Pump Tech
SAN V12
Green bulge
Instone Forza-T

these were some of the first products I remember using. I came on the scene around 2004. Before then it was just protein and creatine mono

How about you?

Hahaha, very nice!!
...I first happened upon the scene around 1995....

Cybergenics kit
Designer Whey
GNC soy protein
ECA
EAS HMB...Phosph-a-gain HP....CLA

My entry was not all that long ago and it was USP Anabolic Pump and Jack3d. Before that though, I did use the original EAS creatine back in the late 1990s.

EAS creatine...Did you do a 5 day load (20-25g/day) with grape juice man?? :)

What did you have spy cameras in my house???? Yeah my parents read that creatine could help athletic performance so I would creatine load before big swim meets of all things, I did sprint better later in the meets that way so they were spot on in their thinking.

hahha, that I did ;)
...I only recently (like past 3-4 yrs) stopped using/loading creatine that way...EAS reh-heh-ly pushed that method when they first brought it out..

back in the day it was Designer Whey, some sorta creatine, "the shake", and pure protein bars

when i got back into it...the first ON Whey, Lipo 6, Beverly Mass Aminos, and Superpump250

Ultimate Orange

A cheap supplements mono bag, CL WF and GG. Oh man remember the tingles and jitters for the first time.

I remember the first time I took 2+ scoops of Jack3d, the beta tingles were crazy and I didn't know what to think! Good times back then on virgin receptors, something like Jack3d actually made a big impact.

This is embarrassing, but my first supplement was Nitro-Tech. I saw an ad in my SI with Eric Moulds endorsing it. It was epically awful and I went to EAS basic whey protein after that.

MHP's line was the first supplements I ever tried.
I bet you can guess where I picked up these products.....GNC.

I like all at one point was a complete newbie. :frustrate

Colostrum. And let me tell you that stuff worked - my immune system was the best ever. The only downside was if I so much as had a day or two NOT using it, I got as sick as a dog. My immune system has never really been the same since I stopped using it.

Gnc mega men + muscle milk...I thought I was a hot shot...and I thought gnc was the shizzz...lol...came a long way

ON's 100% Whey Tropical Punch and NO-Xplode Orange. I used to love both of those flavors! I'd mix the ON with the Orange Gatorade powder in water and drink that post-workout. I would always look forward to NO-Xplode. I remember thinking the shiny label was "SO cool".

Meh. I used to also have a weider gym set that was all cables and it a machine bench press station on one end with another station for lat pulldowns, tricep pulldowns and bicep curls. Plus, I could add the leg press plate and perform those along with calf raises on the leg press. -sigh- I was such a noob. I ended up selling the sucker for like $150 b/c I stopped using it but I got myself a free weight set-up now.

im new and was guillible so I went extreme and bought the BSN Mass Stack and then some... nitrix, noexplode, cellmass, truemass, axis-ht, atrophex...

live and learn.

uh oh......first supp ever, i paid a trainer $30 for a session, then he offered me creatine, he gave it to me in one of those f*kn green with clear top chinese food containers.....maybe 150-200g max, $40

then it was ........eeeshhhh this is worse than remembering those nasties we banged and wish we never did......cell -tech and hydroxycut....all it did is lighten my wallet

i went cold turkey for a while, maybe till i was 25-26, and it was universal storm and on whey, so i started going in the right direction, took 5yrs tho......damn the ramen noodles i was scarfing down on my limited student budget did more than the MT crap

Joe Weider Dynamic Muscle Builder was the first for me.
Cybergenics.
Hot Stuff.
Ultimate Orange.
Mega Mass 4000.
Vanadyl Sulfate.
I can't remember the name but there was this weight gainer, that came with a laundry powder scoop, and the directions said take three scoops.

First supp I ever got was Hydroxycut Hardcore (came in a black bottle) in like 2008. I had already lost about 30lbs (was a fatty) and decided to try my hand at a weightloss product.

Haha pretty much this exactly! Boy that was some time ago!:scared:

Probably one of the Weider shakes. Those things wouldn't mix in a blender. First creatine was some random company when it first came around...don't recall the company, just that it was in a huge silver bag and you had to load with some insane amount. Also bought into the EAS hype when they came around...they had some good tasting products, just too damn expensive.

I'm only 21 so I started getting supplements around high school around '06ish. My first supplements were Nitro-Tech and Cell-Tech :frustrate . You all know how that goes...

Met-RX whey protein back when it came in boxes of individual packets. I think you could buy it at Costco... From there I went on to some creatine mono which helped me successfully add about 10 lbs of water weight (though strength shot waayyy up with the ol newbie gains), then some of the original Xenadrine RF1, which was the shiz.

Nlarge by Prolab and creatine mono.

Those were the days of simplicity.

Kre-Aklyn creatine pills, and muscle milk, me and a buddy went in half... we had went cold turkey before finishing either of the two, lol

i cant recall who made it but a guy told us it was like steroids which didnt mean much in 1987 as they werent really main stream then. the product was called gamma orazonal or something like that

Right around '97, creatine mono in these 6 lb tubs, I used to eat it with a spoon lol. HMB, ZMA, Amino 2222, GNC %100 whey protein, herbals like ginseng, yohimbe and ephedra. And I have always taken a multi. I have been a bit of a supplement junky for years.

I started stacking since my first day. I took three Myoplex a day, Phos****en, and HMB because Bill Phillips said so. That HMB was nothing like Deca :rippedhand:

HAHAHA I was at GNC and I said I wanted to get big an he sold me on a GNC brand weight gainer called Mass XXX... I thought I was so cool. lol

This made me LOL

Does pepto bismol count ? I liked the minty taste as a kid !

First attempt to gain weight - Ensure, bought it by the case cause it was the best bang for the buck. Next was some mass gainer protein mix. Used this by the truckload and gained not a lb.....I understand now that my diet was just not right. I eventually got a good batch of "Hot Stuff" wow ! and it's never been made the same.

I feel your pain man! I initially dropped about $325 on the presale of HMB (like 6 bottles) thru EAS/musclemedia when it first came out...and I imagine spent another $2-300 on it over the course of that year... :frustrate

bought 2lbs of gnc vanilla whey protien in 02 i think for like $50. over summer break after my freshman year in college didnt even finish the tub of it in 3 months and couldnt figure out why i didnt have a 6 pack and hayoooj guns.
