Lol. That's a great story! I have seen that movie and it is freaky as hell. Clowns have freaked me out since u was a kid for some reason.


Ok so tonight was the last of my Cell Shock as well as my NO Ignite! Noooooooooo!

So here it is:

N.O. Ignite

Taste: 10/10. It's as good as any I've had. I precedent tropical over the grape. The grape in cell shock is excellent but for whatever reason not so much in this.

Mix: 10/10 mixes super easy in a shaker. No residue.

Stim: 4/10 not stim heavy but that's actually what I like about it.

Focus: 9/10 product really shines right here. Intense focus allows great mind/muscle concentration.

Endurance: 11/10 Honestly this is what I will buy this product for. I can add sets not reps when I use it.

Strength: 6/10 not super noticeable. Certainly doesn't take away from it at all and I did get some good lifts while using it.


Cell Shock:

Taste: 11/10 seriously grape! Taste great.

Mix: 6/10 clumps a bit in a shaker. Requires a bit of reshaking.

Pump: 10/10 super pumps dosing the way Al suggested.


I would like to see other flavors just for variety. The taste is great but it's a bit heavy after a while. I find myself craving plain water. Oh..and it turns your **** green from all of the dye! Lol

All in all I would buy again. Tub
Lasts quite a long time.

Now that i am on a computer and not my cell I can see what you are talking about. Meaning your not sucking in your stomach. I know you want to get up to the 200 lb mark. But my question I would ask is, Are you happy with the way you look now or do you want to put more mass on? Or are you trying to cut even more before you start your build phase?

Well I'm happy but not satisfied. The weight doesn't really matter. I would like to be thicker in the chest and upper back. I'm ok with the amount of fat I'm carrying as I can stay at this level with absolute ease which is nice.

I use the weight as a gauge only. Ideally I think if I could sit 10lbs heavier at this bf I would be quite happy if I can put that where I want it and not all in my legs! Lol
 
Looking at the pic with you quad. Looks like your getting some good definition in your legs. I have complete faith you will get to your goal. Just looking at all of you guys (You, RickRock, Chris, Doug and others) My goodness. You all are an inspiration to me. I know that with time I will get there eventually but watching you all gives me a ton of motivation to hurry up and be able keep up with The Jones's. LOL...

Congrats on the PR, your legs remind me of mine. Lots of shape separation, good sized but not huge. They look perfectly inline with the rest of your physique. By the way the chest looks pretty good to me. Some of us have flatter chests that are more squared, and others have the round full pecs. Yours look great!
 
You've got good Legs Bro, I mean they look actually a tiny bit disproportionately larger than your upper-body which is a good thing in my book and what I am working towards achieving, might be one of those life-time goals being that I'm 6'2" and they are far from being disproportionately larger than my upper-body, but that has not stopped me in the past and will not stop me in the future!

Thanks Al. My wife always tells me I'm proportionate when I bitch about my pecs. Lol. She seems to be physically disgusted by skinny legs for some reason. Cracks me up.

Before I injured my hip (IT band =ileotibial band), which is now calcifying and can be seen on x-ray (normally soft-tissue does not show up white, only bone) I used to LOVE doing squats, I was very good at them and very strong, much like my Leg-Presses are now and was constantly pushing myself for new PR's, Oh well, it is what it is, at least it doesn't affect any of my other lower body lifts!

Liking Squats is a good thing Brother, you don't want to look like a Body-builder upper-body that has been surgically implanted onto a Chicken, whenever I see that I just laugh! I would not worry about your chest, just concentrate harder in the gym on it and on what you believe to be your weak areas, you can always tell the difference between a guy who works hard at a body-part that is just lagging vs. the guy who never trains that body-part and only bitches about how small it is, you know the type I'm talking about, huge difference!

I've made good progress on the chest in the last year by working chest twice every other week. Slowly figuring out what makes it grow for me. That's the key! You've got to figure out works for your body!

It's been a ton of dun running this log for you guys. I look forward to the opportunity again in the future!

I agree with this completely, everyone is different and as soon as you start to figure your own body out and what works best for you is when you really start to move in the right direction, is why I always say... "If I knew in my late teens/early twenties what I know now," I'd be a force to be reckoned with!!!

Thanks man. I certainly will. Not sure exactly what I'm doing next. I may try a new training style or something for a while to shock the system and do a natty bulk for a bit. We'll see...

I hear you on the chest. I think I prefer having the more square flatter pecs really but I'm just not satisfied yet. My legs do cut easy. Whenever I do cut they separate quick.
 
Yeah exactly. There was a wrestler a while back I can't remember his name but he had a really square chest but it was thick as all get out and just looked impressive. I can't remember his name to save my life. Was around the time of NWO.

LMAO! I wish! Have you noticed the little Stone Cold statue behind me in some of my pics? It is one of those drink things. Someone went to a wrestling match and got that for me. Told me I look like and was built like him so they had to get it when they saw it.
