Been trying to incorporate BCAA's with my protein shakes and meals to really induce that mTOR response. Appetite didnt seem as up today, but I had great pumps and vascularity. The more I take this the more I think its some sort of herbal product by the way this tastes and smells.
I get discouraged on my bench press because it sucks.

Nice solid workout. I know what you mean about the bench. Im in week 2 of a very long lay off from the gym...those numbers will climb!
Vascularity is still pretty good and this is really odd but I got on the scale today and I am up about 3 lbs. Diet has remained relatively the same.
Killer workout man...thats a lot of sets! I bet it hurts to just drive home

Today was a great workout. Really feeling it today. As of right now I am still hovering around 208-210. Pumps are good still and i feel like I havent gained any fat. I definitely havent noted anything spectacular on strength yet....but I still have alot left. My birthday weekend was great, Friday night we went to a hibatchi grill and I had steak, chicken, rice, and shrimp. along with some saki......hahah. Today I did shoulders just a little bit to hit all the delt points. I have been super busy with my birthday, looking for jobs, being with family and friends. Looking forward to having a somewhat normal week.

Today was a good workout. My chest is my weakest area but ever since I have been on Anabeta I've had great focus and workouts have been intense. I am more sore then I have been in awhile which is great. I am wondering if the pumps are just stretching out my muscles and fascia. Hunger was up today more than usual. The little red pill is proving itself to be a pretty nice product. On a side note I picked up two bottles of erase![]()

Hey bro can you comment on any other effects you're noticing ie: libido, sleep etc?
libido is hard to judge for me because I am 24. So I am always ready to go hahah but sleeps been good. The main effects I am noticing is staying lean while eating many carbs, good pumps, great focus, and increased appetite. I havent really noticed too much on strength then again I am at about half a bottle so. This would be great for lean bulks and PCT in my opinion. We will figure out more as I progress through the bottle. I will also be making an update on this tonight. Did legs and lower back.:bigok:
