Yes, I have a little 7yr old daughter (Ava), you don't remember the big discussion Kleen and I started with having little girls and what we will say to the boys when they come to date our daughters, in like another 30yrs of course, LoL... So not looking forward to that, she is just so sweet and innocent right now, I just wanna freeze time! I mean I know she is a girl, but she looks at me with those same stars in her eyes, like I'm SUPERMAN just like the kid in my "Father's Day" comic I posted!

Hard to believe that you and I are comletely flip flopped on weight right now. I am huge at 215 from the festive eatting this weekend. Although to thick in the waist for my taste right now with all the water and food. I imagine I will be around 210 tomorrow but I think when I get back down and the water is gone I will be sitting around 206-207.

I'll tell you something that is so adorable about my little girl is she is happiest when she is doing something to help me, like if I'm cooking, cleaning around the house, folding laundry, she wants to help! Daddy's little Helper, Love it!
 
So true, she loves to be helping even if only minimally.
 
Getting the calories up and recomping? Sounds like some solid mass gains in there.

Are you still on track for a show this year?

More than on track, I am miles ahead lol I am doing 4 more weeks of lean bulking then I will start up the EPI-V and start cutting again but I really don't think I will have to lose much and I will still have 13 weeks!! What I bring this year will so far eclipse my previous efforts that I can't even really describe it.

So I hammered my full body workout in about 35 minutes last night, all increases went well, the highlight of the night though was the really sweet Wheel of Death 10 and 5 reps. I thought I was going to get 11 but couldn't hold it and went flat on my face...

Weighed in at 203 so 3000 and 2400 have me losing weight still so I will go up to 3200 on wd's and will be ready to go to 3400 at a moments notice. I may even have to pick it up to 3600 before I am done.

Great work DW keep it up.

Man you have that right, I am looking big and lean!! The gains have started up to 205 and about a pound leaner (at least), I am crunching the numbers and if when I reach 210 I am say 8% that makes a lean body mass of 193 (I think I will be a bit leaner than that) all I have to do is not to lose muscle with the Epi-V run and I will be just over 200 hyper ripped!!! Sounds very promising...

One downer they told me I couldn't wear that type of tank at the gym...fuggin sucks cuz I have earned the right...

The only time I hate on people is when they dress grotesquely inappropriate... ie. cut-off shirt and low riding jeans with a belly-ring and she's 50+ Lbs overweight, a guy wearing a muscle shirt of any kind when he is basically an apple surgically implanted on chicken legs, the list could go on for days! Believe me... I am not overly critical either, I just don't see why people wear clothes that are designed to accent their Assets when they are in the Credit column, if ya know what I mean!

It is interesting that gyms will come say something to you but when some dipsh*t doesn't have a towel we can work around it... WTF!!!! I became the towel natzi at my gym after being told I couldn't wear my tank top that I had cut from a tshirt. Wasn't anything wrong with it, covered what needed to be covered but no they started at me with no cut offs... I told him tons of people didn't use a towel and it was a rule. He said well I am not aware of that or I would enforce it. So as I walked the floor every time I found someone without a towel and he was there, I walked to the front office and told the manager to go remove the person or make them purchase a towel. After several times he got really frustrated because as you can imagine these people did not take kindly to him doing that. He said he was going to remove me from the gym. So I call corporate with him there and told them he wanted to remove me from the club for asking him to enforce the gyms rules. Guess who got chastized by corporate...

Hmmm rereading that I must have been on a test booster or something because that is pretty aggressive of me.

Hey don't get me wrong, I'm no Apple, but I'm also not in the best shape of my life, the key point of this is... I'm also not wearing tight shirts or wife-beaters or muscle shirts either to show off how out of shape I am!!! I'm wearing my clothes baggy like I could be in a Rap video, LoL

Wow, I simply can't believe how good things are going, I am leaner and bigger than I have ever been... I can't express how gratefull I am to Chris for starting me on this diet. This is the most usefull tool I have ever used to enhance my physique.. You have eat for who you are, plain and simple...

I am seeing striations I have never seem before on me, hardness I have never had, size I have never been able to achieve when lean and leaness I don't think I have achieved up to this point.

That is awesome Doug, happy you have found something that works for you and I am sure you mouth is enjoying the break from so many vegetables as well!!!!

Yah I still eat a healthy amount but it is so much easier to get cut using this method it's silly... my diet is still well balanced but I can throw in some fun foods and that keeps me completely satiated... this is almost too easy compared to my older methods...

Of course I need to reign it in a little to get down to my goal a little faster, but I have truly enjoyed the leniency I allowed myself. It has been like a dietary vacation without the normal result of gaining a lot of fat, instead just slowing my fat loss. However my plan is to just clean up my weekends since that is when I do my heavy eating and watch the fat fall off again.

If you want to eat a little more on the weekends, I stand by the payment up front method... do some extra cardio to add cals to your day...I have used this to complete success...

agreed they are just jealous deep down because they are fat and have to make rules to make themselves feel important because they are lazy asses at looking good. There poor wives have to deal with them lifting there bellies up to see there member. People make rules because they are ignorant or jealous they may be good in one area but completely misunderstand another area and think they know it all because they are good in one area

just keep doing what your doing.
 
Very brisk and efficient workout yesterday and the numbers continue to climb and I am still getting a lot of reps in. The big event though was my 12 perfect reps on wheel of death!! Another record!! I set out to become proficient at these and I've done it.

I continue to lean out and was back down to 203.5 again so I upped my calories on workout days to 3400 plus I earned some extra cals so had a big feed last night. I am very tight this morning some of the loose skin problems are going away with an increase in muscle size and the fact that while remaining lean my skin has a chance to shrink a little.

If things are tight enough for me to need to pay before I play then I would be in a contest prep and hopefully wouldn't be playing at that point. I don't wan't the lifestyle to start to feel like a job. It is a job during a contest prep but any other time I put in the hard effort out of the joy it gives me and I don't get much joy feeling like I need to force myself to do extra work to have something I want to eat. It is always about checks and balances though for sure. A meal here and there is no big deal, and wouldn't have much if any effect on my physique. However with the weekends as they were, even a little extra cardio wouldn't make a dent when eating two times maintenance cals for 2 days in a row.

Interestingly enough I have pretty much all but recovered my lower body fat level and have about an extra 2-3 lbs. Other than once this week I have not done any cardio, just allowed the deficit from food to take care of the fat loss. The lack of cardio was more due to a feeling of lethargy but I have dropped the extra water and fat. Kind of impressive actually. Martin says that cardio is not required to continue to recomp successfully. I am happy to report it seems he is correct. Now it will definitely accelerate the fat loss but I am surprised how well I cleaned up this week without it.

Lovin these Saturday morning workouts fasted... I took 3 scoops of Jacked with my BCAA's and just crushed it!! I was fuggin huge too!! I will be back with more details... will break my fast around 2pm and I have 3400 cals to gorge on!!
 
Ok yesterday I was able to make all my increases and did plenty of reps and had good power... I kind of misread my targets on close grip and went too low so I did an extra set at 155 my intended target and was still able to crank out 12 reps. I made the same mistake on front squats and did a heavier set at 250 where I got just 9...

I was mega pumped and I'm starting to look pretty scary but the highlight of the night was 15 bar of death and they were beauties!! I just did 12 wheel 2 days previous to this is surprising. I will do wheel again on Tuesday...

Woke up this morning and there was a big cut monster in my bathroom mirror..

I had a good feed yesterday I'll lay it out

2pm 8 egg whites 6ox chicken breast some strawberries

5pm 24oz Sirloin 10 oz yam 2 cups broccoli and 3 cups frozen yogurt...

7:30 pm 2 cans Tuna, 4 slices Ezekiel bread...

That's 3400 calories and about 400 grams protein..

I'm doing that same thing today. Going to a movie with my wife. I'm going to have some popcorn with a diet soda and maybe a Burger afterwards. I need to keep the Cal's down to around 2k today, so my fast will probably be extended to compensate with one less meal

If not would just go into the cardio room and have your Latina's take them one day. Always excellent lighting in there. HMMMM Speaking of, I do get there a 4:20-4:30, I could see if one day I can get the wife to do some and see how much different they look.

You mean the place where they won't let me wear a tank top... lol I may see if Monica can take some pics of me while I am pumped. On Saturday I wear my tank under my top and take it off when I get warmed up.

I think I can get away with it on Saturdays, I am going to ask my photographer to come to the gym... There is one girl there that's a stickler for the rules, I don't think the rest give a damn... I'll just tell them I'm doing a photo shoot... Plus I want to get some shots pumped!!

Talked to my photographer and she thinks it's a great idea we do pics at the gym and it will save us the hassle of trying to reserve a studio... Our gym is well lit with lots of natural light and I don't give a fug about the fuggin rules with is a special case. I will do it on Saturday mornings when there are only a few people around.

Excellent, cool that your photographer is coming there to the gym too. Show up early on a Saturday and hardly anyone will be there.

I know exactly what you mean Milas, I cringe every time I post a pic since my contest. I know in my head what I look like in condition and seeing any less is not a happy thing for me. So posting pics of me where I am semi soft even though abs are showing makes me cringe. That is why I need to be around 7% it is where my fat pockets under my chest disappear and that is when I start to really like how I look. The fat pockets under my chest are by far my achilles heal when it comes to physique as well as insecurity.

This time I am looking forward to it...

I don't blame you if you look better than you did for your last show.
