Even though PCT has not started I wanted to get a bit of a Kickstart as time is kind of short. I wanted the supps to be completely active in my system on day one of PCT. It's starting to pay off already libido is very strong ..go figure. I will low ball some Tor starting in about 10 days after Androhard is done. Kind of an unusual tactic but it seems to be working out.

Yah that's the stuff, I used a product with this name years ago but it was a cream as well and sold across the counter.

That stack is, well, ridiculous to say the least, but in a good way. I worry your estrogen is going to be way low but we shall see, that much Androhard and Formestane, my knees would creak with each step. Doug, I jacked around with the Nolva on my PCT and thought I could low dose it as I have such an extensive natty PCT, what a wrong decision. Run it right after, at the full dose and don't screw around. I obviously can't force you to do this but once everything is out of your system, no natty supp is going to get you back like a SERM will and you ran two methyls on this cycle (you may feel good and anything with fadogia will bring the boys to size but that means nothing). People may disagree but I can't not say something without feeling like I am doing you a disservice. It is one thing if you are waiting for an ester to clear but that is very far from the case with what you are taking, once you finish the AH, start your Torem the next day. You are already shutdown, the longer you prolong it, the harder the recovery.

Fortunately I have Toremifene which is much better I believe for my recovery 60mg ed is not that low a dose. I used this same approach with my last EPI run where I was more shut down and had very good success and had the dose down to 30mg ed at the end.

I started the Thiomucase last night and the proof will be in the pics, what better way to show if a product works, we have my pics from last year and I will be around the same shape and last year I was showing some loose skin around the belly. I will post a pic of last year compared to this year and that should make things very clear..
 
Last night was a real firefight, thought I was going to puke a couple times...

Lat pull downs double drop good power 180 for 10 165 for 7 150 for 6 my strength is definitely good my power not so much.

Bench was a bit of a disaster shoulder hurts some and I don't seem to be generating as much power I got through it though not a lot of reps 4 4 and 6 I think..

L-lateral raise went very well

Close grip bench an exercise I do very well was skewed a bit cuz my spotter was trying to adjust my balance and it threw me off...

Man Obar curl was awesome my veins were popping everywhere and I had extreme intensity this is the first time I almost lost my cookies, my arms were outperforming my lungs

Front squats my balance was not good but it wasn't a bad effort my lungs were fuggin screaming for mercy...

Then with stiff legged deads I had extreme power but again my lungs were not liking this I think I lost a couple reps on the last drop cuz I was about to hurl...

I am not one of those guys who thinks it's cool to ge sick during a workout ... pretty impractical if you ask me...

On to the Weigh in ...218 lbs!! guess I will be making 215 after all.. so I have lost 29 and looks like it will be 32 in total... just like I said though 30 lbs...

Now my magic stage weight is about 207 so that will leave me 8 lbs to lose in 3 weeks ... doable!!

It all rests on how those pics look...

oh forgot to comment on my pump last night with Creatine Nitrate and Yoked ... it wasn't crazy but my strength was pretty good on some exercises also the arms were hyper vascular which is dfferent for me. Just wish the vascularity would hang around for a bit. :blink:

Yeah Doug, between the thiomucase, and a good carb up that skin should be looking good to go. Those veins will be around for a bit after that carb up for sure. My veins pop pretty hard after every time I break my fast with a meal that has a decent amount of carbs in it.

it looks like i have a lot of reading to do, and when i have a little spare time, i will figure out where to post my intro and also what my goals are going to be for starters.
 
I finally got my S4 from uniquemicals around 2 days ago, and I took my first dose of 25 mg right before bed on Monday. When I woke up the next day, my biceps felt pumped for some reason. This lasted the whole day. This is day 2 and I'm still feeling it, except my arms are feeling a bit harder and the feeling has spread to my delts and triceps. Not sure if this is the S4 or if it's just a placebo effect though. In the logs I've seen, the loggers didn't feel anything on the first week so I'm not sure what's causing it.
 
I am using carb ups currently while I am on below maintance calories, just playing around and experimenting and using fast acting simple carbs on carb up days because they are tastier and easier to get down.

When in pre contest mode, I dont use carb ups untill I get to a certain level of desired leaness.
 
Sounds like you are getting low enough in BF that your workouts are going to be pretty much hell on heavy days. I know when I get super low it def hits me harder.
I get out of breath on some of those same workouts and I'm with you on the puking. I don't want to and won't. A whole bottle of Jack won't make me puke (although I SHOULD), why should a workout? I dont' drink like that anymore and haven't in some time, I'm just using it as an example.

DW, if you can snap a pic before and after the use of Thiomucase. I'd be interested to see if everything else as constant (barring modification of doses from your wonderful mix of supplements which is just jaw droppingly awesome) how this product works.

John carb ups make me lose much faster, excellent tool for kickstarting the metabolism while in low cals.. you just have keep the fat low while you carb and never run it over 24 hours, for guys like us who have good size but not uber big like the heavy users I think under 12 is more like it. I would also say 1000 grans would be more than enough. I think I could get away with less. Anywho when you see my pics you will agree I am sure. I will be just as lean or leaner than last year and I had 5 weeks less to prep.

If I go to contest that 32 will become 40...

Yah I am running very short on breath on the heavier exercises, I lose energy when I drop below 10% and my optimal performance is probably between 12 and 15%, I guess if I got accustomed to being lower that might change....

Not too much to report, I seem leaner but I am so deflated, I expect that though, even at a deflated state I am liking my improvements. I am not perfect but I knew that I could not get in stage type shape in 15 weeks. I do hope to get to 3 weeks out though... it looks like that is what's happening. Can't wait to carb up and see what I have got. Definitely more size than before though.

I have decided to make no adjustments this week, and see no need which is a bit of a relief, my schedule is hell as it is and with me losing energy like I am.... well you can do the math. Prep is tough for everyone but it's particularly hard on me. I'm a tough old bird and very stuborn....
 
Might be prudent to incorporate a little of that Motivate on this last lap of the race.

Cool yah this could come in handy for contest time. I have a lot of problems with skin when I get lean.. it's lost some of it's elasticity..

I got a sample of the thio, stupidly used most of it already but I noticed the skin tightened up a lot and I looked drier the next day as well. LG lipoburn worked about the same for me in regards skin tightening effects, just something to consider if you have it around Doug.

Remember he is also recovering from the Bronchitis so that explains a lot of the shortness of breathe and nausea. Also the weight loss if phenomenal for anyone not just someone his age. Of course he has more androgens running through him than a pimply faced 16 year old has test also. However that takes NOTHING away from what he has achieved. BRAVO!

I think he meant a before shot to show the difference from now until then. There will obviously be a huge difference in the look but a snap shot of how you look now compared to peak will show how effective the thiomucase is. You shouldn't lose that much circumference between now and then that there is not a comparable change by then if the product is effective.

Might be prudent to incorporate a little of that Motivate on this last lap of the race.

Nice! I am excited to try it but think I will hold on to mine until I am even leaner just to see what it does for Oh say me around 6-7%. I think I will continue cutting and get some pics taken once I am lean enough the fat pockets under my chest are pretty much gone. Still a little bit too much there when I flex my pecs it is noticeable but standing relaxed not as bad.

No but I still have plenty of Eviscerate and Clen :veryhappy: after this shoot I have 3 weeks so I may do 10 days Clenviscerate and 10 days Thiomucase again.

Pretty crazy Doug, I can get into 34" with no issue but my waste is just thick no matter what I do, I don't see me in something smaller than 33" anytime soon.

Yah I have kind of a big waist too, I can get into a 31 when I am contest ready but don't think I could ever do better. It's my hips that are kind of big really...

Just came back from the gym, and I must say, I probably had one of the best workouts in a while. My endurance and intensity was almost on par as taking a dose of Jack3d after a long break from it, but without the stim side effects. Pump was pretty insane, and my arms felt like they were gonna burst after a few sets of weighted dips. I felt so frustrated and aggressive that I took it out on the weights. Stretched my usual one hour workout to 2 hours.

This is only my third day on S4, and I'm currently on a 10 week cycle, taking around 13mg 3x a day. No noticeable change in body comp, and no sides yet other than maybe increased acne and increased libido.

For anyone that's taken S4, how long did it take for you to feel the effects?

hey warrior, oh i mean doug, thanks for the small intro, i just rolled in from work. the skin issue would be alot more diminished if you keep leaner in your off season times ;). Its the slowest to respond to change in us old fuggers

Yah I know but so hard for me to do, I have an ultra slow metabolism and get away with nothing.. I am going to try the leangains approach which has some controlled fasting involved and a great off season plan for people like me as you won't feel deprived when you get to eat larger meals. Google it, it can be used for mass gain, recomp or cutting, you just have to play with the calorie intake.
 
I should have mentioned this earlier but I now have no doubt in my mind that the carb up is a valuable weight loss tool, quite remarkably so. This prep has been much more constistant in the results and it's been easier for me to ascertain my reactions to my diet. Carb up = extra fat loss every time...
 
Well I did pull back a bit at the gym, I actually tried to add 10 lbs 165 for push prress but I only got 5 reps it just felt so much heavier. It's not time to be adding weight anymore, I want down 10 llbs on incline press to 175 155 and 135 and got some nice reps in 9 7 and 8 reps and I did not push that hard. I went to just before form failure. I was still a beast on tbars.. back never lets me down. The rest was pretty uneventful and all in all it was a good workout for my condition. Being smart in the gym sometimes = less fun but now is not the time to push.

Weighed in at 217 which is about what I expected

Carb up starts at noon today, will go for 800-900 grams, I will be sleepy tonight but will feel much better tomorrow.

People are telling me I look like I am wasting away, this is a good sign that I am getting down to comp weight, you look very small in your street clothes when you get very lean .. but you look much bigger on stage the leaner you get. Anywho the carb up will beef me up...
 
Well I did pull back a bit at the gym, I actually tried to add 10 lbs 165 for push prress but I only got 5 reps it just felt so much heavier. It's not time to be adding weight anymore, I want down 10 llbs on incline press to 175 155 and 135 and got some nice reps in 9 7 and 8 reps and I did not push that hard. I went to just before form failure. I was still a beast on tbars.. back never lets me down. The rest was pretty uneventful and all in all it was a good workout for my condition. Being smart in the gym sometimes = less fun but now is not the time to push.

Weighed in at 217 which is about what I expected

Carb up starts at noon today, will go for 800-900 grams, I will be sleepy tonight but will feel much better tomorrow.

That is awesome Doug, you are dead on correct. That and dropping 32 lbs in this amount of time you must look like you are wasting away. Maybe it is time for some new tigher shirts. ;) I know I just looked like a fit guy the last part of my prep in my clothes. One of the attorneys happened to be outside one day when I was coming back from my walk at lunch. I didn't have a shirt on because that is my time to get sun. He was all HOLY SH*T CHRIS!!!! I didn't know that was what was up under that shirt. That is frigging amazing. He is normally a really reserved guy so that reaction was pretty awesome coming from him.

Even now I am smaller in my clothes but starting to look pretty darn impressive out of them. I can see my ab lines even when standing relaxed not tightening them at all. If only the skin was,t loose they would be ripped up but it takes me a little while for the skin to catch up but that is okay. I wont have that problem this year. I will be sticking with the lean gains as this cut has been effortless nutrition wise. I do what I feel like with in my 8 hours. If I want to have something I just eat it. :) all I need to to to start gaining is bump my cals up a bit. I will put money on it I can gain some muscle while KEEPING my abs this year!

Yah maybe I can get ahead of this time so I look tighter... still 4 weeks from the show, we'll see... The bottom like is to get as lean as I can possibly get. I have seen some pretty nice changes recently maybe there's more magic to come. I like it when unexpected changes happen.... miracles...
 
hey warrior, oh i mean doug, thanks for the small intro, i just rolled in from work. the skin issue would be alot more diminished if you keep leaner in your off season times ;). Its the slowest to respond to change in us old fuggers

Everything seems to respond slower for us old fuggers.:(
