I certainly agree on the avoiding 1,3 d, I hate it.
x100, the stuff works, well jack3d did, all these new clones like meso or n2kts among others, are just the same thing with a few things here n there, but essentially the same stuff, that first week or two of jack3d cant be topped
but 1,3d 'feels' un healthy, looks like itll be banned, here in canada it will i know (its pretty much amphetimines), so i like jorsn's idea as well
right now im doing 200mg caff + con-cret 1hr prewo, and some aminos in the form of power shock or map, 15min pre, and im g2g......minus the meth feeling
if an individual is focused on working out hard, can envision their workout on the way to the gym, and the pump from contacting the muscles isnt enough, then i dont know man, grab whatever prewo you want if it makes you feel better
its a mindset, jmo, and when you have it, prewo become a waste, and its money better spent on staples like aminos and protein nthat actually do something for the muscles

a creatine option other than creapure, like mmc or in a perfect world con-cret (creatine hcl),
lclt instead of the gplc,
and an all in one support supp (not some bs 100 ingredient underdosed guard job, but the 4-5 essentials properly dosed)
