How does this stack look? Detailed Critiques wanted!

What do you guys think of the below stack:

Weeks 1-8: Acitvate Xtreme
Weeks 3-10: Triazole
Weeks 9-12: Anabeta and IGF2

Staples:
Carnitine ****tail: I have a couple containers of LCLT, ALCAR, and PLCAR (looking to dose each around 3g a day...thoughts on that? Looking for dosage/timing recommendations)
NOW Adam
NOW Vitamin C
NOW Vitamin D3
NOW EGCG
A solid 3 weeks or so of Suppress-C to run at the beginning
SNS ZMA
Nutra Omega-3's
Controlled Labs Oxi Greens
Vitaberry from PP until it's gone
Animal Flex
Various types of BCAA's (I think I have the LG BC+EAA and Modern BCAA from USP Labs)
Ultima will be used for the first 6 weeks or so, if I enjoy it I will buy another and stick with it.
Protein's are mixed brands: Myofusion, GNC, NutraPro...

A specific question: Will taking the IGF2 right after the Activate for the last 4 weeks be overkill on Mucuna/L-Dopa extracts? That would make for 12 weeks total, curious as to your thoughts on this. I've never tried IGF2 but I've always wanted to. If it's overkill any recommendations to cap off the last 4 weeks w/ Anabeta? I really wouldn't want to go the test boosting route (though IGF2 supports a test boost) b/c of the prior 10 weeks of AX and Triazole.

Goal of the 12 week run will be sort of a lean bulk, dropping BF low as possible while putting on a couple pounds of muscle. I'd be very satisfied at the end of the 12 weeks to have dropped 10lbs of fat and put on 5-7lbs of solid LBM. I don't think that's an unreasonable goal by any stretch.

Really interesting in peoples thoughts...

Drop all carnitines down to 2g/day. Drop IGF2. Pick up beta-alanine. Get a better multi (NOW ADAM consistently fails testing).

Dont forget to eat brother!!!

Hey Coop, I'll drop the carnitines down to 2g/day. That's cool w/ me as it'll just extend my current stash to last longer. I already have Beta Alanine and Creapure (forgot to add those two to the list) that I will be taking on my off days from Ultima. Why drop the IGF2? Because of the extended time of Activate w/ the L-Dopa? Or have you used it and just found no real benefit? Either way, would it make sense to throw some Cort control in there at the end like Lean Xtreme or Reduce XT?

I didn't know ADAM failed tests. What do you know that I don't? That's sh*tty b/c I just bought a new container.

Oh I will bro! Diet, IMO, is pretty solid right now, just looking to tweak some things here and there before I start the stack. Looking for new ways to increase cals while staying away from carbs (other than veggies and fruits) later in the day.

This should be a good stack- I would lower the carnitines to around 4 grams daily or less, as they can be inhibitory at higher doses, and you may start noticing symptoms of trimethylaminuria. Trimethylaminuria is a disorder where the body cannot break down trimethylamines, and it manifests itself in a fishy odor (no b.s.). I have seen it occur in several people when they increased their carnitine dosage past the 8-10 gram threshold- it isn't as rare as it is made out to be. IGF-2 is a good choice because of the Creapure- it tends to (amongst other things) have a synergism with any type of creatine, and the combo can be a very potent one- I have seen this time and time again with the product- this is why we always recommend that people run IGF-2 with Neovar. I think Mr. Cooper's reasoning would be too much L-Dopa between IGF-2 and the Activate Extreme, which is a valid concern. Plus, with carnitine increasing acetylcholine, and l-dopa increasing dopamine, it may alter some things in terms of mood, activity level, etc. Best thing to do is expirement with the products and product dosages, and see what works for you....

NOW ADAM = multiple consumer reports that it did not break up properly in the GI tract.

Too much L-DOPA (and IGF-2 isn't the greatest product out there for your goals).

Cortisol control would make sense at the end, and either option is fine. Also, abliderate isn't a bad idea.

Excuse my language, lol, but I'm pretty f'kin p*ssed about that...I've been taking it for a month now. Liked it 10 fold more than the last multi I used (optimum nutritions multi). MVP was my favorite to date but I tried to save a few bones w/ the ADAM.

Now that you mention it I do have an unused bottle of Abliderate in my cabinet...I have so much waiting that I forgot I have some things. Also have some No-Xidant by RPN and some Cordygen from MST that I'll use sometime in there.

Thanks for the info RMS. Do you think that I'd be good at around 6g of Carnitine's a day? 2g each like Coop suggested? Or maybe on certain days take one over the other. If I wanted to stagger the usage (such as using ALCAR/LCLT at the beginning of the stack and PLCAR/LCLT at then end, or something along those lines) do you have any recommendations?

Just see how it treats you- everyone is different....Interesting side note when I was formulating Lit-Up- one of the final versions had ALCAR (about 2 grams per dose). I had everyone take the ALCAR version, and something just felt "off" from the previous tweak, where I had left it out- it just didn't "gel" with the formulation- it completely killed the "up"/happy vibe that you get from taking Lit-Up (probably my favorite effect). My point? Individual doses as small as 2 grams of ALCAR may be inhibitory to some people, so start small, and work your way up.......

Same brother. I do paleo and sometimes I throw in intermittent fasting. 1 day a week I do 18 hour fast.
I run and eat lol... I'm just below maintenance eating but every 3 days I'll spike it and spike my carbs by having sweet potato.
If leaning out bro hold off on the fruits. Fructose is nasty for the liver and if you don't use it for energy straight away, will be stored as fat.

1.5 - 2g of protein per lb of bodyweight.
Carb cycle. On heavy days shoot for at least .75g per lb bodyweight of carbs from deer potato/yam,roots, tubers
Dairy can be your ally here along with coconut and avacado.
Dairy can improve e-growth factor but make sure it's quality dairy. Raw cows milk and/or sheep yogurt.
Good luck bro. Subbed in to see some results!

Well I know that fructose replenishes liver glycogen first, never heard about it being "nasty" on the liver though. Most of my fruit intake will be mostly around my workout anyway. Usually berries in my breakfast smoothie (about 1.5-2hrs before my workout) then possibly a banana straight after with maybe an apple or orange later that afternoon for a small "pick up".

I'll be taking Coconut oil at night before bed with some protein, hopefully a Casein protein.
Also just recently I've tried natural, unsweetened Greek Yogurt and I liked it, so I'll be eating much more of that as well.

Will do. Thanks for the info. I've used ALCAR in the past, but never w/ LCLT and PLCAR. Do you have a favorite out of the carnitines? If so, mind explaining why?

Nice. Yeah berries are the best go to for fruits. Fructose isn't metabolised like glucose sucrose etc...
I eat some fresh berries 2 times a week at breakfast. Berries are a slow release low GI. What I found works nicely is for lean gain is pure coconut milk with handful of berries with a teaspoon of cinnamon and scoop of whey isolate or caesin powder blended up with a serve of coconut oil in it. Always try and add cinnamon, lemon, lime or apple cider vinegar too things. Slow insulin release down. Increase insulin sensitivity.
When liver stores are empty, they are filled first so after workout fruit is good to. When they are full, the rest is stored as fat...hope this helps.

ALCAR is the best IMO due to the host of overall mental and general health benefits it confers.

PLCAR and LCLT have their own place as well.

Have always meant to ask, which one is best simply for freeing up fat for mitochondria usage and using more fats for fuel? Simply for a running endurance aspect

Ehh, this effect is theorized and would need chronic administration, but I'd assume they'd all be very similar in their effects, with ALCAR probably once again being my choice.

If you like ALCAR then you'd probably really like Arginocarn, an improved version of ALCAR imo.

burgh, stack looks good. Im looking forward to giving Anabeta a run here soon. Good luck.

I agree with everyone else, replace ADAM with Orange TRIad.
It will also stack well with the oximega greens.

Drop the carnitine to 2g a day like suggested.

Otherwise it looks good

Carnitine in general assist in fat breakdown of fattyacids of 12 carbons long or more. Carnitine Shuttle

So to optimize this pathway you would just want the one that has the highest bioavailbility. I know there is data showing PLCAR shows more fat loss benefits than ALCAR mg per mg
