Well hit the shoulders today but my ac joint was giving a lot of weight so I thought I would play it safe, I did lighter weight with no supersets. I just wanna get this thing fixed.

Dumbbell overhead press 50x10 all three sets

Ez bar upright rows 90x10,100x10,105x10

Side lateral raises 20x10 all three sets

Front lateral raise 20x10 all three sets

Shrugs with 45lbs plate 3 set of 20



Then threw in some wide grip pull ups body weight only 15,12,10,10

Felt strong but was scared to go heavy I don't want my shoulder getting worse.

My diet is my weak point I try to eat around 3500 Cals and Ty to keep it as close to 40% protein 40% carbs 20% fats

Thanks a lot man. It was hard for me to post pics I'm very weird about how I look. I have been lifting off and on since I was about 15 but didn't take it serious until about a year and a half ago and hit it hard for 6 months

Then Had a serious ac joint sprain and quit lifting all together for 6 months or so and got back into it in feb. and will never look back I'm so hooked.

I'm skinny by nature I will sit around 180 or less when not lifting and carry all my weight in my belly. My dad is almost 300 lbs not a fit 300 and his weight is in his belly so it's toally genetic

The funny thing is due to my ac joint I haven't even hit traps until last week. That's all from working other muscles

I sure hope so man I wanna do this recomp and see some abs then continuously clean bulk until the 225 lbs range if I can get that much on me

I haven't worked legs in over 5 months due to an injury so I know there is a decent amour of weight to be gained there

Yea this whole superset workout is sweet I went on the bb . Com forums and kinda took there optimized volume training and put my own twist on it

Your pics good man, thats why I wrote the comment " looks good man keep killing it" I don't think I make you look small at all. Your very lean with a good amount of muscle . Keep killing it and your gonna lobe these bps products

Looking like you have a great base in your pictures, the Endo should treat you right, may see some leaning out and possible size gains as well. You are eating a good amount, what is your BMR give you for maintenance cals per day?
 
I used one of the online calculators and. Got 2099.68. I'm not sure how accurate they are.

I'm trying to learn more about diet I'm pretty skilled in workouts but the whole diet part is pretty new to me
 
I just posted up my method of calculating estimated maintenance caloric intakes in ScottyDocs log I will quote it here incase you are interested.

Metabolism Type x body weight = Slow 12-13, Moderate 13-14, Fast 14-15
SO a 200 lb guy with slow would be between 2400-2600 , Moderate 2600-2800 cals, Fast 2800- 3000
Then for recomp is 20% under and 20% over so for a 2500 calorie maintanance 2000 on burn day and 3000 on build day

For a lean bulk my estimates would change to 10% under maintenance on burn / rest days and 30% over on workout days. Notice I leave the 40% gap between the 2 days but just move it up a bit.

Also if the idea is growth on any day you are lifting I would do it as a build day however if you are lifting 5- 6 times a week then you would want to change that up a bit depending on the day of the split and how much actual muscle is being used in the workout that day. A leg workout would be the thigh end of the range, an arm and shoulder the low end of the range, chest low unless combined with back which would be at the high end of the range as well or at least the mid range.

Well today is a rest day. I will be hitting the legs again tomorrow night after work.

Holly crap libido has been off the charts all day. Glad I'm off today and don't have to walk around work with a chubby

Haha. Take the day to recover and get psyched up for legs!!

I actually got a sample of hghpro which has the same ingredients as endosurge. Took it last night. Had a FULL night sleep. Woke up with a tent and it took a while for it to go down lol. Can't wait to start. I'm pretty sure my bottles in the mail now. Just gotta see how long it's gonna take to reach me.

Tonight I will be hitting legs. As we all know from my last leg day is that I just started hitting them again and they super weak.

What do you guys think should I just doglegs press, extensions, curls things like this until i get some strength back or just go ahead and do squats with the very lightweight I can do right now ?

Do some BW squats to get the form, then add the bar. I'd watch some power lifting squat techniques. EliteFTs or Dave Tate teaches it well on youtube.

I was thinking that BB squats and PL squats are different but I think learning it the PL style is better. Just because they can support more weight and they do it the "right" way for squatting. Just my take but if you have never squatted I would go with their way. Get the form etched in your head. Do like 500 (total practice reps over the next couple weeks) total reps and do them all correctly so you get the form and muscle activation trained.
Then go ahead and do the other leg work. You can also add some SLDL (stiff legged dead lift), or Roman Deads, and maybe some good mornings. Some kind of posterier chain activation (Lower back and hamstring work, basically the support muscles for holding the upper body tight in the squat).

Absolutely you should squat. Other movement can be added in as accessories, but squats should always be the mainstay in a leg routine.

Matt's advice is great - I would only add that Box Squats are typically easiest for a trainee to learn the wider PL stance. A box that allows you to reach parallel is a fine place to start.

Well Friday I hit the weak legs of mine ( got to change that)

Squats 135x10,185x10, 185x10, 185x10

Leg press 270x10,270x320x10

Lunges holding 45 lbs dumbells

Standing calf raise machine 3 sets of 200
 
Yesterday I hit chest and back.

A1 Flat bench 225 for 3 sets of 5 A2 dumbbell flys 35's all 3 set of 5

B1 incline press 185x5,185x5,205x5. B2 Bodyweight pushups 3 sets of 10

Decline press 185x10 195x10,205x9

C1 Wide grip lat pull downs 150x5,160x5,170x5. C2 reverse grip same weight same reps.

D1 Cable rows 150x5 all three sets. D2 body weight pull ups 3 sets of 10

High row hammer machine 180x10 3 sets

Strength felt pretty good for lifting at 11pm, I feel like this part of the EndoSurge is really just starting to kick in.

Libido is pretty freaking nuts. I'm in the mood all day long and getting random chubs all the time

Sleep is prob the best it's been in years. Dreams are sometimes pretty vivid, and this morning I woke ip all sweaty( not sure oftje sweat is from the EndoSurge or not.

Comustion is working as well I start sweating about 30 mins after dosing. I seem to feel the first dose a lot more 2 pills instead of one.

Think it would be okay to try 2 pills twice a day for a little ?

And I'm already starting to notice fat loss in my belly.
