Doug that is still my favorite football movie. I have a bunch of really good ones I love but that one is awesome. I love that speech, and I love the scene where Jamie Foxx actually upstages Pacino when he visits his house. That was when I knew he was a damn good actor. Pacino actually tells him in one of his out takes where he is supposed to be telling him You are the quarterback.... Told him You are a damn good actor. Now how awesome is that to have Pacino tell you that you are a damn good actor.

Yah that is damn well acted... Friday Night Lights is another good movie. It's so similar to a season my son had and the pain of coming that close is excrutiating.

Another excellent movie for sure. I even like that tv show.

Chris, huge compliment to Jamie Fox coming from that guy.

KLEEN is a Gentleman, a Scholar, & a Man of his Word with an Awesome sense of Humor! I am personally giving myself a challenge and leaving it to Chris to collect the debt if I lose! I Here-By challenge myself, Dr. AL Scott, to get leaner than I have ever been, whether it is before Halloween or after, I must continue with this diet and quest to get lean until I have accomplished a body fat less than 4.6%! If I fail, well I will let Chris decide what he thinks is embarrassing enough for me to do, but he must tell us soon and I agree to it, but I'm a pretty "Wild & Crazy Guy" so I'm pretty much up for anything! What do you say Chris, what should my punishment, task, whatever you want to call what I will have to do if I fail at my own Challenge to myself??? Also, I will let Chris decide how much time I have, but I think to be fair, we should wait to see how lean I am for Halloween to then give myself a reasonable said amount of time to drop below 4.6% BF!

I think a fair consequence would be to post your bank account, social security, and credit card information... :D

Yeah... you won't even show your face! Kinda like that guy on that stupid Bachelor show that my wife forced me to watch and episode with her, always wore a mask, I was like "this is entertainment???" all she could say is if keep watching you'll get hooked, I just said, "No Thank You, I'd rather take a pleasant moonlit walk over broken glass!"

I enjoy some anonimity...

And who's to say that's not my face? I'm like the Jack-in-the-Box guy, really!

Great movie! I forgot all about this one haha

I wanna get my haircut like Shute from "Vision Quest"! What do you guys think?

Well, interesting you say this. How about lower than 4.6% by Dec 1, 2011 or you post a video of you dancing around in a pink tutu. That should really help with the motivation. I challenged my self with this very same thing lat year. I had to have my abs back by Sep. 1 or do the same. I got those damn abs too! I actually got about 4 of us involved in what I called the TuTu challenge. JohnnyNutz put a pic up of himself in lingerie. LMAO! Was awesome. Anyway Dec. 1, 2011 makes it a full 20 weeks to get there from when you started the journey. Challenging yes, but do you think it is doable enough to put up the stakes? I want you to feel the heat but I don't want you to feel I am setting you up for failure. What Say You?

He did that and I used it. Can you believe I was turned down for credit at a 99 cent store... ;)

Do it, I double dog dare you! Or better yet, his native american-ish friend's mohawk style would be better.

Yeah... His name was Kuch...

Are you still planning on going as Thor for Halloween? Because you should know I think that is very cool.

Yes, definitely still going as THOR for Halloween, I just don't think I'll be big enough if I get leaner than 4.6% BF, not to mention, I don't think I have time to get that lean, but I will get as lean as I possibly can from 4wks ago when I started til Halloween (approx. 16wks), I'm guestimating I'll be somewhere between 5.0-6.0% (somewhere in the middle).

HaHa still too manly, I have a little more something like this in mind Al.

As long as this workout may seem, I actually finished it all right around 1hr & 15mins, not Bad, I can only imagine how much quicker it will go when I give Arms their own day!!! I missed cardio again today, I needed the extra sleep, so I slept in an extra hour, but I did get to spend 25mins in the Sauna following my workout.

Diet:
Meal 1 - 6 egg whites, 1 yoke (pre-workout)
Meal 2 - 6 egg whites, 1 yoke, 3/4 cup of oatmeal (post-workout)
Meal 3 - 2 cans of tuna in water & 1 can of spinach
Meal 4 - 8oz Chicken breast & 1 can of green beans
Meal 5 - 8oz Chicken breast & 1 can of green beans
Meal 6 - 2 scoops whey protein in water (pre-sleep)
2+ gallons of water all day long

* I skipped the oatmeal in my pre-workout meal because I knew I was not going to be doing cardio and I feel just fine, workout was good energy!

So I got to say thanks to scottydoc and finaflex nutrion I have to say I have found a new pre workout drink no ignite was awesome the fruit punch was good but a little weird taste at first but no after taste, had great focus and strength and was abble to get one more rep through out my work out doing gvt, will be trying the grape tomorrow and also will be trying the pro xanthine I'll give feed back on those also

Taste is important, but the results are the reason to buy supps. I think i will give it a try when I run out of my current preworkout. :D

Yeah results are why we do what we do, butt yeah most deff recommend it like I said a little funny at first when you first sip it butt no after taste I'll let you know if the grape Is any diff

I prefer the Fruit Punch flavor, but the Grape is just as effective...as mattrag says its not always about the taste. Either way gentlemen which ever flavor you choose...N.O. Ignite is THE FUGGING SHEET (especially during GVT)...go get some!

This was an easy workout for me, the only time I really started to get a little gassed was when I was doing the Leg Kick-Backs, I call them A$$-Blasters! I finished this entire workout in exactly 1 hour and because I do not do cardio on leg days I went into the sauna for 35mins, was able to stay in the whole time because someone had let it turn off, so it took at least 15 minutes before it was at max temperature and then took me about 20mins before I could not stand it and then it was time to hit the shower and get to work. I am very happy I got to get my body fat, lean body mass, weight and different body parts all measured today as well as I took some pictures, I will post them in a separate thread which will follow this one very shortly.

* Same as yesterday, I skipped the oatmeal in my pre-workout meal because I knew I was not going to be doing cardio and I feel just fine, workout was good energy! Unless something happens with my energy, I'm going to make it a norm to skip my pre-workout oatmeal (carbs) if I know I won't be doing cardio!

OK... So I am very pleased with my results here and first, I am both amazed and happy with both my fat loss and my increase in lean muscle mass, awesome. Second, I put last year’s starting results up to show one thing, last year I only dieted down for 12 weeks, well I have exactly 12 weeks left til Halloween therefore, comparing apples to apples, looking at last years beginning measurements and todays measurements I like what I see this year much better! Last year I got down to a final 203 Lbs @ 5.3% BF, this year I am obviously hoping and intending to come in both heavier and leaner! “Yeah-Baby, can ya feel that, huh... Awesome work Doc, Very noticeable difference in the mid section.

You only lost 7 pounds seems like you lost more!? Well it could be due to several factors (water, glycogen storage etc.), but good work your starting to take shape!

Man... is it just me or is it time for me to get a hair-cut, LoL! I really am going to get my hair-cut just like Shute from "Vision Quest" I'll also probably shave my body, I like it better that way when I am getting leaner and since I'm tanning, makes it a lot easier to see my changes from week to week and even day to day sometimes! I do want to put this out there because on another forum I have someone asking me if I'm posting older pictures of me looking fatter than I really am so when I come in ripped, it is a farse as to how much change I really made, well with that being said, if anyone wants me to hold up one of our products or do something special in one of my update pictures to prove myself, I have no problem with that!

Wow yah big difference already but I am not at all surprised... hah what a contrast from your first log, all the negativity and then you made them eat it... now everybody just knows you're going to kill this... Really though it looks like you lost a couple handfuls of fat in the mid section....

It's been an honor, I am all about the positive and when I share it the more others get from it the more I get back. Positive change of energy it's how God wants us to interact so when we make that connection we're making our Father in heaven very happy.

Agreed! That sounds so much like a prayer, I just gotta say... "AMEN!"

Indeed, got to remember where our strength really comes from...
And to that I simply must give a hearty, "AMEN"!!!

Psalms 28:7

The Lord is my strength and my sheild.

The Psalmist David relates:

The Lord is my strength,.... That is, the author both of natural and spiritual strength; that gave him strength of body, and fortitude of mind, to bear up under all the exercises he was tried with; the strength of his life, spiritual and temporal, and of his salvation; the strength of his heart under present distresses, and who he knew would be so in the hour of death, when his heart and strength would fail;

and my shield; to protect and defend him; as were the love, power, and faithfulness of God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, his power and fulness, his blood, righteousness, and salvation;

Wow, thanks Al! I would have to put you in that category too. Funny I never really thought of myself that way. I guess because I don't have to go out of my way to do it, it is just how I am made.

You are an "Educator" my friend and you know what they say... "Knowledge is Power!"

Nice progress doc looking leaner for sureOk so I tried the grape no ignite had the same medicine type taste but it was nasty it left an after taste but it got the Job done. I would recommend the fruit punch but everyone is diff so you be the judge . I also did the pro xanthine today. I give it a 10/10 I felt it's affects within 5min of taking it. I didn't feel the jitters or the fast heart beats but a nice appetite control and energy from it. You can feel it warming up and doing its thing in the stomach. I will be getting 1 of each the xanthine and the fruit punch pre work out I was sold with the samples being so good and that's my opinion on these two products.

I prefer the punch flavor over the grape. I didn't notice a bad flavor in either really. Love the stuff though. Normally I like the grape flavors better. Add a scoop of cell shock and it tastes awesome!
