Impressive 5 wheels..should just make it 500 bud:)
Have to get to 495 before I can get to 500 :)

My deadlifts have continued to progress over the past 6 months once I altered my stance and really started to focus on the little things. That, and I hated core work, but have made it a priority now.

How do you like that SR-9? I carry my glock 23 daily, but really enjoy shooting my Sig 228 9mm. Managed to get one made in W. Germany of the 1990 vintage. :yup:

The sr9c is fantasatic, I love it. I have a glock 22 but it's just too big to carry so I downsized a bit to the sr9c. And im jealous of the 228, I'd like to get a hold of a vitage HK or sig some day

I actually went to the store to order a 229 elite in .40 s&w, but they had the 228 sitting there and I ended up getting it for $400 including tax :dance2: so I couldn't say no.

I will be getting one the first few weeks of summer. I'm away at school and not working so i don't have the 2k for a bike haha. I need to start riding outside because I'm going to try and do a sprint Tri at the end of summer.

You will love it! I'm too big for most bikes, but I also get carried away with it. 50 mile rides become common place...

Sounds like a nice break after a day at the office. Do you ride on the street or a bike path?

I use to mountain bike, got a lot of friends that street ride, everyone who starts ends up addicted to it. It really is a great investment from everyone I talk to.

I need to get one. I am a city guy with no car (In chicago, the train is your car), but a Bike would combine transportation and cardio.

The rode bike can crush your legs. Try riding hard then going for a short jog.

I haven't been able to make it to the gym since the long cardio sesh. I've been barricaded in the engineering building for the last 2 days straight again prepping for a midterm and quiz I had today.

The Nootropics and Forged Burner are a nice combo to study and focus with. Keeping up with the androlean and Will be starting epistane 20/30/40/40 when it shows up. And i promise this wont turn into a schwellington kitchen sink cycle. after the epi straight to pct.

7 BW dips (failed at 7)
Ez bar Curls: 70lbs x 7 (failed at 7)
6 BW dips (failed at 6)

Had a sweet pump going today courtesy of APS and IBE. I already feel stronger on the Epi, I took my AL, 3 caps before the workout too and sweat my balls off the whole time.

I think I'm looking leaner. tomorrow will be some serious cardio and I will try and snap a pic and record my weight. I just looked back at my pic from november 2010....Man I've transformed. And I can't wait to see how much more progress i can make. One the last day I will put a side by side by side by side of Me in Nov. 2010, Day 1 AL, Day 28 AL, day 56 AL. Thanks to any of you who are sticking around, I appreciate it.

Have you ran Epi before? Would like to hear if you think the AL delivery system makes a difference if you are dosing them at the same time.

No I havn't run epi before. I have been staggering the doses. Do you think It would be prudent to take them at the same time?

I took androlean with a host of methyl and non-methyl PH. No difference from taking with or without it. Epi being a methyl would have even less significance IMO, since methyls are already absorbed and processed at a high level.
