Gonna run a cut cycle after pct is over and i have an ECA and a bottle of taurus nutrition 7-ke to stack. Would there be a point in buyin some Lean Xtreme to throw in since 7-ke is also a cortisol blocker?

my guess is that they overlap, but u could dose each a bit lower to see if they add to eachother

screw it, pointless lol anything else i should toss in with the ECA/7-KE for fatloss?

I see no point in adding in another cortisol control product - of you get Lean Xtreme, save it for a later date when you're not using 7-KE.

think Shift would be good to throw in? or does ECA already effect the thyroid? i have like a 2 bottles of 7-ke so wont need the Lean Xtreme. u know what, i think im set on just these. ill prolly just grab some joint support or a ph with my spare money

You could use Shift with 7-KE and ECA, yes - I have done something similar (not the same - when I do something, it is never like everyone else; using Alpha-T2 instead of A, and products with caffeine as opposed to straight caffeine), and it was fine. It really depends on the individual though, and if you've not done a stack like this before I recommend using only one or two new products to you or staggering the start of them, but really, whether you do it is entirely up to you.

The EC stack is already quite powerful when utilized correctly, adding 7-keto will help a bit, although i'm not entirely sold on it's significance despite the anecdotal reviews. Regardless, I don't see the point in trying to stack a ton of products when the biggest factor in your cut will be diet, not supplementation. Save your money, use EC and 7-ke and concentrate on that diet.

There's alot of things you can take to help aid in fat loss, like TTA-500, RK, Green Tea Extract, Yohimbine, and while they'll all help, diet is the ultimate key to success.

i rep for taurus so you might think i am biased, but i got a bottle of 7-ke in my 1st rep order and loved it.....i was very dissappointed when i didn't get another bottle in my last order, it is very good stuff, imho.:amish:

Your order was shipped before i could add a bottle to it!

im starting to double dose 7-KE next week, summer time cut in full action!

It will look bias, but results and logs speak for them self..bottom line 7-KE is punch in FRUIT PUNCH BABY!!!

I know you're going to love dosing 7-KE like that, Chris :)

And no bias at all - we all know you. Besides, I used a bottle whilst it was in the beta testing stages and have continued to ever since; my support of and love for the product also well known, simply because of the results!

Well there's reps i trust and reps i don't, i don't personally know you but i know Lifter and Eric would recruit solid guys so i'll take your word.

There's only 2 human studies on 7 keto and 1 of those the results i've seen were very flawed plus the math was done wrong lol. It does seem like it works to an extent, but i'd have to try some to see for myself. When compared to EC (the gold standard) it falls a tick short, but mean fat loss was present. Sure it's another way to attack fat stores, and sure it's stackable with EC since it's not stimmed; but i hate seeing guys buy 4 products for a cut and not fix the root problem: diet.

What is diet? does it play a huge role in fat loss?

I agree with you 100% bro...

Lean Xtreme contains 5-AT and 7-OH which works by competitively inhibiting cortisol by stopping the conversion of cortisone into cortisol. 7-KE works in a similar way but we believe it to have an extra advantage by specifically blocking this conversion at the site of application. Both use metabolites of DHEA and I would not recommend taking both products at the same time.

Agreed.

If you have 7-ke there's no need to add Lean Xtreme, or vice versa.

The bigt's word is good. He had been around the forums for years and helped me set up cycles back when there was the discountanabolic forums
