Fasted training FTWDon't know if you'll take to fasted training right away but stick with it, I love my fasted training now...
Very nice so far! I was forced into a "slightly" fasted traning today thanks to my work schedule ****ing my eating schedule up lol.

I've grown to love fasted training. BCAAs is all I take in preworkout and I no longer have any energy issues. Actually its almost the opposite at times and energy is through the roof!

Weird... Is there any science backing up as to why? Perhaps its more mental then anything. Its just hard to fathom how one could have more energy after a fast haha
I am a bit stronger as well. I had to adjust to lean gains then this started to happen.

I'm really interested in this. I read up on leangains a little bit last night and it seems like it wouldnt be to hard to follow. My body already naturally dislikes eating in the morning, I am just skeptical of the fasted training. I suppose you never know if you don't try haha.

As for n2burn, im in love with it. The out of gym energy and motivation to get **** done is unreal. Only have a bit under 30 pills left, out of the 90 so i might taper down to only using it on "burn" days to make it last for another couple weeks.

The ingredients are definitely effective at 1 pillYah you'll never have problems with motivation while on this stuff... just what the doctor ordered late in prep. I too tapered down dosage, as I don't need to lose much more weight if any...I was impressed that it is still pretty effective with one pill...

Todays a burn day, no treadmill or anything just a sit around and do nothing kind of day. Been chowin down on hardboiled eggs cottage cheese(2% fat) and roticere chicken, going to cook some chicken i just put in the fridge to defrost for later.
Will put up some pics later when i get motivated to get out of my lazyboy and walk away from my brand new flatscreen( which wont be any time soon)
Down about 7 lbs drop the start of the cut. Going to start upping the food on burn days a bit as im worried about losing too much muscle. I might shoot for 20% up 20% down like the LG diet suggests. Start to recomp from here
so thats all i guess, ill put up some pics later and you all can be the judges
You have definitely leaned out some pretty good bro, and you can see some nice progress. Do not worry about going too low on your burn days. It is hard to believe sometimes, but no catabolism takes place on those days as long as your workout day cals are up there around 20% over or so. Sometimes I go down to 1500ish on cardio days. Increased cals and protein may give you some more protein synthesis if muscle gain is more of a goal, but muscle wasting is not an issue even at the lower cal marks. Remember that burn days are only like every other day,and not every day.

Fasted training wasnt too bad today. normal strength on most lifts, however did lose energy fast towards the end. Stil had a great workout. I know ill be sore tomorrow. Had to kind of baby my right hand with wrist straps. (got absolutley hammered a few nights ago with old friends. One buddy 240+lbs said he could never get knocked out by a punch and proceded to stick his chin out and let me drill him) Lesson we learned is that no matter how fat you are, if you stick your head out and let someone hit you - you will get knocked out. Then we decided to hit an oak door repeatedly to prove our strength. I guess i won? However i do not feel like a winner now.. I know it isnt broken, but probably strained my hand in some spot. Didnt effect today lifts too much but yeah booze and testosterone do not mix.
Sounds like the fasted training is starting to come along. For endurance I always try to get in some N2KTS, if I am using N2burn I will lower my dose to get at least some of the pre-workout in cuz N2KTS lasts long and gives you phenomenal endurance. I mean I hammer all the way through .. 100% intensity...
