going to go very low on the cals, basically just keeping up the protein and a little bit of fats.

Weight was 193 today.
 
Very nice so far! I was forced into a "slightly" fasted traning today thanks to my work schedule ****ing my eating schedule up lol.

I've grown to love fasted training. BCAAs is all I take in preworkout and I no longer have any energy issues. Actually its almost the opposite at times and energy is through the roof!

Weird... Is there any science backing up as to why? Perhaps its more mental then anything. Its just hard to fathom how one could have more energy after a fast haha

I am a bit stronger as well. I had to adjust to lean gains then this started to happen.

My biggie was the lack of pumps i seemed to have.. Probably due to the lack of carbs. Ill give it another go tomorrow or friday possibly, todays a burn burn burn

I really don't know the exact reasoning for the energy on a fast, but I do know it didn't start out that way. My body had to adapt to the new diet and lifestyle change, then I had some nice changes like the extra energy, reduced hunger during fasting, and being able to eat MASSIVE quantities in one sitting compared to before.

I think your body just has to adjust to the change. It is well worth it IMO, and the benefit of fasted training (especially cardio) is nice!!
 
I'm really interested in this. I read up on leangains a little bit last night and it seems like it wouldnt be to hard to follow. My body already naturally dislikes eating in the morning, I am just skeptical of the fasted training. I suppose you never know if you don't try haha.

The fasted training will end up being a feature believe me. Yah it's pretty damn easy... Fast and gorge....

So day 10 today, burn day meals went like this


Grilled chicken salad with balsamic (1 big breast) A slice of whole wheat bread

Meal 2 strip seak 8oz cut up and stir fried with garlic/onions/bit of soysauce (no carbs)

Meal 3 2 scoops whey 1 banana 1 cup fat free milk/handful of almonds


About 200g protein there, perhaps a bit less, about 50 carbs, and about 1600 cals


Good burn day imo. Did an hour of stair climbing as well (fasted) in the am

Side note: Ordered 2 bottles of RS-Transaderm ;) in about 2 weeks when i start my next cycle it should really help shred down the fat stacked with the n2burn!

Really loving this stuff though.. If no one else wants to log it, id be happy to take them all rick :)

Wow you're burn days are lower than mine. I am pretty active with all the walking and stuff though.

It could be for worse, just figured if im going to drop cals, might as well do so on the burn days!

Today is legs/shoulders, if you havent noticed im going with the typical 3 day split chestri/backbi, etc. Looking forward to eating today.. going to the diner to go get an omelette home fries, bacon, etc. Its going to be a "cheat build day" hahaha All this fasting reminds me of cutting weight for wrestling. Wrestlers would all go to the coaches office for lunch so we didnt have to look at the other kids eating. One day a freshman walked in with a quick check sub and got his face smashed into a locker. True story hahaha

Im not sure how im going to dose the transaderm as of yet, however i am planning on adding a kicker to the stack. Either ultradrol or epi perhaps, its going to be a recomp into lean bulk if i achieve my desired bf during cycle. Probably just a full recomp however

I would go with EPI....but I am partial to it. I love that stuff!! Excellent for a recomp as well ;)

Day 12 i think, off day

meals went like this

grilled chicken with red peppers and balsamic mozzarella cheese on whole wheat sub - 800 cals

meal 2 protein shake (1scoop) in water/bcaas then 20 min later a chicken thigh and breast with some rice - 6-700 cals

meal 3 will be just a protein shake (2scoops) in milk and a handful of nuts - 500 cals

so roughly 2k cals consumed, and did an hour of walking on setting 3, (lazy morning)

Just gobbled one up, hope it will get here soon. Lots of people have great things to say about it, and honestly ive never ran more of a cutter PH, it should be fun!

As for n2burn, im in love with it. The out of gym energy and motivation to get **** done is unreal. Only have a bit under 30 pills left, out of the 90 so i might taper down to only using it on "burn" days to make it last for another couple weeks.

-Side note Props to NTBM, transaderm got here today, so about 3 days since order? Pretty damn good!

Yah you'll never have problems with motivation while on this stuff... just what the doctor ordered late in prep. I too tapered down dosage, as I don't need to lose much more weight if any...I was impressed that it is still pretty effective with one pill...

DAY 14 or 15?

Todays a burn day, no treadmill or anything just a sit around and do nothing kind of day. Been chowin down on hardboiled eggs cottage cheese(2% fat) and roticere chicken, going to cook some chicken i just put in the fridge to defrost for later.


Will put up some pics later when i get motivated to get out of my lazyboy and walk away from my brand new flatscreen( which wont be any time soon) :)


Down about 7 lbs drop the start of the cut. Going to start upping the food on burn days a bit as im worried about losing too much muscle. I might shoot for 20% up 20% down like the LG diet suggests. Start to recomp from here

You have definitely leaned out some pretty good bro, and you can see some nice progress. Do not worry about going too low on your burn days. It is hard to believe sometimes, but no catabolism takes place on those days as long as your workout day cals are up there around 20% over or so. Sometimes I go down to 1500ish on cardio days. Increased cals and protein may give you some more protein synthesis if muscle gain is more of a goal, but muscle wasting is not an issue even at the lower cal marks. Remember that burn days are only like every other day,and not every day.

Yah it's your workout days that make up for the burn days. It's basically how much you can handle without getting too hungry...

I know what you mean man. There is as much as a 4-5 lb difference in my weight between workout days and cardio days. Remember that the morning following a burn day you will be dried out and your glycogen stores in your muscles will be very low. As a result, you will look deflated and weight will be down. It is temporary however, and your muscles will soak up those nutrients with your fast breaker, and a lot of times you can feel yourself "swelling" within a couple hours after that meal and your glycogen getting restored. It is like a food pump, and to me its almost euphoric. Just another one of the reasons I love lean gains :D

One buddy 240+lbs said he could never get knocked out by a punch and proceded to stick his chin out and let me drill him) Lesson we learned is that no matter how fat you are, if you stick your head out and let someone hit you - you will get knocked out. Then we decided to hit an oak door repeatedly to prove our strength. I guess i won? However i do not feel like a winner now.. I know it isnt broken, but probably strained my hand in some spot. Didnt effect today lifts too much but yeah booze and testosterone do not mix.

Sounds like the fasted training is starting to come along. For endurance I always try to get in some N2KTS, if I am using N2burn I will lower my dose to get at least some of the pre-workout in cuz N2KTS lasts long and gives you phenomenal endurance. I mean I hammer all the way through .. 100% intensity...

precisely what i need is endurance. usually all preworkouts contain beta alanine, which by itself is great. The caffine however seems to actually work negatively towards the end of my workouts. I cant quite make out n2killthat**** ingredients off the website. However some of the ingredients seemed to be intriguing and innovative for a preworkout. Either way my supp fund is tanked for a bit, and thats not a cheap one.(as nothing actually good is)
 
Day 17

Hit chest today(fasted) didnt quite have energy for triceps after i killed chest out. I didnt want to do a ****ting tri workout so i will hit them with shoulders in 2 days. Great build day so far.

Breakfast was a protein shake, 4 eggwhites and 2 whole eggs, a cup of oatmeal(uncooked) and a slice of whole wheat toast.

Second meal i just had was 8oz of chicken a good amount of broccoli and 2 baked potatoes kind of stir-fried in olive oil

Ill probably have a protein shake and bananna before my last meal in 3 hours which will be a cup or more of cottage cheese and a handful of nuts

Total cals= a ****load, im not counting probably around 250g protein and 200g carbs, and a good amt of fat

Weighed in at 189 in the morning on empty, now at 193 after second meal all filled up. Looking in the mirror i think im starting to look quite a bit more defined.

Weights, fasted i returned to hitting 125's for 5 on db bench. Therefore i will probably be doing fasted training alot more now knowing that the strength is unaffected.

Really nothing else to note. Tomorrow will be a burn burn burn, with quite low cals. Epi still on the way, its actually completely across the country at the moment. The transaderm has been eyeing me up on my dresser for a few days now, taunting me.
