Do you tell anyone that your "ON"?

LOL. That is a pretty good one. 20 years old? What lost time is he talking about? Ha.

Thinking about what I said before, its probably best you just tell people "protein" because there are a lot of really dumb people who, should you open admit to it, look at you and jump on board with no knowledge of proper use and hurt themselves or someone else in the process.
 
I just usually say, genetics and food. ..... good old Gaul genetics...
 
None of my family knows from my mouth. But I did talk to my dad one day and I think our conversation when we talked about him being on TRT kind of gave him a hint. He did ask if I thought any of my supplements messed with my testerone levels.

No way I would tell my sister. She thinks the stuff is Satan's blood lol. Which is funny because she is a drinker(used to be worse) but is cooling off a bit. She also works out and asks for advice. But she has warned me to stay away from some people because "they are on steroids." My response was "He is probably just an ass hole." I didnt like when she talked about my workout partner saying he is on steroids. Granted he has does some DS mainly thanks to me lol.

Pretty sure everyone who sees me assumes I do which I do. People who knew me a few years back when I was in the 170-180 range definitely notice a difference. In fact the first thing they say is "Tom you got huge."

Some people I talk to know but I try not to tell too many people. Like many people have said people seem to think it diminishes your accomplishments.

I believe he did alot of "uppers" such as meth and all that crap (alot of wrestlers do). We all know he messes around w/ pills. Towards the end of the documentary he moved his family out to California to become an actor and he probably failed and killed himself. Remember that guy who thought steroids killed his baseball player son? I'm sorry for him but he's a friggin retard cuz if anything he should sue his sons doctor for taking him off his anti-depressants; that's why he killed himself NOT steroids!
 
From what I recall it had much ado to influence of other anti-depressants and recreational drug use. He wasnt exactly stable.
 
That's because Americans are retarded and think that in order to accomplish anything you need a pill to help. Why work hard for something? They make a pill for that.

SOOO TRUE! I can immediately back that up haha. This girl I used to be friends with at an old job of mine was always wanting to lose some weight, she wasn't fat, just a bit chubby. Everyone there viewed me as the health freak due to my clean eating and addiction to working out. So I would try and give her advice, and told her if she simply stuck to a easy cardio routine she could lose the pounds easy, her reply always was "But I don't want to have to work it, I want a pill that can do it for me". Also, even before steroids I built quite a good body for myself, but people never asked what routine or diet I was using, it was always "what supplements are you taking".

I know Miss Piggy too! Wait till she has a couple kids. Her husband will be focking rolls for the rest of his life...

I have a lot of friends who come to me for advice about fitness, working out, health, medicine, etc. Some are good - asking for tweaks in a diet or their workout routine or comparison between two products for safety and function. My favorite is the retard I ignore who asks "Dude, I need help getting in shape. Whats a good supplement to take?"

On a sunny day I encourage my clients after gym get some ice cream (down the block there's a little shop best homemade waffles good icecream) they always seem shocked to which I follow up with, have fun in life if you restrict to many good things ur restricting yourself to live.

I like to eat clean but I will eat 1-2 cheat meals a week. You just need to. You work so hard and sacrifice. Plus cheat meals replenishes glycogen in your body which will help with growth

I eat clean because I feel it helps me with overall personal discipline, and I feel it yield long term benefits in all areas, but the once or twice a week "stuff your face with all you can cheat meal" is mentally good, and I feel its very anabolic. But when I eat a cheat meal I like to keep it to foods that are giving me macros that have a purpose, like burgers fries and pizza.

My cheat meal is usually relatively clean but the consumption is large and not portioned. For example a big bowl of whole wheat pasta, tomato sauce and turkey meatballs. Damn I want it now!!! LoL
 
Im learning what cheats work for me. Ive had a real good response with a burger and fries or two slices of pizza and some small ice cream. One of my friends can do dunkin donuts like every third day - not for me. Ive read a few articles and editorials where people say its unneccesary. I dont agree - if not just for a mental and emotional break from the whole game it does the body good to relax and let the leptin levels settle. You just gotta be smart and know how to go about it. Im gettin a burger on friday after a full week depletion.

I love the workouts and the progress but often its more a task than recreation but, honestly, if your not haing fun doing it then whats the point?
so having those splurges create a balance and could potentially help your goals.

i had a brain tumor when i was 20, it was about the size of a golf ball. schwanoma tumor, 1.5 sonometers, connected to a nerve in between my brainstem and cerabellum.

im deaf in my left ear from the removal surgery and some other nerve malfunctions on the left side of my body. it was pretty crazy.

Even if I am on an absurd cut (~1800 cals, give or take) I will throw in a frozen reeses cup 3ish times a week. Chocolate and peanut butter are amazingly tasty, and even such a small cheat does the body good when being so restricted

I have a little mom and pop style chinese place in my city that makes general tso's chicken, it is addictively good, and it comes with a ton of pork fried rice, love that f**kin chinese chicken.
