Well today I woke up to 172.5 which overall is 1 lb down this week. I would say I've lost a good half percent of bodyfat this week and it looks like Cal's are pretty good where they are at. From what I can tell with calipers, I'm at around 10% right now or just a Tad over.

I broke fast 3 hours late today and feeding window was only about 5 hours. Its harder for me to do that any other day, but Sundays are my rest day and since I don't use a ton of energy in the gym, I'm not as hungry so I will probably make that a common thing on Sundays. It makes it a little easier to stay under the 1800 I aim for too.

I'm going to try and kill this next week, and make sure I can enter my cycle at single digit bodyfat. A week left before the fun begins!! :sgrin:
 
Hell yeah man! Great job! I'm gonna start my m14-e cycle on the 1st, and I too am very excited! I can't wait to start bulking again, but I really want to get rid of these love handles by then. We'll see how it goes. I'm down to 141 lbs, and I really don't want to go much lower, so we'll see! You better keep us informed during the cycle as well, because I am really interested to see how this Lean Gains program works out during a cycle, and how you adjust calories/macros/training to fit the cycle.

great progress rick. i just hopped on the ephedrine train too and its only been about 7 days, and im seeing my top 4 abs come in!!! i couldnt be happier. keep killin it man, cant wait to see how this next cycle treats ya!

Time to head out and do some iron killing!! Chest and Triceps today. Hopefully a little strength increase from last week. :fingersx:
 
Today's workout went alright. Everything was good except I'm still a little disappointed that my strength is down some. The good news is that I will be on cycle in a week and hopefully blow past my PRs on some lifts.

I really want to tighten things up this week and I'm going to change my Cal's a bit and drop them about 200 a day to put me at around 3200/1600. That should help the fat loss increase with still staying in the recomp range. It seems like I've kinda slowed way down on the fat loss and I'm going to have to work my arse off to get sub 10%.

My Cal's will probably be around the same on cycle with the possibility of going up just a bit.

you are going to make unbelievable strength gains (just be careful with your joints), and put on some really lean body mass with that stack. im REALLY looking forward to seeing your progress on those 2 supps.

Burn day and managed 400 cals this morning in 30-35 minutes between treadmill and elliptical. Cals are going to end up around 1600-1700 today. The only thing I dont like about this diet is on burn days I am freakin starving all day it seems. I get done with the fast breaker and I'm still hungry because I'm only taking in 1600-1800 on those days. I can manage that in one meal on build days...lol.

I've had a little schedule change at work from normal for tomorrow so I have to go to work at 6AM. Because of this, if I get to the gym when it opens (5 AM) I can only get a good 30 minutes in before going to work. So what I'm going to do is have another burn day tomorrow since I can have a productive cardio session in 30 minutes, but a 30 minute lifting session is too short. I will do 2 build days on weights in a row after tomorrow
 
Had another Burn day today, and it is looking like pretty much a repeat of yesterday which is great. Burned about the same amount of cals, and the diet is looking about the same. It is amazing how much you can change your body with a couple good burn days cleaning things up a bit. Everything looks much better today and more define. I am lifting the next 2 days andthe diet will be somewhere around 3k each day. I should fill up some over the next couple days, but I want to be careful not to take in too much and spill over. I need to make these last few days count up until the cycle starts so I can go into it happy!!:D
 
Great job keeping the discipline man! I slipped last week (I was in Vegas and in my one week between semesters, so I think it's justified :D)! Anywho, I'm back to the routine now, but I did gain a bit of fat. Either way, you really seem to have figured your body out to within very close tolerances, so many props! And thanks for the recommendations on shoulders. All my upper body lifts have been going up since I started doing them, so I'm thinking they were my "weak link" so to speak.
 
Then stick a little lower on carbs the next two days. Not a cutting to nothing but keep it to say 250 a day. You will still be clean and you will be full.

Yeh man that's actually what I was thinking. These next couple build days will be somewhat cleaner than normal and carbs will probably be between 200-250g
 
man i dont know how you make it on so little cals. I die if i dont eat 3k

I understand man. Believe me I'm hungry all day on cardio days. But I just keep telling myself that I get to eat big the next day and that helps get me through. No way I could do it every day as I love my food! :food:

Went in to the gym this morning feeling pretty good, and it ended up being the best workout I've had in a long long time. The pumps were great, the vascularity was insane, and I looked ripped. My strength was up quite a bit from the same workout last week. I didnt hit any PRs or anything but I closed the gap beween the strength I lost and my personal bests for sure. On Tbar rows I was repping about 20 lbs less than my personal best. Not too shabby!! I literally felt ON the whole workout. I am not sure where it all came from. May have been from the increase in cals on training days over the last week and a half. It may be from the change in training...or maybe it was the music I was listening to...:head:

 
Had another great weight workout this morning. Weight is at 171.5 and I have definetely leaned out more. Strength is coming back nice and I was pleased with the weight I was putting up on most of my lifts. Everything was up from last week. I really think the calorie adjustment has made a heck of a difference with my strength increases this week. It was a nice way to end my last day on weights before starting my cycle Monday. I have another cardio day tomorrow, and then I will rest up and get ready for some real fun on Monday morning!!:sgrin::firedevil::sgrin::firedevil:

Since my music really helped me have a great workout yesterday....I had to have some more TOOL!! :head:

I'm planning on doing some pics tomorrow so I should get them up then and they will be my starting pics.

I was considering starting a new log but I may just log it here...still don't know for sure yet.

I agree with this! This log here seemed to be more for the lean gains program (which has been a TREMENDOUS success, I might add! Your progress has been nothing less than stellar!), so to add your cycle log into here I think would give it less exposure than it could have otherwise. Many people on this site only browse steroid articles (I am usually one of them), and are probably missing what I consider to be the best recomp program ever devised. I would still be struggling had I not happened upon this thread!!! By listing it as a steroid cycle first, and then the lean gains program second, it will receive much more exposure (thus helping more people), and this program will finally really take off! Just my opinion! Either way, I'm in! Just make sure we know if you create a new log, so we can find it!

As for today...another good 400 Cal cardio session. I woke up this morning to 173.5 on the scale so I filled up good yesterday and my Cal's were around 3300 for the day.

Should have some pics and new log info up tomorrow...

I've always wanted to try adding in some Vanilla Whey to the cheesecake and I was going to start with 1-1.5 scoops with a little more milk, but I havent done that yet so I cant tell you how well that will work. But I have heard that works fine that way, and WPI is what you want to use as its not as thick

Looking much leaner! Your gonna be so jacked at the end of your cycle!
