EPI/V, PCT Revolution Black Contest Prep!! Watch an Old Fugger Cheat Time!!!

Well a more balanced carb up with some protein and fat and I blew up very well... so that's the formulal about 50% carbs maybe a little less split the rest between protein and fats. Once you have your basic nutrients taken care of you can add carbs to increase volume. So fast till noon eat a well balanced meal, then about 3 or 4 a carb heavy meal with some proteins and fats and use higher glycemic carbs to fill up. Hit the stage...

Ok Saturday Chest and Back ... went pretty well, went up on all lifts, shoulder still bugging me but I have improved range of motion. I was looking ripped again the ripped freak was the perfect solution...these giant sets I am doing are grueling let me tell you...

Speaking of grueling, did my photo shoot yesterday and man did I work!! I am tremendously sore today everywhere. I was nice and dried out Sunday morning, I broke my fast early to get ready for the photos, I spilled over a bit so I walked 8k to Monica's to get rid of some of the water. It was hard not to drink a little water after that. I stayed a bit puffy and spilled over for the pics...This is just my assumption they may turn out better than I had hoped. Botton line I need to see significant progress from my last pics for me to continue. I am not going to go through all the expense of competing if I am not progressing the way I need to. I don't think that is the case I think I have dropped a significant amount of fat in the last 5 weeks ..(at least a ful percentage) but the pics will tell me where I am at for sure. They shoud be ready Tuesday or Wednesday...

Doug... You know better than that Brotha, if you have not progressed as much as you hoped/wanted, all it means that you need to do to make it work is change your diet and get super strict and do some carb-cycling these last few weeks! Don't you even think about giving up on my Old Fugger!!!

I think everything is going to be ok anyway and have already made diet corrections as it's time to buckle down and squeeze all the juice out of this fugger but I have to assess where I will be in 5 weeks and decide if that is acceptable. 95% sure that I already past that point a few weeks back lol you know though your mind plays tricks on you when you diet down. This is just a final assessment before I fork out the dough and make my final arrangements.

I ceased the Testopro and added in Anabeta and Prime as I have been on Testopro for about 9 weeks now. There will be more changes coming this weekend when PCT finishes I will start Forma Stanzol, cease Stoked and DAA. I will also be adding in N2-burn when I get it... Will run the Osta right on through till the end.

That sounds like a solid plan. I know for me Formastanozol really helped to dry me out quite a bit along with helping to lean

Good with the cleanse I am doing I should be able to stay lean and dry from here on out...nice to have consistancy while assessing progress...

Man I had some N2KTS in my cupboard and decided to give in another try and bam!! I don't get an immediate stim from this like I do with Jack3d but once your in the heat of battle it really kicks into the body... I think this mix has less DMAA and more of the other ingredients and it kicks in slower and lasts longer...

I did a full workout, Wheel of Death, 45 minutes cardio and still felt very energetic on my way home. My workout rocked too!!

Reverse flies on the back extension 22.5 lb dbs drop 17.5's ss L-lateral raise same weights and drop front raise ditto so six sets no rest one minute rest and at it again so 3 giant sets...

The arms vbar press down 260 drop 240 ss incline alt db curl 37.5's drop 27.5's ss xface extension 27.5's drop 22.5's ss prone db curl 27.5's drop 22.5's so that's 8 sets no rest down 3 times 1 minute rest... I crushed it!!

only 12 wod but I had tweaked a muscle in my back and it prevented me from doing more.... I felt like I could have set a new record...

45 minutes light cardio 5K walk home with energy to spare...
 
I am curious how you like the FormaStanazol Doug, the Transderm carrier is great so I can imagine that would go over well. As for NTKTS, it is a good one, I like MesoMorph a little more as I get more focus and pumps but for a basic pre-workout, it is very good.

Yah I had Creatine Nitrate for the pump...which was fuggin wicked by the way..
 
Starting to see changes happening again, diet adjustments worked. If I had of guessed that EPI-V was enabling to keep calories so high I would have made the adjustment sooner and saved myself 7-10 days, but I have over 4 weeks left so I should be ok. Suffice to say that I went from being ahead to on target.

Massage was torturous last night but I know the benefits will be phenomenal as my range has greatly improved. This will help me with posing more than it will with lifting at this time. Some healing is still definitely needed.

I can live with these now that I have sharpened them a bit. Funny seems like most of my back shots worked out better...

Doug, I know you're not happy with the pics bro BUT you're looking awesome and you've still got a few weeks AND you said yourself you weren't happy with how you looked that day. You got this, there are sooo many factors in photography that just doesn't do us justice, but I have to say that back double bicep shot looks fantastic mate.

If that's you spilled over and on a bad day, only god can help the rest of us!

I think the pics look damn good Doug. Lighting is everything and you can tell that your definition is not getting the credit its due with that lighting, but even with that you still look very ripped bro. Nice job! The back shots do look fantastic though I agree.

That upper back is like a peice of lean meat with all fat stripped away. No marbling there!!
 
Thanks guys, yah and I spoke to the wife and Monica and they are adamant that it was the lighting. Monica was there that day so she would no better...
 
Looking Great, I think the same as far as lighting goes. Everything looks better in gym lighting. It is hard to compete with that kind of lighting except what you will have on stage. ;)

Yah Carol said I look bigger now but it's because I am leaner and I am about 5 lbs lighter so yah lighting has to be a key. My experiment with same day heavy eating with lean gains is over too.. that was also a factor. I am going to fill up the night before cuz I tend to flush out over night ... then maintain... smaller sensible meals...
