Today was an odd day. My back was still sore from the weekend and it should have been my back day. My hamstrings were really tight so I didn't want to switch to legs. So..I decided to hit shoulders hard instead. I can't do too many curls right now because of the tendon pain in my elbow so I did what I could there.

All in all it was a good workout. Mixing the 2 flavors of N.O. Ignite was really good! I have to say that of the 2 I prefer the Tropical Storm flavor which is surprising to me because I don't normally like punch flavored stuff. I could honestly drink this anytime though. It's down right refreshing.

I had a really solid pump going by the end of the workout and the focus throughout the workout was great despite being off my normal groove.

I took the Katandrol up to 350mg yesterday and today I will bump it up to 400. We'll see if that makes any changes overall in the next three weeks.

I haven't done a chest/back workout in a long time. Man did that feel good! I forgot what a pump that is. I looked like I gained 20lbs while I was there. LOL.

I pushed reps on all sets to total failure.

Weight is holding about the same. I'm still leaning out visibly. Abs are becoming more prominent.

Today was supposed to be leg day but due to a (possibly inebriated incident on Saturday...my ankle is hurting a bit). Should be good to go tomorrow so I'll pick up there. :D

Decided to do the push set session again today same as last Monday. Felt good. I did all very slow reps with a burst on the push.

I'm continuing to lean out. I'm essentially eating my bulk diet right now and I'm losing weight. I dropped to 175.5 today. I had cake and ice cream yesterday! WTF!?

Diet is back on point today. 2 more weeks of this and I'll be happy. I'm upping my cals a little as I don't want to drop any lower in weight. I'm very happy with where this cycle has taken me though I must say.

I am finishing up an Epi/Katana cut cycle right now. Dosage has been 40mg of Epi and 350mg of Katana each day. I have slimmed down drastically. My diet has been good, not necc great, but good. I was on more of a cut with lower calories, and I have maintained most of my muscle through the cut, and strength has stayed the same until this week, not as strong this week is week 4.

Just wanted to chime in on how effective Katana is. I am sure running it solo would be great, but stacking it with either helladrol or Epi makes it phenomenal for a recomp or full on cut.
 
BTW, I didn't do measurements before and after, I wasn't expecting that much of a change. I wish I would have now. The only thing I have to go on is the mirror and the pinch test.

Really pumped for this one. My legs were burning. I haven't squatted heavy in a while so it was good to get those in. Not great reps but I'll take it this far down in weight. Went ass to grass on all with a 1 second pause.

There was some poor kid in the rack next to me with his back bent out and doing maybe quarter squats. He had a guy with him "training" him. It was killing me not to say anything. I just shook my head when he looked my way. I really wasn't into talking about it. I just needed to keep my groove.

I have to say...I think this Taurus stuff is going to last forever at 12 pumps 2x ED. It doesn't look like the bottle has moved at all.

Sounds like a great cycle! I'm sure that would be a great recomp for sure.

I am not logging it but it has been awesome so far, you can run these both real high and no hideous side effects, I love me some strong methyl compounds but man they make me feel like garbage, My last dmz run was great but I was glad when it was over !! your log is looking awesome buddy
 
Yes, the vascularity is great! James, I'm with you. The results from those methyls are great but man they're hard on me. I really prefer this set up.

AM workout which I normally HATE. But, I had a good breakfast about 2 hrs before and then hit the Cell Shock/N.O. Ignite combo and this workout felt great. Huge pumps and great strength/drive the whole time.


Weight is back up to 180 and my bf hasn't budged as far as I can tell! Wahoo! That feels good. I wanted to hold 180 and cut and that's exactly where I'm ending up.

I'm going to keep using the Taurus 7 Keto through PCT I think. Unless someone can give me a good reason not to. My whole family is sick and throwing up so I'm a little concerned about getting that. I don't want to get dehydrated and not be able to train in PCT. Wish me luck!

Hey man. The arm is still a little nagging but not bad. I'm working around it still leading up to a week off coming up in late July. Hopefully after that it will be good to go!

Thats too bad it's still nagging tho, same here with the back issues. Hopefully our pain goes away soon!
 
Sorry to hear the back is still bothering you bro. I'm trying out hyaluronic acid right now with cissus. What the hell...may as well try the next thing huh?

Right now I'm using a Jamieson glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate, msm and with Hylauronic Acid. It's pretty good stuff, comes in a drink, very $$ tho. I'm also using this Omega-3 liquid, feels great on the joints, but I find nothing works for inflammation like Super Cissus.

So I had a really bad week. I ended up feeling like death Tuesday into Wednesday. So much so that I went to the Dr. Apparently I contracted whatever my kids had in my stomach. Literally felt like my kidneys were failing. Bloods came back good though. So...props to AI cycle support that my liver values were solid 3 days into PCT while I was sick. TEST levels were good. Props to N2BM HCGen on that one.

And last but certainly NOT least...props to ScottyDoc for calming me down when I thought my liver might fall out my ass on Wednesday. Thanks bro! :D He also decided to hook me up with a bottle of PCT Revolution Black which I will be swapping into my PCT as soon as it arrives! Thanks once again!

All that said...I had a really good workout tonight. Was really fired up going in and stayed that way. My back is tweaked which always happens when I'm sick but I stuck to upper back exercises and it seemed to do just fine.

Had to make it a quicky today. Busy as hell! Going on vacation next week so I've got a ton of work to get done. I had ton of nervous energy and it really messed up my focus on this one. I felt strong but half way through a set I couldn't hold focus even with the N.O. Ignite which is a first. I'm not surprised though because like I said, I've got a TON going on. I was up until 1am getting things done last night! UGH!

Taking today off. (It's my daughter's 8th birthday) Moving leg day to tomorrow night. Invalid Link Removed I added in PCT Revolution Black today. I'm loving the makeup of this supp. Can't wait to see how this goes!


Quick side note...(Warning**Graphic) I've been noticing I've had green stool lately. (Told you) Had me a bit worried last week but I've figured out what's causing it. It's the Cell Shock! If I have 2 days of non-training and thus don't use the Cell shock all is normal. The day after using it. BAM. Green again. So, no big deal. I think it's just the dyes in it. Mystery...SOLVED!
