I was glad to incorporate some pressing moves back into my chest workout, though I kept it light. I limited my incline press ROM to where my upper arms were parallel to the floor, but no further. It still hurt a bit in my right shoulder, but was bearable. I figure I'll start re-introducing light pressing moves in my chest workouts more and more.

The SLDLs were killing my back today for some reason, just didn't feel right. I kept going though, but went up in slower/lower increments than I wanted. Weight wasn't too heavy, just not the right feeling, and I don't risk my back!

Overall, good feeling today.

Oh, I weighed myself last night at 210lbs, and 208lbs this morning. Since I started at 200lbs, that puts my gains at about 8 or so pounds! That being said, I have been putting on a bit more pudge than I'd like, but I'm just trying to keep calories high enough to grow! Beer and sweets in the evening are taking their toll I guess! LOL!
 
Good stuff Milas, seems I had missed a bit. I don't know that I put too much into the wider out your arms are the wider your lats get thing. Maybe this is true if so and I add wider ones in my back would be ridiculous but I have a wide back and almost never do pull ups. Almost always chins just barely wider than shoulder width, the widest I go is to the beginning of where the bars curl when doing pronated grip pull downs or pull ups. Maybe I will give it a shot and see if I get even wider, but then I will have to do extra biceps work...

Narrower pronated grip will focus lower on the lats, yah pullups are killing my shoulder I may try narrower...

Took it light for shoulders today to try and get them back in the game. I figured out it's my anterior delt (front) that has the problem. Side laterals and overhead presses weren't too bad, but trying to do front raises hurt. I guess I know a bit more what I need to work on, now I need to look up some good rehab exercises for anterior delts. To this point I was working rotator cuff, which only helped marginally.

So I ordered the Ageforce HGH PowerPatch, I'm going to give that stuff a try, and may log it. I'm a bit skeptical. The molecular weight of HGH is too high to pass through the skin, and the only example of it being done is when the patch was bombarded with ultrasonics to cause micro-tears in the skin to allow it to pass through. I hope they have something clever in there, like micro needles or something, but I'm still skeptical. I also don't know if there's real HGH in the patch, 25mg per patch would be pretty pricey!

When I do pull-ups, I pretty much only do it as wide as the bar goes, hands overhanging a little bit. I may have to switch it up. I use pull downs to get close grip. I guess I really should switch up my grip more!

Thanks for the heads up, I've been doing progressively better on saving my money on ALL supps! I do have my moments of weakness though...
 
Keep killing it Milas! 8 lbs is pretty damn good even if you did add a little fat along with it.

I'm happy with progress, I upped calories to keep gains going and fat happens time to time. Nothing I'm concerned with, I'm more interested in putting on some mass and increasing strength. It's going well from that perspective.

I'm really pleased with how AnaBeta has treated me in strength and size gains. Strength in particular has been great. I'm not one to BS, I call a spade a spade, and AnaBeta has been the best natural supplement I've used. Natadrol worked pretty well for me too, but AnaBeta has really outshined it in every way.

I think you'll enjoy it, it's easy enough to take and tastes better than Osta SARMs! Honestly, so far it's similar results as when I used Osta.

Haven't used the shampoo, no widows peak, but wife says the hair is getting a little thin so I'm going to try it at some point. I do like coffee scents.

RecoverPro flavor is raspberry and I LOVE it!!! I use 2 scoops around 9am and 11am for intermittent fasting. Taste is great and value can't be beat!

Overall a decent workout, felt VERY pumped in my chest. I decided to give bench press a go with my shoulder, and it went okay. I didn't go with a full ROM, I stopped when upper arms were parallel with the floor, usually I go as low as I can. This helped my shoulder a bit, but there was still a bit of pain holding me back on it. I'll keep working on the dips for now, and try going back to bench press later. I actually think incline presses may be easier on my shoulder where it's hurt.

I'm on my last few pills of AnaBeta so tomorrow will be it for the 2nd bottle, but my RecoverPro still has quite a bit left! I'd say this has been my best natty run ever with great increases in strength and weight, while overall body composition I believe has improved. Pictures and measurements will tell the real story, but having increased all my lifts is Awesome!

Started off with smith machine squats since someone just started doing shoulder presses in the squat rack. It's a small gym, so not a lot of equipment, just upset cause the dude was wearing cargo shorts and a polo, drinking Dunkin' Donuts coffee. WTF?!

So anyway, the smith machine squats really hit my quads a lot more than glutes/hamstrings compared to normal squats. I'm not sure if that was due to leg position or what, but my legs were getting more tired quickly, and I wasn't getting the typical tight feeling in my hammies/glutes. I hope it's that, and not just me being a wuss!

All in all, I was walking funny afterwards, so I definitely got a good burn in. Leg press was really killing me too, pushed out a few extra reps here and there though. Another fun day in the gym with AnaBeta!

Today I'm going to run out of AnaBeta, so I'll be taking some measurements and pics to compare to beginning and at 1 bottle. So far I have been nothing but impressed with these products (AnaBeta and RecoverPro). I feel like I've made great gains these last 6 weeks in strength, weight, and body composition.
 
I've only tried the lemon RecoverPro samples, and tbh it wasn't to my liking. I do have 2 large tubs that I picked up at Christmas in July though, so I'm sure I'll come to like it; much how I really liked the Raspberry when I could play around with the dose/dilution.

So I kinda feel that with 1 bottle I was more defined, but with 2 bottles I got more mass. I'm noticeably stronger now than when I started. The effects from 1 bottle were the most noticeable, and while the 2nd bottle kept things going the progress was not as fast. I decided not to go to a 3rd bottle since progress slowed down and I generally build up a tolerance to just about everything.

I'm very happy with the progress I've made, people have noticed that I've gotten bigger; from my wife, to office mates, to folks at the gym. That's what I've been shooting for the entire time, not too worried about being ripped right now, so I think the progress is good and in line with what I was hoping for.

A few things I feel I've proven in this log are:

#1 AnaBeta kicks butt for adding mass, leaning out, and gaining strength; but it's going to be diet/training dependent.

#2 You can bulk on LeanGains

#3 You can affordably supplement LeanGains with BCAA using RecoverPro

fwiw i'm almost through 2 bottles of anabeta, along with daa and i've noticed zero acne or hair loss
