I don't know how I've ever missed Cell Shock before, one thing missing in the industry is a good post-workout product, I've always felt that, but I must say the profile makes CELL SHOCK the perfect post-workout product I've ever seen. When I do bulking again I will def be buying some Cell Shock!

i took a look at redefine's lineup, pretty impressive. looking forward to the black series version of their fatburner/stim.

Today was supposed to be leg day but due to a (possibly inebriated incident on Saturday...my ankle is hurting a bit). Should be good to go tomorrow so I'll pick up there. :D

Decided to do the push set session again today same as last Monday. Felt good. I did all very slow reps with a burst on the push.

I'm continuing to lean out. I'm essentially eating my bulk diet right now and I'm losing weight. I dropped to 175.5 today. I had cake and ice cream yesterday! WTF!?

Diet is back on point today. 2 more weeks of this and I'll be happy. I'm upping my cals a little as I don't want to drop any lower in weight. I'm very happy with where this cycle has taken me though I must say.

My focus was unbelievable today. Pumps were great. I had my training partner with me today which has become almost uncommon and I couldn't be distracted no matter what. I had that "I'm here to get the job done groove" going. Great workout!

Cell Shock first impression...this stuff tastes great! LOL I mean, damn I would drink that just for the taste. I really like grape though and I cut the water kind of close so it was intense grape. Very very good. Mixes extremely well in a shaker with just a couple of tosses of the cup. I'm looking forward to training legs tomorrow with ScottyDoc's suggestion on dosing. Stay tuned!

I've been researching their lineup myself lately and I'm quite impressed. I'm really liking what I'm seeing.

Really pumped for this one. My legs were burning. I haven't squatted heavy in a while so it was good to get those in. Not great reps but I'll take it this far down in weight. Went ass to grass on all with a 1 second pause.

There was some poor kid in the rack next to me with his back bent out and doing maybe quarter squats. He had a guy with him "training" him. It was killing me not to say anything. I just shook my head when he looked my way. I really wasn't into talking about it. I just needed to keep my groove.

Cell Shock definitely had me pumped. My chest felt pumped again from yesterday as soon as I drank it. Once I started squatting my whole body swole. :D One thing I would say though is that drinking that much of it could get tiring. It didn't bother my stomach at all though and considering I was pushing out squats I was impressed with that. Thought for sure it would. Again...I REALLY like the flavor of this stuff which is important if you're going to consume this much of it.

ScottyDoc, what do you recommend for off days following this protocol on training days? Still one AM? It's not filling so I guess I could slam one down with breakfast.

that's why this forum is so great.....when i joined 5 years ago i had been lifting for many years, but i have learned more in last 5 years than all of the other years combined. just tell that guy to join anabolicminds!!!!!

On your non-training days, unless you are gonna do something physical, like hiking, or tennis, or something physically exerting yourself, I would just save it so it lasts longer, that is my personal opinion. Oh and I feel this way about both N.O. IGNITE & CELL SHOCK, which I believe is the ultimate (pre, intra, & post) workout formula. The only thing it lacks is... :dunno:Protein:dunno: not sure if we are going to later change the formula to add that or not, I do know it would be an expensive addition! Speaking of which, I do know that the RTD grape ISOPURE (40g protein, 0 carbs, 0 sugar, 160 calories) is the perfect add to the 1 scoop of CELL SHOCK post-workout!

That was my thinking on the nontraining day protocol too. I have some unflavored isolate on its way to me and I'll give some feedback on how that works adding it in. It would be expensive to add but probably worthwhile IMO. I've been using a Pure Protein Shot in grape and it adds in perfectly too. Also zero carb.

I'm looking forward to my back workout with the Cell Shock. I want to see just how pumped the wings can get. :D

I agree with you, but I think they are thinking that the CELL SHOCK is priced just right like it is and consumers would be less likely to purchase it if we added the protein and had to mark the price up, and it is not cost effective to add the protein and not raise the price, as in they would lose money! Now, us coming out with a zero calorie 30-40g protein shot in grape, as a combo/stacking style deal may be a thought for sure, I'll bring that up at our next company meeting for sure!

i agree, price is always gonna be a factor. i am all for keeping price low and allowing users to add to it.

I have added a protein shot before and it mixes in nice. That's not a bad idea at all!

This combo with the cell shock pre and intra AND post really does give an amazing pump! I had veins everywhere. My legs were bursting with veins after deads. Between sets of the pullups I could clearly see my bicep vein and my entire forearm looked like a map. :D

Adding the unflavored isolate to the cell shock post worked out nicely. The cell shock had just enough flavor to help the protein along. I might use 1 1/2 intra and 1 1/2 post next time just to see if I can get a little more flavor there without ruining the intra pump. I stayed pumped for a good hour or more after my workout. I may also up the N.O. on the next workout again. I was using 2 scoops before adding the Cell shock so I might just bump it up a bit. So far...loving it!

That is a good question, as CELL SHOCK is definitely for Mass gains! I'm curious as well???
 
That's a great question! The answer is...yes I think I have. I've been on a Katandrol cycle for 6 weeks. Today starts my PCT. I was down to 174. As of yesterday I'm at 180lbs and appear to be just as lean as I was. Now, some of that clearly could be the Katandrol but that is a compound known for cutting not mass. I'm going to be very interested to see what happens in the next couple of weeks!

So I had a really bad week. I ended up feeling like death Tuesday into Wednesday. So much so that I went to the Dr. Apparently I contracted whatever my kids had in my stomach. Literally felt like my kidneys were failing. Bloods came back good though. So...props to AI cycle support that my liver values were solid 3 days into PCT while I was sick. TEST levels were good. Props to N2BM HCGen on that one.

And last but certainly NOT least...props to ScottyDoc for calming me down when I thought my liver might fall out my ass on Wednesday. Thanks bro! :D He also decided to hook me up with a bottle of PCT Revolution Black which I will be swapping into my PCT as soon as it arrives! Thanks once again!

All that said...I had a really good workout tonight. Was really fired up going in and stayed that way. My back is tweaked which always happens when I'm sick but I stuck to upper back exercises and it seemed to do just fine.

Had to make it a quicky today. Busy as hell! Going on vacation next week so I've got a ton of work to get done. I had ton of nervous energy and it really messed up my focus on this one. I felt strong but half way through a set I couldn't hold focus even with the N.O. Ignite which is a first. I'm not surprised though because like I said, I've got a TON going on. I was up until 1am getting things done last night! UGH!

Taking today off. (It's my daughter's 8th birthday) Moving leg day to tomorrow night. :) I added in PCT Revolution Black today. I'm loving the makeup of this supp. Can't wait to see how this goes!


Quick side note...(Warning**Graphic) I've been noticing I've had green stool lately. (Told you) Had me a bit worried last week but I've figured out what's causing it. It's the Cell Shock! If I have 2 days of non-training and thus don't use the Cell shock all is normal. The day after using it. BAM. Green again. So, no big deal. I think it's just the dyes in it. Mystery...SOLVED!
 
Watching your log makes me want to start my stack lol. I miss taking a ton of supplements :lol:

I'm on day 4 of no caffeine and havn't been using any supps for about 6 weeks :|. Soon enough I'll be rocking stacks like you again :D

Squats felt great tonight! My legs were burning. Strength and focus were just great. This is where a good focus product like N.O. Ignite really shines for me. I'm really liking the change in the Cell Shock dosing too. I'm not as full during my workout. Had the little twinge in the neck so I stayed light on those though I felt really strong on the back flies. Might be time to move them up.

I've added PCT Revolution Black to my supplement schedule following my Katandrol cycle and I'm feeling great.
