definetly smoothing out a lot, could be a number of things.

900mg test, or the drol.

OR too many carbs.

im thinking its more the test and the drol. however no gyno apparent, and im doing .5mg dex 3x a week only. feel like this dex is very strong.

going to take water pill today, could also be food from yest,

im going to ride out this week and next, with the carbs and ill stop carbs when i stop the drol.

the carbs ill only have post workout, ill keep it to sweet potato or regular potato and starchjy veggies.
 
yesterday i at bbq food bc last thursday i was too full to eat and gave it to my brother.

so i went 40 miles away just for blackend alligator ribs wings and mad pulled pork sandwhich then had an icecream

waited like 8 hours had 1 cup ***e yogurt with 2 scoop protein powder then called it a night.

i had bbq food after arm workout, then did sprints, took 10 recompadrol and 2 g additional garcinia 50% and 50mcg IGF . not worried about the fat,

then a little later i skate boarded for a bit. which i suck at, so i sweat that much more.

Sounds like some good eating bro... Dude I suck at boardin too man.. Lol Never could get the hang of it!

i duno what to do about eating , ill consistently put on 1.5 lbs a week for the next like 3 weeks definetly then i believe ill level off at a little less then that,

thinking ill keep cals the same throughout entire run so when im done gaining ill just harden

Sounds about right bro... Aight I gotta go hit my 45mins of cardio.. ****kkk. Drank like 8 pints of SoCo & Sierra Mist last night lol, just got a bit of a headache but I know cardio will get rid of that for me!! :D

Sorry I been MIA. Work comp got all kindsa fiucked uo. Got more ink today. Diet n training is good not eating as much bc I felt a little fat so I cooled it for a little. I finish anadrol on like wednesday or tuesday. Strength is good I feel great but not god like yet. Only been on for 4 weeks technically. I expect some nice magic in like 2 more weeks

Soo new week. Haven't been recording much of my diet because my iphone has been not working but I'm counting fats so. I know I'm hitting my calories. Maybe a little less
 
I added 1 serving of fat burners everty morning for fasted workout or cardio. Just samples of redzone. So well see how lean I can stay. Weight is 192
 
I would prefer Aesthetic domination. Looking so good everyone knows they can't compare to me. ;)

Feeling pretty ****ty bout how I look. Weights climbing but I feel soft and lost so much definition. However I'm much thicker.
 
Diets fine I think I'm rebounding from the cortisol blockers and the t3. Thyroid seems normal again I did a mini pct for it. Calculating cals around pritein and fat afgain maybe only 2800 cals. I'm way softer then I was but waist is the same

so things i feel will tighten up diet yesterday was 3238 cals

370 protein 160 fat 70 carbs.

more then likely i will keep it around this, carbs were only that high because i wanted a yogurt lol so i had a chobani pre workout.

today was half mile jog, then sprints then 10 mins of walking and SQUATS.

diet to be posted soon, but im watching the gym right now i was only able to consume 980 cals thus far today... i have chicken and feta cheese waiting at home for me and protein shakes!!! ans sunflowerseed butter. so excited.

oh and i started on my fishoil again, 6 g a day, although not enough im going to try getting more salmon in my diet like i was when i was cutting (1lb salmon per day).

ill keep you all posted.
 
Wow a lb of salmon a day can get expensive quickly. Pretty impressive SS.
 
carbs really effect my body very negatively, so i opted for an IF bulk with protein and fat only. no direct carbs, however if protein powder has carbs in it im not going to not use it. ill use it itll just make my carb intake a little higher but my fiber will alwasys be around 20-30g per day on this diet yeilding about 40 net carbs.

But why are you using insulin if your goal is to stay reeeally lean? insulin puts weight on you, thats wat it dose. its good for bringing up a body part. i would up the ghrp2 + cjc because they actually burn fat. but hey man, thats up to you.
 
Not going on insulin stayin on frag and cjc may justy do impamorelin. Duno dosing tho. Horrible sinus infection duno what to do except use doxycycleine. Lost my script tho (awesome right). Fighting with my girl. Fighting with my tattoo artist. ******* said 500 for the half day for my rib piece now he's sayin he can't do it which is making me pretty pissed. So I'm stressin over that. I'm taking a **** right nw and feels like a nevcer ending wiper. So that's annoying my life. Oh and invisaling. Got it yesterday for my teeth. That sucks too

Thanks boss. I'm happier now. Got the tatt apt for tuesday. Oh yesterdays diet was great decided to treat myself to sushi and then some ice cream. But took enouhg hca recompadrol and digestive enzymes to ward off anything bad. Today wil be low cals. Thursday diet was only 2320 cals

Pants fit as they did 12 lbs ago. Waist is up 1 inch (around the belly button) since 12 lbs ago. Look much softer altho when I pinch my stomach around the belly button not much there.

Water seems to be help .25-.5 inches below my belly button (or literally a lil under my belly button).

Nicotine is a great AI since I got my invisalign I stoped with the cigs. Only been smoking the electronic one which isn't as good as nicotine for an ai but works a little. I know this because as soon as I stopped smoking gyno in my right nipple flared. Added an extra day of dex so now 2mg per week.

Today was fathers day so I went crazy. Planning on having a shake and then nothing else rest of the day. And going for a moutain bike ride

Yesterday diet was good till the night time I got famashied and had 2 bags beef jerky and 2 shakes. Still ended at around 3120 cals altho it was an off day I shoulda been at 2200-2400. I did an hour of light walking then an 40 minutes of kickboxing

I've just started Ipam...

100mcg first thing AM, 300mcg Post W/O, 100mcg Before bed.

You can just go 100/100/100 for all 3 to save some $$. But the bigger dose Post W/O is great for anabolic properties..

Haven't eaten yet today. Took cjc and hgh frag in the morn

Feel very soft today. Back on point tho. Chest was good finished workout with 100 decline pushups and did lateral raises and upright rows for shoulders

1 set weighted situps and leg raises(roman chair) 25 rep total. Then 10 leg raises(roamn chair), 25 bicycles 15 situps 25

Now eliptical resistance 10.

Man on that IPA 100mcg 3 times a day or 100 MCG in morning and 200 pre-bed and you are golden man. Taken at same time as that CJC and you will get huge GH release. They have a major synergy with a GHRH and a GHRP are combined it can release like 10 fold. Also 100mcg is considered the saturation point for these peptides, meaning that anything beyond that goes to half strength. Basically it means if you do 100mcg at one time all of it will be used, if you do 200mcg at a time then only about 150mcg will actually be used to release GH. The returns just keep going down more the farther you go above the saturation point. So say you go all the way to 300 mcg in a dose just under 200mcg worth of it will be used to produce GH. So monetarily with Ipa it doesn't pay to go over 200 in a single dose. That is just my opinion. If you want to use that much in a day fine just do extra injection instead and get the most out of the product. If you have CJC with DAC then it doesn't really matter too much when you take it along side the Ipa since it lasts for days but if the Mod-GRF version of CJC then take it with the Ipa.

Don't bother taking the Frag while taking a GHRP, Frag is actually a fragment of GH and has an effect on the negative feedback loop in GH production. If you are going to take Frag take it about 30-45 minutes after you take the ghrp so you get the release unblunted then add the frag to that. Although I would either run Frag completely separately or just use it in place of one of the ipa doses so it has time to clear before the next one.

But still unless I find a bulk deal I'm lookin at 40 a week for that peptide at that dose.

I guess I can always search no biggy. I got my resources. Will see what each have. Been hearing bad things about one of them so ill stay away from them
