No real rules or stakes, just a youtube video "one-upping" competition... I gave it its own thread so I don't continue and clutter mine up so much we lose the point of my thread, which I believe was starting to happen!!!

3x10 Dumbbell bench press (10lbs)
3x10 Tricep pushdown (35lbs)
3x10 Seated cable rows (30lbs)
3x10 Alternate hammer curls (10lbs)
3x12 Hyper back extensions
3x12 Air Bike Crunches

According to bodybuilding.com I am supposed to consume 1336cals, 134g carbs, 134g protein and 30g fat
- I am clearly not getting enough calories in a day which I really need to work on!!

(1) Apple- 80cals 0Fat 0Protein 14Carbs
(1tbsp) Peanut butter 95cals 8Fat 3.5Protein 14Carbs
(1) Luna Energy Bar 190Cals 7Fat 9Protein 25Carbs
(8oz) Chocolate Soy Milk 90Cals 1.5Fat 3Protein 15Carbs
(3oz) Chicken grilled chicken 100Cals 2Fat 19Protein 1Carb

Leaving my total at;

Actually i think it was proven fake sometime ago! The 600lb bench and all, I read it somewhere and forget why they said this. LOL if that helps much

Unless i see proof, he DID lift 600lb!!!

I would not call anything of what I've seen on this Thread that would be considered flaming, if you wanna see flaming, go to BB dot com and just say hi and welcome yourself to the forum and you will just about instantly be greeted with FLAMERs! Especially if you are claiming to be able to do or achieve something one of the FLAMERs cannot...

Whew, now we are talking, seriously, before if you stayed at that 500-ish calorie range you would be burning some serious muscle, which you do not wanna do, you don't want to look like one of those anorexicly skinny (skin & bones) type of women, mainly today's actresses and run-way models, you want to look lean, healthy, AND muscular, but in a feminine way, trust me you will not only look better, but feel better, which to me is equally important!
 
Hey... LiL-Green, do you plan on following Lean Gains with Intermiten Fasting, just asking, because if you do, it will definitely keep your calories right where you need to be! Also, put an Avatar up Girl!!!

Yeaaah, I don't want to burn this muscle that I'm working hard to get!! And I certainly do NOT want to look like skin and bones lol. I am working on it! I was doing lean gains, but my work schedule just changed so I have to work out in the mornings. When I workout without eating anything at all, I feel awful.

Just give it a try my wife feelt the same way at first for the first few weeks then she got use to it, you can do it girl your a green lol

You could always change your feeding window to start when you wake up and end 8hrs before you go to bed, assuming you sleep 8hrs a night, but you get the idea!
 
Today was cardio day so I did 10min on the elliptical and 10min on the bike. I was going to do jump rope and some abs, but we lost power in the gym.

I think this may be worse than not eating enough.
