Today was an odd day. My back was still sore from the weekend and it should have been my back day. My hamstrings were really tight so I didn't want to switch to legs. So..I decided to hit shoulders hard instead. I can't do too many curls right now because of the tendon pain in my elbow so I did what I could there.
All in all it was a good workout. Mixing the 2 flavors of N.O. Ignite was really good! I have to say that of the 2 I prefer the Tropical Storm flavor which is surprising to me because I don't normally like punch flavored stuff. I could honestly drink this anytime though. It's down right refreshing.
I had a really solid pump going by the end of the workout and the focus throughout the workout was great despite being off my normal groove.
I took the Katandrol up to 350mg yesterday and today I will bump it up to 400. We'll see if that makes any changes overall in the next three weeks.
