-Protein, BCAA's and Natty PB

Pretty good workout. I get discouraged on my bench press because it sucks. Back is really sore today and my biceps are relatively sore. Good workout. Been trying to incorporate BCAA's with my protein shakes and meals to really induce that mTOR response. Appetite didnt seem as up today, but I had great pumps and vascularity. The more I take this the more I think its some sort of herbal product by the way this tastes and smells.

Don't get discouraged - we all have weak areas re strength (or mass). Just means that we're not perfect and have something to work on! Use it as MOTIVATION to kick your own ass instead! :buttkick:

Incorperating BCAA's is a great idea with AnaBeta -- awesome thinking

I hear you on that! My bench sucks big time also, try to work on your close grip bench and see if that helps your regular bench. It has helped me ;)

But as Rosie said; Use it as motivation instead :)

It took my awhile to get up to my working set on the deads, I have rarely used the trap bars with my deadlifts but I am going to start doing it more since it puts the weight in my center of gravity. My plan was to do light squats after my deadlifts, but I was dead after all those so I just stuck to many sets of lunges and then leg curls. Today we had some people over to celebrate my birthday which is Wednesday, so I did indulge a bit. Vascularity is still pretty good and this is really odd but I got on the scale today and I am up about 3 lbs. Diet has remained relatively the same.

So today I celebrated more birthday with the fam, ate relatively health except for the cake. Tomorrow and this weekend will be the last time my diet is dirty. After my birthday blows over it will be back to normal but I will still try to make health choices. Vasculariy was off the charts during my workout, pumps were great..hunger is up. Just the usual stuff with Anabeta haha.

It is great to see some commonality between all the loggers. It is all fine and dandy when me, natty and delta alpha test something and find it to be great, but then doesn't translate to everyone else..... CEE comes to mind.

I definitely havent noted anything spectacular on strength yet....but I still have alot left. My birthday weekend was great, Friday night we went to a hibatchi grill and I had steak, chicken, rice, and shrimp. along with some saki......hahah. Today I did shoulders just a little bit to hit all the delt points. I have been super busy with my birthday, looking for jobs, being with family and friends. Looking forward to having a somewhat normal week.

that is so true... age is only a number in your head... for me I just look at my 4 & 5 yrs old kids and feel their age rub on me... or better yet I look at Joe's lifts and start to feel 23 all over again :D

Hey bro can you comment on any other effects you're noticing ie: libido, sleep etc?

libido is hard to judge for me because I am 24. So I am always ready to go hahah but sleeps been good. The main effects I am noticing is staying lean while eating many carbs, good pumps, great focus, and increased appetite. I havent really noticed too much on strength then again I am at about half a bottle so. This would be great for lean bulks and PCT in my opinion. We will figure out more as I progress through the bottle. I will also be making an update on this tonight. Did legs and lower back.:bigok:

Today was decent, I didn't really eat as timely as I would have liked. I guess thats what you get when you sleep in. I need to weight myself so I will do that tomorrow if I get the chance.
