  • Hey man im 17 im about 210 with 17 in arms i can curl the 45s with the curl bar like 8 reps and over all im am very strong but only in my arms . For example my max in bench is 275 but in my school thier is other guys who max out around 310 and can bearly left the 80 pound dumbell to do flat bench with dumbells i can left the 100 for about 6 reps.I was woundering if u new any supplements i can drink to increase my chest and back strength idk if its too much to ask of u but i like to get advise. I am curently just drinking syntha-6 but one of my teacher told me it was safe for me to take emonster but im not sure i want to increas over all strength . And im woundering if u knw of annything that would be safe for me to drink at my age (18) to increase strength with out hurting my body and stay healthy.I have a diet and a hard workout routine allready but i mostly see gains in dumbell work outs not in any thing else.
