have you had any side effects from Shift? How many ERASE per day are you currently taking?
increased body temperature? How noticeable is this? are you sweating when not working out a lot. I read about the night sweats but what about during the day?

Oh thanks dude, I was looking for more info on PES supps as I just started using erase. Wanted to make sure I was using it correctly and what not and I used google and ended up at AM. A question I have is would be stacking ec+erase/shift going over board? I'm currently on ec+erase. I used ec last month then took a week off and just started back up again Sunday with my first dose of erase. Thanks again dude
No problem man.
I dont see that stack being overboard at all, if anything it will significantly enhance results. The great thing about Shift is that it can be stacked with any stimulant based fat burning product, EC being one of them. Erase works via a different mechanism, so possible drug interaction there wont be an issue.
Overall i feel like that stack should produce excellent results. Have you thought about logging it?

Ok cool, I'm pretty confident in the results I'll see with that stack. No I didn't really think to log it, I've never logged anything so that would be a good first to attempt. So a question about dosing. Would I do ec 1/1/1, erase 1/1/1 and you mentioned 4 caps for shift would it be 1/1/2? Or how would you recommend the shift dosing. Sorry to derail the thread, just nice to get some great answers/help from people with experience.

It's odd, and I certainly wouldn't recommend dosing EC so close to going to bed - unless it does not affect your ability to sleep.
My recommendations re dosing do not change (added in Dose 3 in post #68, since I accidentally labeled Dose 2 as Dose 3) and I would do this instead (I don't think you need to dose EC thrice - twice is enough):
6am - EC + 1 cap Erase + 1 cap Shift
12-2pm - EC + 1 cap Erase + 1 cap Shift
10-10.30pm - 1 cap Erase + 1 cap Shift

Ok cool thank you, I'll definitely try out the schedule you listed. I recently went to working split mornings/nights. I previously worked strictly mornings so the dosing schedule is some what new to me. Options you listed definitely seem better then what my schedule was. Thanks again

Update
Alright guys its been awhile since ive updated, so i figured id fill you in on things as this log comes to a close.
The effects seemed to taper off into a plateau, until I examined my legs more often. My quadriceps & hamstrings area are noticeably leaner than before, which I feel Erase is mostly responsible for. In Biosignature, high quad & hamstring skin fold vs the triceps is a sign of high estrogen. I'm hypothesizing that the AI properties of Erase caused enough of a decline in E for my body to begin changing this.
I dont think ive mentioned it yet, but libido is definitely elevated. Im surprised about this, because being on such a caloric deficit usually squashes mine. Erase gets two thumbs up in regards to this, in my opinion.

Wow man that looks great. Looking forward to reading the stats. I gotta try this Stack! Thanks for the posts. I saw you said a 25:1 protein carb ratio. Do you just mean 25 grams of protein per 1 gram of carbs? Or are you saying one carb heavy per 25 low carb meals?

Your body is interesting and goes to show just how different we all are with everything. "All in all, I surpassed the expectations i had for this stack, and i couldnt be more pleased. I will be doing this stack again on my next cut." That says everything, though, and I'm glad you loved the Superman Stack this much - it really is one of the best natural stacks out there, IMO :bigok:

Lol, i figured that's what happened. I've used alpha t2 before, but something about alpha y doesn't agree with me, which is why I opted for the non-stim stack.
Im actually running the same cycle, staggered erase by a week and dosing 3 shift and 2 erase/day and I have a similar body composition and shape, hope I have similar results
