I never said I was using a low/no sodium cans of green beans, I just looked at the can since you mentioned it and each can has 1200mgs (400mgs/serving/3 servings per can). Wow, that is a lot, that might be something I'm going to have to look into, especially those last few weeks when I'm trying to come in as lean and dry as possible, will definitely be taking a closer look at any and all sodium intake, but for right now... FUGG-IT!!!

Actually, LoL, I have 3 different pairs of cargo pants and they are all faded, so they pretty much look the same (especially in the light with the camera), LoL blue, green, & grey, but yes besides switching them out, I do wear the same FINAFLEX or XTREME NUTRITION grey T-Shirt every day (I have like 6 of each of those two T-shirts), sorta like a uniform I guess! Obviously, my one day (SUNDAY) when I'm not working, I wear something different. Also, supposedly we are getting a new batch of both FINAFLEX T-shirts & XTREME NUTRITION T-shirts as well as a few Polo style FINAFLEX shirts, so I guess then I'll start to have a little variety, until then... FUGG-IT, not worth it!

Maybe I'm just different or weird, but the regular (not low sodium) green beans taste great to me!

By the POWER vested in EPI-V, but hey wait, I have not even started EPI-V yet! I have only just started to integrate my pills, each week I add a cap of EPI-V as I take 1 cap away of 1-ANDRO until 4 wks from now when I will be on only EPI-V til the finish!!!

So... I guess my real point is... "My Fat Loss has only just BEGUN"..Hahahaha (evil-laugh)

Thanks Bro! I don't have the HAMMER yet, funny thing, my ex-wife's husband is going to make it for me, LoL, he is a serious master with Metals, the artwork I've seen him do with stainless steal is amazing and I have a good relationship with him and my ex-wife due to our daughter together, so he agreed to make it for me, so I know it is going to be awesome, at first he was going to make it solid stainless steal until he explained that the dimensions I asked him for 9"x5"x5" was going to weigh like 30-40Lbs, I know I'm strong enough to lift that, but all night long lifting that over my head again and again and again! Also remember that is 30-40Lbs on the end of an 24" handle, uhhh, yeah, that makes a HUGE difference! Anyway, he is now going to make it semi-hollow, because I told him I want it to weigh between 20-25Lbs which will be plenty heavy enough on the end of a 24" handle, but if it makes me work all night long lifting it and holding it, will be a good thing, keep my arm veiny and pumped all night, Hehehe-Hahahaha!!!
 
Awesome, that will make it legit. I went as a Spartan warrior from 300 one year and I refused to carry anything but the real sword, so I carried that sharp A$$ bastard everywhere... the right weapon always makes the whole experience that much better.

"Snatch" has to be one of the best movies out there, I mean EPIC, AWESOME, etc. Yet, I can't tell you how many times I will quote the movie or be trying to talk to someone about the movie and they have no idea what movie I'm talking about, how is it that it is so under-rated??? Great scene BTW, one of many in that movie, for sure!!!

I think it is one of them but I think he was excellent in 12 Monkeys too. It is easy to hate on him because he is so damn purdy, but he is a damn good actor. Have you ever seen Kalifornia, I would put that up there as one of his best roles too. Early was his name in that one, I remember seeing that with him all white trashed out and thinking that guy is a pretty boy trying to hide it. My wife at the time was like no way he is fugin ugly!!! Then I realized it was the same guy from Thelma and Louise and was like No Sh*t! Really??? She ate her words.

Thanks for the compliment, I plan to change more toward building as much strength as i can for the bulk. I pretty much used my recomp phase to figure out what exercises i can feel and which ones i feel are more effective. Worked out really well! Do you think i should just start a new log? I figured it'd clean up and update people without them having to read through all the pages

Yeah, what I would do is make a post on a word document or just make it on your original thread and copy it before you post it and have it basically sum up what you have accomplished with this Thread/Log and what you will be doing next with a link at the bottom to your new thread and have the exact same paragraph explaining/summing up what you have done and what your new goals and thread are going to be all about, only no need for the link on the new thread that is just for the old thread to get them to the new one... and then just LOG all your new stuff there, all your faithful followers will subscribe to the new thread and feel free to post a link on any of my active threads as well to generate some followers, I don't mind!
