TTA

Best way to do it really. You will keep your gains in the long run. I like to dabble in PH's every once and awhile though :D

Me too, but I think now i'll just go lower dose, and shoot for 5lbs for a 30 day run rather than shoot for big and end up fat.

haha yeah,i run low doses too to minimize s/e and make coming off easier.

Didn't you cramp big time at that dose? I did that dose with DS Melting point years ago and almost went into acute renal failure. I was cramping so bad, I couldn't walk, just to take a step, I would be tearing my muscles since they were all cramped. Made it home from work, noticed I had rusty, brown piss. Freaked out, knew I was experiencing rhabdomyolysis. Flooded myself with fluids, luckily things worked out!

Same with me, always have it and drinking...and making frequent trips to the restroom!

Im going to up my dose slowly starting today and see how I respond. I like the lclt addition.

3.You can go with 5 days on and 2 days off protocol if you planning 4+ weeks and beyond anyway when I finnish the TTA for some strange reason I feel and see this working for 1.5-2 weeks after discontinue.

4.If you wish go HARDCORE stack TTA with Hydroxycitric Acid (HCA) this block fat production in the liver

5.Put some PLCAR on the mix (transporting fat cells for beta oxidation) but if you wish minimize this fat cells maybe is good to use CLA (TONALIN) but this is my hypothesis need experiment more.

6.When SNS comes out with Choline add to the mix too (Choline prevents fat deposition in the liver)

7.and for the FATALITY add Sesamin (not all is good quality) is known to activates the Peroxisome Proliferator-Activator Receptor Alpha (PPAR alpha) liver has the highest concentration of PPAR receptors and sesamin can prevent storage of new fats at their production site.

Interesting. Lots of info. Interested to learn more about the liver fat deposition u mentioned with choline, I didn't know about that. I've used Sesamin before when bb had a great sale awhile back. Just not worth the high price tag IMO.

3- think I unintentionally back off dosing on the weekends by default.
4-6- will have to check into those additions for the next run...but very interesting...have you run ArA (XF/XFA) before? That's what's also in my mix...

nope never i run it but eat a lot of eggs ;)
 
no cramps but i stay super hydrated all the time.

I stay hydated as well.. it was the electrolyte depletion that got me. That is why I always said, if I used tta again, I would only use your brand since extra's are included.

Cyrus, I'm going up to 2 grams/day and experiencing zero cramping.

How long should I wait between bottles? I just found two more and bought em.

apart use some mineral mix and specially iodine, selenium, zinc and magnesium on low carb diets the body depletes all of them and dehydrates hard too (When glycogen stores in specific muscles are depleted)

Did you start at 1g ED for either your first or current use of TTA? Been doing 1g ED and wondering if closer to 1.5g ED is needed to be effective?

Some good advice in this thread. I'm using TTA-500 now for my second time and am using it 1.5 g ED. I haven't noticed any cramping with it. I'm also using Green Tea, RK, and ALCAR with it as well. Seems to be working well for me so far.

I started at 1 g but upped it to 1.5 pretty quickly.

Good deal...I've been playing with a prebed dose of 1 cap the past couple nights, wish I had done this sooner, as I really haven't noticed any increase in 'middle of the night sweats' than I have gotten over the last 6 weeks....

Could be both but likely the RK.

If it's from the TTA, it will occur regardless of when you last took your dose.

If it's the RK (more likely), it will only occur it its taken near bedtime.
 
Yesterday was the first day I did a dosage of 3 caps of each so trying to figure out which it may be that does it.

I don't have RK in my mix so can't comment on that...but will say that as time has gone on dosing 4-5caps of TTA/day (and I'm ~week 8 now), I've become more acclimated towards the 'overheating' effects that TTA has...so past the first couple-few weeks of use, waking up sweating hasn't been much of a big deal...even in the last 2 weeks of adding in AlphaT-2 (2 caps/day), hasn't been an issue...still feel hot, yes and will perspire lightly, but 'sweaty bed' no...
