Trying to get under 300, or maybe I should just re-evaluate and go for 300+ at 10% BF:yup:


Anyway what a workout. Today was freaking amazing! I never get pumps like I did today and I was de-loading, WTF! Again I'm not a "pump" guy, but it is damn impressive to feel it at a low weight and rep range at this intensity. Couldn't gauge strength all too much, but I did feel very strong, can't wait for my next wave to start. Anyway here is the workout for today

slow walk on treadmill for 15 min followed by prehab always before every workout

close-Grip with DC style stretch 100lbs db's in btw sets

Energy is great, weight felt light, workout was a breeze freaking loving this stuff:)
 
Could have sworn I posted this, but just a little something I noticed is an increase in urination frequency. Definitely need to keep hydrated on this.

Definitely. Do you notice it bad when you dose pre-training? I was having a short break every ~10 minutes, which got a little annoying sometimes - although more noticeable with two caps than one. Having an increased thirst doesn't help either, but at least you know you're not retaining water, LOL :D

I noticed it specifically more post training, it was crazy just like you stated every ten minutes...
 
Weiiiiiird..... Thermogenic effects, diuretic effects, glucose disposal/nutrient partitioning, lbm gains... So, so crazy.. I can't wait to start and see this first hand.

Really can't wait to hear what's in this and the moa as its sounding like its insanely effective.

I agree, another couple to add would be an increase in libido and some aggression at least for me...

How long does it take for a package to make its way from fl to ca again??


Anyone noticed considerable fatloss with this too? Or is it too hard to discern the diff between fatloss and increase in lbm creating a more favorable bf%?

As I mentioned in my brief review after my time with it, I wouldn't recommend the AnaBeta-01 for anyone wanting to cut, simply because of the ridiculous increase in appetite. It's more of a recomp or bulking product. Not hard to discern between changes in body composition at all - my added lean mass was definitely noticeable.

So today I am feeling under the weather, again I think it's one of those allergy days.

That's all I could handle, got a pounding headache during and it is still persistent. Be back at it tomorrow. Funny note though, typically I lose my appetite when I get headaches or my allergies act up, but today I have been extremely hungry.

I know! Once I started using 4-5 caps a day, I was eating every 1-2 hours - Sean was just looking at me in shock, saying how much WORSE I was than usual, LOL :lol:

Back to the 10,000 calorie plus days lol, I'm sure Sean will never get used to you eating as much as he does probably.

It was a bit, LOL . . . He knew I ate a lot, but I don't know if he was TRULY prepared to see it in action when I first came over, and even now, he calls me the "human garbage disposal" :toofunny:

Not at all. Blemishes are rare for me as well, so it was noticeable getting some :( (they do go away though).

So I have decided to lower my carbs back to where I was at before starting this log. Also I took my pre-workout dose on an empty stomach today and wow! It was much more intense in the gym, pump was absurd and I felt strong although I am de-loading this week. Energy is still great, and mood is still enhanced so something in this has effects on dopamine/serotonin.

Sounding more and more like preworkout dose can be taken without food as well. Three agree with this so far!

Props to the testers for playing with the dosing to find the optimal way to use it

Interesting to hear this. I can never train productively on an empty stomach but I might try a double dose further into the log pre or post training to see if it makes any difference.

Interesting - just goes to show how different we all are. I personally prefer to train on an empty stomach and my performance doesn't really change whether my training is fasted or unfasted.

Fasted morning training I'm the same way, but if I have eaten two or three meals already I'm fine. Also depending on style of training i.e. oly lifts I find an empty stomach much more comfortable.
 
Today was legs, nothing exciting, but recovery is seriously ridiculous right now. Muscles are firing quick, very quick, and I feel extremely explosive right now.

So I decided to weigh in before my cheat meal and I was 308...then proceeded to eat about 50 wings and for carbs a giant plate of pasta. I took one dose prior to the meal, and one dose post meal, just to see how it went. Well I'm still hungry, strange thing is my stomach doesn't feel full either...strange. Anyway right now my muscles feel like they are going to pop and I now weigh almost 5 pounds heavier:)

So cardio today on the elliptical which=boring, however, we all know that great feeling you get when you bust your ass doing cardio. Well dosing immediately before doing my cardio today enhanced that feeling 2 fold easily. An exponentially great runners high. This stuff just performs and performs, can't wait to see how strength is on Monday!

Well flat bench today went great, first time I have had a strength increase on a cut, of course I am up 8 pounds, but I look leaner need to take measurements. I think my bench max right now may be in the upper 5's which is good. However, the pump got so ridiculous today that I had a very hard time with the incline, dips, and triceps work. It was so intense my arms and chest were shaking, lol. This is one reason why I'm not a big fan of "pumps" it hinders performance. But I can't complain the workout was good and I am feeling stronger with nice developments in the mirror!
 
Just checking in to say that as a guy who is about 200lbs on waking and is barely flat benching my own body weight... this log scares the **** out of me.

You're a beast, dude. Keep it up and I'll definitely be checking in to steal some of your training secrets.

A lot of it is genetics, but I have certainly busted my butt too. Also been lucky enough to train with and be coached by some knowledgeable folks. If you have any questions let me know!
 
Something of importance, I went awhile without proper hydration, and feel extremely tired and lethargic, also skimped a little too much on my last meal with Anabeta. Since lowering back down calories I am noticing an extreme drop in energy. I may just suck it up and eat, but I can see me jumping weight quick...decisions decisions.

So after some deliberating I have decided to roll with the weight gain and incorporated back in the cals. Honestly it was in my head as I still look lean if not leaner because I have definitely gotten bigger. Coming out of a pretty hard cut for so long coupled with the anabeta gave me an initial spike in scale weight, which as we all know when trying to drop the unwanted weight can mess with you psychologically. Bottom line here is I am looking bigger and not gaining any significant amount of fat.

Training: I did back today and for the first time in a while I went pretty heavy with my power cleans
